They were great and really listened to our concerns about 'fred' (our dog) the vet was very informative about dog food (tried, tested and good brands) all in all a very good experience ????????

Dr. James is the Best! The staff is so caring, we are blessed to have such a wonderful Vet Office near by.

I cannot say enough positive things about Two Rivers! My dog LOVES going there and I always feel like we are important to everyone who works there.

At first they were Friendly and efficient. I even checked with them to see if I could use them as my main vet, and they said of course, you are welcome to return. And so i did when I was in dire need of a veterinarian a few weeks later, I came to them first and was trying to set up an emergency appointment. They noted I had to fill out paper work and have an appointment for introduction prior to seeing my dog. I explained the emergent situation and they just sorry, can't help you.(wow) There were many other veterinary locations that I called for this situation, some very helpful, some not. Eventually I was directed to the emergency vet located a short distance away. Regrettably the time it took to find a veterinarian after being rejected here, cost prescious time and I losty buddy to an infection that went septic.

Outstanding service... we brought our dog in for a csection, and now have 4 beautiful French Bulldog puppies. Everyone is so professional and I will trust them with all our babies.

Dr. Caid is the best!

They've done a great job with my dog. Looking forward to getting to know them know that owners are allowed in.

Each visit feels very short and not real interactive, and most solutions revolve around selling you a very expensive bag of prescription food with not much in the way of other solutions! And they will not do a feces check unless you get pay for an appointment. All in all not bad, but not the kind of compassionate and helping care I expect!

Had to put my dog down but was responsive and very kind. Price was very reasonable for short notice.

We have been taking our animals there for quite some time. They are friendly and they do a great job doing what needs to be done. The maybe a little spendy but worth it.

Changing my review from last time...I got 'up-sold' on blood screening for my dog apparently it was nearly $200!!!!! NO one bothered to tell me the cost until they just ran my card. No thanks all because my extremely healthy and spry 7 year old is now a 'senior' in their eyes. We'll be changing vets quick. After all these years.

Very happy with my service! I have a bearded dragon, and the tech and doctor were very knowledgeable and kind. It took a while to get in to see her, but that is expected with exotic pets. I will definitely be bringing Rocket back here if he ever needs it again.

This place is AMAZING. When it was time to put our 13 year old Charlie down due to failing health, they were amazing to work with especially during COVID. Every staff member was so caring and they gave us all the time we needed with him and treated us and him with the upmost respect. I will forever be thankful for the awesome experience they gave us as we said goodbye to our Char <3

Worst vet experience ever. They charged $60 for a new patient visit and they didn’t weight the cat. They never even examined the cat. They charged for a new patient visit and 3 shots. They had the cat I the office room for less than 3 minutes. Worst vet I’ve ever been to. BEWARE.

They are always pleasant to work with.

Don't communicate well. You never speak to an actual vet.

Had our puppy's first appointment here to have blood work done before his nueter appointment. All staff was great and accepting of any questions I had. They answered all questions to the fullest and then some!

I'm so happy with Two Rivers! I called needing emergency vet care as I just moved to the area and my dog was having some severe issues. I called them as soon as they opened and their staff got me in right away as I told them what was happening. They were all so sweet, patient, and understanding with my sick and anxious dog. I honestly think they saved his life. I cannot recommend Two Rivers enough.

I will continue to go to Two Rivers as long as I have pets. They are very patient with my extremely nervous dog and they are patient with me in very stressful situations. I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff here. I’ve taken my dog and cat to other places and the quality of care is just so much better at Two Rivers.

Very good place to take your pets and the vets are very nice.

I arrived to the designated parking spots right at the front of the building for my appointment at 12 PM. I waited in my hot car for an entire hour with my cat. The staff walked out & assisted cars in the other designated curb side spots right next to me multiple times. The sign stated that they will be calling me to get my cat out of the vehicle. I called multiple times with no answer. I waited an entire hour & none of the staff acknowledged me or answered the phone for the appointment. I have an email proving this appointment was made. This is unbelievable. I do expect to get my deposit back, as this was very frustrating & a waste of time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Erickson was so willing to listen to concerns and work on solutions with us. I left feeling like my dog recieved the best care.
