My MaMa passed away the day before Thankgiving, They were all so kind. We had her cremated and they called me as soon as she was back so we could have her ashes back at home. Even though we all miss her amd I was a total wreck they were all very kind and understanding.We will be taking our other fur babies there from now on. I highly recomend them 100%. They also mailed us a sweet card with her paw print. Very sweet staff and caring.

We’ve brought our dogs to Pinehurst ever since moving to Bismarck. Our newest addition and black lab, Lady May, has had an interesting time there. The last two times, there have been mixups on their part where they gave her a shot she didn’t need. This last time, we had a scheduled appointment to have her spayed and they gave her a shot instead. Really? Please get this figured out! It’s likely we are now looking for a new vet to care for our pets. This is totally ridiculous.

Of the veterinarians I've had experience with, those at MVV - Pinehurst seem to really genuinely care about my pets. The only thing I wish is that they had 24 hr non-emergency service.

My English bulldog Charlie goes to this vet. I very happy with the service.

They were wonderful. They took great care of our puppy and was highly recommended from our last vet before moving and it's a great place to take your dog. Receptionists are a little rude. Not horrible but don't like answering questions much but the vet was amazing

We had to euthanize our little buddy Jack (Yorkshire Terrier) this morning. Dr Crystal was very compassionate and professional during this process, as well as his staff and assistant. They truly are a wonderful veterinary service. Our entire family is thankful to you!

Very professional. My dog needed Emergency surgery for a infected gland. They took care of it right away. Now they are my primary vet.

Awesome great with the dogs

This little guy is always in a hurry, on Monday it caught up with him, he fractured his left femur. We took him in for an urgent care visit and he had surgery that same afternoon- thanks to Dr Vickie for seeing him. Dr Tonya for doing the surgery and their caring staff team he came home yesterday and is doing SO well I highly recommend this practice Previously we had 2 other yorkies that received all their vet care here as well- we wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Wished I could have gotten in earlier I needed a kinda emergency visit but did get in at 10. Dr. Vicki was excellent when I ended up having to put my dog down since I was having trouble with doing that.

I personally haven't had any issues with them but everyone is intitled to their opinions for me worth the price of admission

We were driving through Bismarck, ND on a road trip when our standard poodle, Chai, became increasingly weak and disinterested in food. We were able to get an early morning appointment with Dr. Riveland at a location convenient to our route. Dr. Riveland and her team quickly and competently used lab work and imaging to diagnose Chai with a ruptured tumor on her spleen. They then arranged life saving surgery and a blood transfusion in Dickinson, ND in the time it took us to drive there. Thanks to them and their outstanding collaboration, Chai is energetic and well again. The care we received was top notch! Christine A., Madison, WI

I took my elderly cat here because she wasn't eating and showing signs of kidney failure. I have nothing bad to say about the vet and her assistants, they were very polite and respectful in guiding me through my cat's end of life procedures. However, the receptionist ladies were extremely rude. When I brought my cat in, one lady had an attitude with me because I was wearing a mask, as we are supposed to. Then, when I went in to pick up my cats remains, a different receptionist lady made me repeat myself several times....not only was it humiliating having to shout that I was there to pick up my cats remains, I felt bad for the other pet owners who were in the waiting area having to witness me yelling that I was there to collect my cats remains. When the lady finally understood that I was there to pick up my cats remains, she tossed a paper at me and told me to sign to "prove that you picked it up", referring to my deceased cat as "it". Then she practically threw the bag at me. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic, and downright rude. If I had a pet still, I would not be bringing them to this clinic, based purely on the fact that the receptionists were so disrespectful.

I had to put my cat down for reasons that were unavoidable.. I cried of course. But what made me cry with love was when I receive d a card with his paw print on it .. thanks all ..

Hello dr. Vicky at they pinehurst location stepped up and was there for my 11 year old poodle when she was very sick .I appreciate it. I'm currently working up in minot at construction project. And I couldn't believe there was not a emergency vet that would see my dog here in minot. Well thank you Dr. Vicky
