Green VCA is wonderful. My dog starts crying on the way because she is so excited for her visit. This is one stop...vet and kennel.

Too long to get in there. When your pooch is felling bad you like to get in sooner. Took pet to another vet.

I must have driven past this place at night. I have no idea what it is!! But if I was there and didn't get robbed or beaten up, that's good enough for 5 stars from me!!!!

I used this hospital for an emergency as they were the only place open within 50 minutes of my house. The initial vet tech was unpleasant and not very compassionate. She tried to shame me for asking questions and pushing back over a $3900-$4900 quote for a catheter and 2 day stay. She also wrote the incorrect dosage of a medication on my take home instructions. Luckily the pills were already split in the bottle so I noticed something was off and called them back before I overdosed my cat. This vet will try to push outrageous prices on you. I asked them to treat the emergency only and then allow my regular vet to take over. The tech who brought my cat out was very kind and made me feel better and explained things well. Bottom line- This place has insane pricing and knows they are the only place open. Only go here as a last resort for a serious medical emergency.

They were very helpful when my dog had a bad reaction from sedation at another vet. His overdose was reversed with naloxone when we were told by the other vet his sedation was irreversible.

My mom and step dad brought their lab/rottie mix up last weekend in the evening and the staff was amazing. They were nice and laid everything out for them what to expect. Unfortunately Rocky had to be put down due to a large abdominal mass but they took him home and gave him one last good day at home and I rode up with them the next day to have him put down. Even the next day the staff was all super supportive and helpful. I highly recommend them over other 24/7 clinics.

We went in after hours and had to put our dog down. The staff was so very nice. They gave us all the time we needed and offered snacks for our dog. They even gave us a little box with a paw print and rainbow bridge poem. They are a little more pricey but they were worth it.

I was there this past week with my very sick mastiff. He was diagnosed with possible intestinal obstruction. To start , they wanted 2,400 to keep him overnight and monitor. I was able to come up with 900 so they did xrays, iv fluids , pain meds and sent us him with instructions to return I the morning. The next morning I needed 265 to redi xrays. The said no change. They said he needed barium xrays followed by surgery, total 800 for barium and the surgery would be 2500--3500. That was not an option financially for me. I called 6 other places to find a vet who could do the surgery for less and could not. I had to decide to do surgery or euthanize Mortgage my home or euthanize Pull money from my retirement or euthanize. Both those financial options would take time and this vet required money up front or no service of any king. I asked for more fluids and and a ain shot. Total 500 plus the 900 from the night before. I've got 1400 I to Max at this point. We ho home and he still wont eat or drink. I KNOW HE IS DYING. I spent the night sleeping next to him and hoping for a miracle. The next day he is much worse. I had to work and my girlfriend took him back to VCA for treatment. She asked if more fluids were an option or if he was going to need put down. She was an emotional wreck. Standing at the counter to pay for either one, she was told more fluids wouldn't help. She was trying to pay for the euthanasia when they told her if she relinquished rights to him, they would perform it and had a foster/benefactor. She was devastated. Not because he would get surgery but because she had to give him up to help him. They would not allow any news of his recovery to be told to us. I got there after my girlfriend had left. I had no idea what took place They refused to let me see my dog. VCA GREEN IS UNETHICAL AND STOLE MY DOG. They never asked about his temperament, behavior, good with kids etc. We are devastated. Please don't trust this vet.
