Good products, but this store really need to be remodeled. It is definitely showing its age.

I take my dog to Petco for grooming. They do a wonderful job and he enjoys it. I also buy several products from the store. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I can definitely find what I need for our rabbit and 2 cats!! Thanks!!

Much better than Pet Smart (for dogs)! More of a selection for collars, leashes, and holiday items.

Pricey and they seem to have allot of bare spots on the shelves. But I found what I needed????

Middle of the road pet place. Has most stuff, prices are okay.

All three guinea pigs purchased from this store have all been sick from day one, our first had ringworm, our second came home with pneumonia, and same with our third. The latter two passed away. The store keeps all guinea pigs in tiny aquariums with barely enough space to turn around. All of them are in poor health. The time between our first and our 2nd from this particular store was two years, and nothing has changed since then other than even less caring staff. While there a few workers that are decent caring individuals people, overall the care for these animals is sub-par at best. The pneumonia has spread to other animals in our herd and we've spent over $2000 on the guineas only to still not have them anymore

Dont buy fish from here unless you want ick. At least not unless you have a quarantine tank and are willing to risk wasting your money seeing if they survive and can be introduced into your tank. Everytime ive gotten fish here, they had ick. Ick will kill any fish you already have and ick treatments are a pain. I saw them isolating fish recently and i hoped they had caught on an were isolating all new arrivals before sale to make sure they werent giving infected fish to customers. But no. They wait to start isolating fish until after they spot ick on some. Since they use the same cleaning tools from tank to tank, by that point all of the tanks are already contaminated. Also, staff are sarcastic, rude, and will happily talk about customers behind their back. Seriously, do you think i cant hear you because you moved one isle over?!? I cant remember the last time i saw a grown adult act so much like a snooty middle school child. Grow up and be professional.

I called to see if they had dog washes where the owner could wash their own dog, and they hung up ib me. I later decided to try the grooming service, and it was horrid! They cut my dogs fur sporadically, so he has long fur and short fur in different places, they cut almost all his nails to far so he was bleeding, and they shaved the under neath of his belly! WORST SERVICE EVER, do not bring your animal here for grooming!

Pretty standard fare Petco. Store seems more cramped than others with small, impeded aisles. Otherwise, fine experience. The employees have been pleasant and helpful.

Not good, once the lady knew I didn't want to give her my phone number she got distant and sour . Not a selling point when all I wanted was cat nip and I have 6 adult cars But I guess Walmart won't judge me when I buy their items

Staff was friendly and helpful. Just wish they had more dog toys to pick from.
