Waterproof dog leash was exactly what I needed for a herding dog out on a muddy ranch!

Well made collar and ID. I ordered a size too big but that's my error in judgement. Its heavy on her little neck.

I ordered the QUICK RELEASH WATERPROOF SCUFF TAG for my Pomsky, Zoey. Her name plate is perfect + the color purple is really nice. BUT . . . I questioned the size to order + a dogIds specialist, recommended a size 13.5 x 18". I told her the last time I purchased the Waterproof Scuff Tag, I got the 14" + had to make additional holes. I was concerned because other readers said the size they made it, didn't stay put + their dog had slipped out of the collar. I was reassured I wouldn't have a problem. Unfortunately, I have a problem with mine. I have to keep making it tighter every time I walk Zoey, because she slides out with a little wiggle.. No matter what I do, the lighter weight material doesn't hold well + it slides loose. I would not recommend buying this quick release collar if your between sizes or order the smaller size. I loved the original style, but my husband wanted an easy off collar this time.

I ordered this is because our dog often likes to rub against our brick hearth. We used. ID from another company that engraves lightly in the metal. She went through 2 IDs which could not be read after several weeks. This ID IS DOING AWESOME! Scratches to be expected However the Print is bold and engraved so that I will not have to buy a new ID. Totally awesome product!

Seems to be a quality product, but I received a collar & leash as a gift and need to exchange for a different size. I have stopped by their physical location two days in a row during their business hours, the door is already locked and no one answers when I knock on the door. When I called this morning to verify they’d still be open at 4:30 pm, they insisted they were there and I was mistaken. I’m now writing this review in their parking lot of day 2 driving 30 min round trip to try to exchange a product during their business hours and the door is locked with no answer. I’ll update my review once I can exchange this product and actually use it.

The collar we ordered was awesome. Definitely top quality. Unfortunately someone stole our dog and the collar. But the collar was great. Highly recommend.

Love the id plate, but the collar quality is very poor. Fuzzed up after only a week. Dog is a house dog, out in fenced run to potty, not roughhousing with other dogs, no good reason, just poor quality nylon collar. Would give only one star, but I do like the id.

The collars we ordered arrived too big. We measured and ordered the correct size, as we have had these collars before. We cut down the new ones, but very disappointed. The reason for replacing the old ones was because they crack over time!!! Very Over Priced! Will not buy again. Similar product online at a fraction of the cost.

It was a pleasure to deal with dogID . The new collar we purchased is of excellent quality, color was perfect too (Hunter Green!) Customer service stepped up with help to exchange the first collar that I did not measure correctly.(even tho they have clear instructions that I did not follow) It was an easy fix and they were great. I have recommended dogID to friends.

I went there at 9:15 and the door was locked and nobody answered when i tried to call.would have loved to try there service.

The quality of the collar is amazing. I followed the sizing guide and the collar is way too big for my dog. Sad that it will just have to go in the trash.

I like the collar. It's attractive and looks durable. I sized him correctly but wish I had gotten a size smaller. It's stretched a bit after and now feels a little too loose.

I love the brass name plate and the good quality leather. Wish I would've gotten the bigger size though, as my dog's neck size fell between the two measurements given.

Collar is nice looking. I asked for my email to be on he collar plate. that did not happen. The tag attachment did not hold the tag. Now lost. The collar while it fits has too much extra length and it looks stupid.

Update: I initially gave only three stars because I thought there was a sizing issue with my harness. Ali with customer service told me how to fix it and now my sweet pup’s new harness fits perfectly. If you are unhappy with your order please reach out to them for help - they really do want you to be happy. I loved how quick my order was filled. I love the personalized collar and leash. The only complaint I have is how big the harness is - it is so big it falls to the side and it is not very secure. I measured and ordered according to the size chart. I have it adjusted as small as it can be and it is still too big.
