Yorktown Animal Hospital has been my local veterinary for about 20 years. Dr. Wolfe sincerely cares for all his patients,,and their humans. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great service, reasonable prices, friendly staff!

These guys have always treated my boy with the best care and instruction! I just brought my new puppy in and they treated her with as much as a warm welcome as our boy always received. It's worth the 30 minute drive from Hampton and the prices are very reasonable!

Everyone is so kind to me and my dog. They have great customer service, and extremely fair pricing. They’ve managed to squeeze me in when my dog has been sick. I drive past many closer vets on my way to Yorktown Animal Hospital, they’re worth it.

Been coming for close to 13 years with dogs we have had and lost and our 2 current ones now. They are taken care of and trust the vets. We are treated with respect and patience. Dr. G was with us when one of our dogs who ultimately passed in 2019 of autoimmune. We called her at home,apologizing for disturbing to let her know what was going on with her and met her and a tech at the vet on closed time just so she could take care of our girl in her final moments and gave us time with her. They didn't even make us pay that day. We paid the next day for it. Very caring and very good at what they do.

My beautiful Cocker Spaniel started scratching her ears and my vet explained that this is common. Gave me the meds and directions to care for her. 4 days later received a call from the staff checking on her recovery, which I appreciated. Yes, she is much better!

We moved about 45 minutes away a couple years ago and chose to try a veterinarian closer to our new home. The new place was terrible compared to the quality and loving care Yorktown Animal Hospital provided It seems yorktown spends equal amount of time loving on the animals as they do treating the problem which, being in healthcare is often just as important if not more in some cases. They offer unparalleled care for all of our pets and it's worth the 45 minute drive to get the right people to help keep my pets healthy. Thank you

I have been twice so far with my 3 month puppy. I really enjoy the customer service and care given to my pup - even through through the covid pandemic, i.e., I stay in the car the whole time, I feel the communication to the doctor is seamless and that my thoughts are 100% heard and taken seriously.

They've been our vets for years now. However over the last 5 months they've been really patient and kind with my wife and I; first as we navigated how to confirm diagnosis, then through treatment, and now (heartbreakingly) how to keep our sweet fur baby comfortable as long as possible as he nears the end of his already borrowed time. Dr. G and Dr. Wolf both have graciously taken extra time to discuss our concerns and questions, often after normal office hours. Knowing we can count on them and their staff has been a true comfort. Thank you.

Treated Julius great best vet I've seen

My foster dog had to be put down. He was sick and they gave us extra time with him. He is missed so much.

Throughout the last 23 years we have had a total of 8 dogs and one cat cared for at YAH. We have had 2 to 4 dogs in our home at one time. The staff have been wonderful during each loss of our older dogs. Despite his busy practice, Dr Wolfe always remembers my pets and asks about the ones still at home when I bring one in. I rescued a dog with a recurrent growth inside her floppy ear. He removed it and it grew right back. Dr Wolfe then called his colleagues and sought their advice. He gave us options for treatment, and it is now gone with no recurrence in a year. I highly recommend this cohesive team of caring people.
