Very friendly lovable staff. Made my pup feel welcome he came in shaking from fright and left happy even after getting two shots.

We love bringing our dog here for all his shots, neuter and chip...with checkups! Great people here they really care!

If you want to go here hope your dog dont need dental work the vet does not want to cut out baby teeth unless he can spade her he will rather let healthy teeth go bad then cut out baby teeth just to make extra money where is the love for animals I think they should ask is this what they really want to do hope they can find the passion for why they took an oath

I have been going to All Pets for the past 2 1/2 years and have been taking my 3 kitties to Dr. Brian. Him and the staff are AMAZING! They always treat my 3 babies with such love and compassion. They are always so polite and kind to us and I wouldn’t go to any other vet. Chowder, Carl, & Bean love Dr. Brian and the All Pets staff!!

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. My daughter and I had to say goodbye to a loyal friend. I had suspected this, but had hoped I’d find out differently at my vet appointment. The staff at all pet were wonderful. It was the end of Day and staff should’ve been going home but instead they took their time with us. Dr Brian carried our 100+ lb dog multiple times thru the clinic cause it was to painful for her to walk. He explained everything and never made us feel rushed. He gave us time to make our difficult decision. He even waited for my daughter to bring our Maggie her last burger and ice cream. And shared a person story with her about buying a pizza for his dog that made her smile. They let us spend time with her an tell them when we were ready to let her go. They gave us time to stay with her an say our last goodbyes. They all showed true compassion in their care for Maggie an for us during this difficult time. This is truely a clinic I recommend. They don’t try to push treatments. Just to get money. They explain everything well an let you choose what you want to do. And you can tell they care about your pets by the way they always happily greet/treat them. They never make you feel rushed. This Vet practice really cares about their patients and their families.

Brian Frenette & crew were great. I was traveling thru town and my white lab girl had a swollen back foot. Brian took x rays & blood work and we both agreed she was most likely bitten by a snake. The medications are working great. Swelling is down and she is walking on it again.

They have a after hours phone number for emergencies. BIG PLUS Pixie age 15 " mini dauchund" has been going there for about 14 years and is still going strong and healthy after back and kidney stone surgery and physical therapy 2 years ago. ;)

Tim me through fast, were closing soon and rushed me and my cats through not checking everything out I wanted them to.

My dog was sick, I came in around 430 but was told I would have to pay an almost $500 emergency vet visit fee in order to be seen. The staff was very rude when I stated that sounds like a high emergency vet fee she stated I had come in "after hours" although they are listed to be open until 530 and she "doesn't make the rules". Well we went somewhere else, who saw my dog for a $96 emergency vet fee and they were wonderful. We had been using All Pets for both our dog and cat since moving here a year ago but won't be back.

I've been taking Miss Kitty there for about 3 year. They've always been very good to me. Highly recommend them for all your pet care.

My baby was injured by the vaccine shed received the day before and the lady couldn't care less. Tried to act like it was from something else. Sent them a photo and they never even replied. They just want your money.

I’m from out of state (LA) and my Lab suffered an injury while hunting. We were treated w/the utmost professionalism, care and courtesy. I could not be more pleased w/our entire experience. They have already transferred all the records to my hometown Vet and my hunting buddy is well on his way to full recovery! Thanks
