Best vet in town last visit was to drop off some extra towels blankets and linens that they can use for surgery and recovery good will has plenty

I'm just glad that dental cleanings took priority over a sick 5 month old puppy. Told me I needed to make an appointment for some other time. I gave an honest 3 because I haven't even been in the door, just the parking lot. Went to Pinkerton's and got right in with friendlier staff.

I dont know who answers phones their, but the professionalism is nonexistent and need to be retrained immediately, disrespectful. Not a place I'd bring my pets for any reason.

Lot of overreach for covid, call in, they come get your dog, bill comes out, credit card goes in, invoice comes out with dog. Over kill to me. It is easier to go to a people clinic or hospital. Good people.

West Oaks and The Pet Vet are the best places in town for pet care. West Oaks has been absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Provide great care 4 ur family pet! Friendly, pleasant staff. Keep u well informed when they do a procedure. My son is also very happy with the care they provide. Highly recommend.

Every time I need an urgent visit it never happens because all the doctors are out of office “continuing their education “ or something stupid. On the flip side if you never have a pet emergency and can wait 2+ weeks for an appointment it is a good place and the staff is friendly.

The time l brought my cats into the clinic the Dr. Was an older man, and he was so afraid of the cat, the cat did not get a through exam. Now the female vet and staff the best for my daughter's dog. Just a bad day?

I think I'd rather go to them for my medical needs than Trinity just saying. Competitive if not the best prices in town and great care!!!

Very friendly and professional! I take my best friend Bishop here to get his check ups done and they treat him very well they take time to explain if there is anything to be done. We also have taken our mother dog here when she got hit by a car and they took very good care of her and she is back to full health with their great care!

First visit was awkward but second visit was great. Vet was knowledgeable and provided good info to help manage my dogs issues.
