My little dog loves going to Eddie and Barkus in Fargo,ND. Staff is personable and professional. Always a great experience

Staff and owner know nothing about dogs and the facility smelled like urine the moment I walked in the door. Owner outright lied in phone conversations prior to my visit and the staff are fearful of anything over a 2 pound ankle biter cotton ball, and as anyone who actually knows anything about dogs knows, that is NOT how you act around ANY dog. Seems they only want to take tiny dogs and have untrained staff who know NOTHING about dogs, they are just there to take a pay check. I should have read all the reviews about this facility and even though it inconvienced me during my trip for my daughter's wedding, after being assured by Marsha the owner that she understood Australian Heelers in the phone conversations over the months prior to our visit. In the end I am glad I didn't end up wasting my money supporting a business that knows nothing about dogs and lies outright in communications with the public. Dogs ARE the best judges of character and Maxx says "don't bother with this place" Don't take it from just me read the reviews and NOT just the good reviews, because the bad reviews are by people who also failed to heed the warning signs of a bad business.

I have scheduled my dog to get his nails done 3 time there, once they did a rush job and his nails where terrible the other times they forgot to do them but still billed me. Staff isn't properly trained on billing either. Have had billing issues in the past as well. Now Harwood location is awesome they take great care in the dogs. They are the total opposite of Fargo. Will take my dog to Harwood anytime and when ever possible.

My dogs were taken care of, but was misled on charges for boarding. I was told it would be 20 a day per dog and was charged 226 for two days for two dogs. Why do you have to be chrged for daycare when you are boarding your dogs?

Extraordinary staff and facility. Friendly, accommodating, helpful from the owner down. Lots of great amenities like nail trimming Wednesdays and free dog park. Additionally, Sally the Groomer is the best I've experienced over 15 years of owning a Westie.

I've been taking my dog here for years. They really care about your pet and will accommodate any of their needs. The staff is amazing! The Harwood location is a great place to kennel your dog, they'll love it here.

Caesar loves E&B And he loves the staff he is a lover boy!!! The owner and the staff are awesome to work with when we 1st started . But after 3 years of being there it breaks my heart to say goodbye. But I have a feeling that something is not right... I also feel communication should be your first priority with a customer and I also feel that policies need to be upfront. Also the policy should be on a paper. And if there is any updated policies that should have been on paper too. Thank God we're out of this place I am so glad that Caesar has found a better daycare. I'm glad that Caesar doesn't have anxiety anymore at the new daycare compared to this place this place already gives me anxiety.

Great place and staff here!!

This is by far my favorite place that I have found to bring my dog to for daycare and I have tried several in the area. All the girls know her by name when we walk in the door and are always super friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Monkey is always happy to go there in the mornings and we both get better sleep at night because she spends her day getting all her energy out! So thankful for all you guys do for our pets :)

E&B is like a second home for our dogs! They love going and seeing the staff and their pupper friends at daycare! I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone not only because of incredible daycare and boarding, but also because E&B is so much more than that! They do AMAZING grooming and really care about your dogs! E&B is also like a second family for our dogs! We walk in and without a doubt the staff knows who we are and who our dogs are! When we board our dogs, I am fully at ease knowing that they are safe, having the best time, and that they are being taken care of and being treated like family! If you are on the fence about boarding/daycare I absolutely recommend checking out E&B!

My dogs and I absolutely love E&B! I've been taking my 6yr old goldendoodle here ever since he was a puppy, and now bring our newest puppy, a mini schnauzer. They both love their time there, and the girls that work there. I fully trust the staff with my babies, and know they are safe and having fun while in their care. The field trips are an absolute treat for my goldendoodle, he goes every week!! I love the report cards that he gets sent home with, and the pictures they take, it's so special!! I have recommended E&B to my friends and will continue to do so. My pups are lifers for sure!!

They wouldn’t take my sweet dog because she’s a pitbull. So ridiculous. The fact that you will deny dogs because of their breeds would make me not recommend this place to anybody.

My dogs go to Eddie and Barkus daily for daycare and happily call it a home when I am out of town. The staff are amazing and extremely personable. The facility is always clean when I am there are my dogs are cared for by the staff like they are their own. I do not hesitate with recommending E&B to everyone I know. Daycare days and field trips are something that my dogs look forward to every morning. This is our family and we love everyone here. You will not be disappointed with anything at this top notch business!

Eddie and Barkus is an amazing place, they have become like family to me and my dog. My corgi loves going there and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The employees are always so welcoming when we come in and the facility is always clean whenever we come in. Highly recommend bringing your dog here. I promise they will have fun and be treated as if they were they were the employees own dogs.

$112 hair cut for my 10lb dog! First off, I wasn’t advised that I would be charged for 2 time slots, especially after it was only one slot the first time we were there. Secondly, I called that morning to ask what time I could drop him off and she said anytime, but did not advise that I would be charged for half day of daycare. I also asked for a specific haircut, which was not done. When I spoke with the owner, Marsha, about this she was erratic, did not listen to anything I said, and continued to raise her voice and talk over me as well as continually stating ‘Well did you know your dog bites” (Which for the record, I was very clear the first time I went there that he gets kennel shy and he will nip if you try to grab him out of the kennel). I’ve never experienced such immature behavior out of an adult, let alone a business owner whose success depends on good customer service.

Eddie & Barkus has the best staff ever. You can easily tell how much they love dogs. Your fur baby is in great hands when staying there. ☺

Great place to border dogs but can always be more people to help love dogs

We're started bringing Skadi here regularily through the week while we're at work. Great place as she's always tired when we take her home. Only two gripes would be 1. I wish more people got in and played with the dogs as it seems they only enter the kennels to clean up messes. 2. They're webcam quality is mediocre for the current state of the technology industry. More or even just better quality webcams and a redesigned website would be two huge marketing points for E&B in my opinion.

Best doggy daycare in town! They have very friendly staff and it is always so clean. They offer baths everyday of the week and have the best groomer in town. Highly recommend!
