Shortest waiting list after waiting to long since being out with the Bug disease

Stopped at muddy paws today and the doors were locked. The hours show they are open until 4, guess not!

First time customer. Very professional and fast turnaround. They had my fluffy little pup done in less than an hour. She was happy when picked up and not scared or shaking like she had been at other places. I gave 4 stars because the haircut wasn't the best. It wasn't bad or anything, just not perfect. I would give 4.5 if I could! Will definitely be back.

Love the groomers (5 stars) and their grooming skills (5stars)! But new management ...what is with the new hours for them? How can a working person even get there between 9am to 2pm weekdays ONLY! I cannot take a day off everytime my dog needs their hair done.

Wonderful, friendly staff with a great facility and reasonable prices, my pup looked like a new dog when she was done!

I asked for a teddy bear cut for my dog and we got him shaved with a bowl cut around his face and his face in uneven the groomer was very lazy with the work will not be going here again

Amazing experience. The groomer who trimmed our dogs nails (it was his first time at a doggy spa) was so kind and patient, she was so understanding with how excitable and anxious he was about the whole experience. I actually look forward to our next visit.

Yesterday our Lucky went to Muddy Paws for the first time. Our experience was amazing. Now Lucky's hair is so shiny and soft. The best part... no hair everywhere! He had the Furminator treatment and it is amazing. We are still impressed with the results. Also, when we picked him up he was so happy and relaxed. The girls were great with him. He is not an easy dogs sometimes, specially with his nails but the girls were able to take good care of him. We are coming back.

Maddie is a difficult little chug sometimes but they treat her fantastic. Perfect nails and very sweet.

They treated my dog very well. Prices are very reasonable.

Cut 3 quicks on one of my boys and 2 wicks on the other. Not impressed, they are so traumatized that they won't eat treats or let me go near their paws. They did give me a refund though.

Love being able to wash my dog and walk away from the mess! Desk staff could be a little more personable, but are pleasant. Definitely recommend!

Love this place! My dog always comes back so fluffy and happy. They take your dog in right at your appointment time and call you as soon as they are done. Best groomer service I've ever had, definitely going to keep coming here!

1st time taking my dog to a pet spa. He's a big boy 130lbs, but a big chicken. He gets stressed, and the groomer went super slow with him to reduce his anxiety. What a great place, best people to work with pets! Thank you for taking such good care of Angus!

If you love your dog never take them to muddy paws. They shaved him so aggressively he has red spots. His genitals are so red and he's in so much pain he can't sit, walk, or lay comfortably. He has to adjust every minute. It took them over 5 hours to get my 8 pound dog done. I'm taking him into the vet. I thought it would go away in a couple of days, but it was to bad. I wish I could post pics. Like I said before if you care about your dog NEVER go there.

I cannot say enough good things about Muddy Paws! The facilities and staff are simply amazing! Our 1.5 year old mini golden doodle has been going to Muddy Paws since she was a puppy, and she simply loves it! She comes out looking so fresh and clean every time. Tula is greeted by name each time we show up, and the staff are SO kind and accommodating! This place is top notch - I cannot not recommend them enough! Do your fur baby a favor and schedule their next groom here!

Excellent luxury service at low prices - just started my 2.5lb yorkipoo here and couldn’t be happier - excited to try some new hairstyles for him!! Smells great and they let your dog hang out until you can pick them up with no fees - even sell the cutest little treats and toys so you can get your dog a little gift for being Good - highly recommended!! I drive 30 mins away to go here.

First time bringing my Mini-golden doodle (female) Riley here. They did a fantastic job! They were very thoughtful and thorough with me regarding Riley’s grooming needs as Covid has postponed a much needed haircut. Communication was excellent. Thank you (Kendra or Kayla I hope that was her name) !!!
