Employees are always friendly and helpful. Great selection of different pet foods and supplies. Offer grooming services and obedience classes for dogs. Partnered with local no-kill cat shelter for adoptions.

I like this store, however I wish they carried all brands of cat food and not just the organic stuff. My furbabies are sometimes very finicky and will only eat certain things/brands.

Everything was ready upon pickup. Although I do think yall need to rethink your design on your aquarium bubble wands. Yalls brand suck

Wish they had more collars in stock and more pet name tags as well. They tend to be outta stock of alot of things every time we go though.

Helpful staff answered all questions about different types of dog food and we signed up for the rewards program and downloaded the mobile app to get even more savings. Looking forward to the discounts over the years.

Had the pet food I was looking for - Orijen - as we couldn’t bring it across the border! Staff was helpful although they could of used an extra cashier while we were waiting in line!

Had to wait a bit. Wrong item pulled from shelf for our daughters kitten pickup. Easy mistake though. Packaging very similar. Wondering if points were added to our acct for our purchase of Royal Canin kitten food.

They were able to get Gunner, my Service Dog, in for his mani-pedi and teeth ‘whitening’ right away. Clean and well lit interior with a wide selection. Slightly over-priced items, but that’s expected with this Mega-Chain pet stores. I’d like to see them put in a self-serve dog wash station or two (in or outside) which would be like a self-serve car wash (but much smaller/gentler), so I could bring Gunner in and wash him after a rainy day, playing in the dirt/mud.

Hunter really help us with a shy dog. He walked around the store and helped us get things when our dog was afraid to walk around. I felt his customer service was excellent. The store was clean and very well stocked.

Employees are great.. they love it when I bring my bearded dragon Roksy in .. very helpful in everyway.. very friendly.. and a great place to get crickets for my beardie..

Not what I expected and my little girl was so traumatized by the dremel tool, as it was the first time for her, for a nail trim. She's always been clipped and she a chiquawa, with a long quick. Probably won't be taking her back there. The staff was friendly.
