Friendly staff. I pick up sometimes when I petsit and they're always super friendly and helpful and the dogs always are well taken care of.

Bay Rivers is the best! My 1 year old hyper playful pup, Maggie, just stayed here the past week while I was away. And we take her once a week for day care. Their daily report cards are very helpful, and they are very responsive when I ask questions, and they called me when my food-picky pooch wasn't eating enough food to compensate for her play filled days. Highly recommend!!

Ownership and management are not professional at all. Would not recommend this place at all.

This place is the gold standard in daycare for your dog. They treat your fur babies with love as if they were theirs. My Roxy looks forward to her weekly visits to Bay Rivers. Highly recommend them. Check ‘em out, you won’t be disappointed!

My fur babies are so excited to come to daycare that they start to cry out of excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I feel super safe dropping off my pups here on days my husband and I work long hours. They are involved and make us feel reassured they are being taken care of as well as if we were taking care of them. The staff is very flexible to help specialize the needs of your pup as well.

Greatest dog day care! Facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Handlers and staff are wonderful and really care about the dogs. They are also partnered with off-leash K9 so all of their handlers are well versed in all different kinds of dogs. We have a high drive, smart, but young Dutch shepherd. The staff here understands the needs and behaviors specific to these breeds and we could not be happier. Being a military family that has moved around, finding a daycare for our pup this great is not always easy. This is by far the best daycare place we have ever been at! Our dog loves his handlers and K9 friends at bay river doggie daycare. Couldn’t be happier with their care of our pup!

We are only day TWO visitors but I absolutely love Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare. Stevie absolutely loves going here and perks up when she hears “Want to go to daycare!?” I love their services, their staff, and the fact that they give me daily report cards and photos of our pup!! They truly take care of Stevie like she is their own and that means the world. ❤️????

They have taken care of our Henry since he was a little pup! They work with him on manners, they take pictures and give a report card every day.

Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare for our dog is like going to Disneyworld! We have a special leash for going there, and when we grab it from the closet, Oliver gets so excited!! He has been going for a year now, and was initially reluctant and nervous, but the BRD staff worked with him to gain confidence and learn how to have fun in daycare with lots of dogs! They ensure your dog fits in whatever group makes them thrive. BRD has been the best thing for our Oliver and we highly recommend the daycare to all dogs!!

Bay Rivers Daycare staff are so amazing!! The dogs have so much space for them to play. They are so caring on watching and working with the dogs! Our puppy loves to get in the truck when he knows he is on his way to Bay Rivers!

The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They are diligent and know all the dogs that visit. They go above and beyond to interact with the animals making their stay an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Bay Rivers is just phenomenal!! Every person that works with each and every dog just genuinely loves them and it shows. Our Sally Mae is 1.5 years and usually goes 1-2 days a week. She suffers with separation anxiety but she loves to go to Bay Rivers. She trots right back with the worker with her head held high and her tail wagging. They make it so much fun for the dogs and give owners peace of mind. You should give them a try. Your dog will love it and so will you!!

Bay Rivers is great, we love sending our puppy there! It makes him so happy to get to play with the other dogs and the staff takes good care of him. We will definitely be sending him back!

Simply put, if you love your dog and don't want them caged up all day like some animal, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Bonus: your boy/girl will come home better behaved. They learn how to play with other dogs, making dog parks much more enjoyable. Report cards and pictures provided with each visit. Polite, Professional, and Positive.

If my dog could write this review, she would say this is "the bestest place ever." The staff is amazing and take amazing care of the dogs. They send the best report cards, which are very informative and thoughtful. They take the most awesome pictures and create a great atmosphere. In addition to the socialization my dog receives, she also benefits from the training they provide.

My Goldendoodle Chewey went through the OffLeash training and now goes to BayRivers Daycare for socializing and exercise. I love the people and great care this facility offers. We had a rocky start but the team was professional and did all the right things. Chewey enjoys playing with the “calm” group and getting extra “human” love. They take great care of the dogs and always do a little extra (pictures are the best)!!

I can’t say enough good things about Bay Rivers! I took my boys in for an evaluation & play day (and since have boarded them multiple nights)! The staff was knowledgeable about dogs and their interactions. They even took extra time to get my little guy settled in when he was being a little fiery and overprotective of his brother! I highly recommend them!

Definitely 5 stars. The staff is just great, they will work with you on special issues. You get a report card on your dog and even pictures of their adventures during the day. Your dog isn't just put in a kennel and let out a couple times, but mingled with the other dogs and worn out by the end of the day. 5 STARS!!!

Bay Rivers takes such good care of our wild girl. Molly requires a little extra attention due to some of her less than admirable habits and moderate anxiety and they do SUCH a good job of working her every single time we take her. We wouldn’t trust any other daycare to take such good care of her the way Bay rivers does. We’re a military family and we don’t know what we’re going to do when we have to move again!

Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare’s staff have done an amazing job with my dog Stella! She was very nervous and stand-offish her first few days, as she had previously been with unfamiliar dogs, but the staff were very accommodating and worked with her to help her make new furry friends. Stella now has a great time playing with other dogs of all ages and sizes. The transition I saw from the daily report cards over the course of a week of boarding and daycare was unbelievable! The daily report cards with cute pictures and videos of play time along with a description of how the day went are great! She went from trying to hide in the corner at first to now playing with the dogs while also begging for all of pets and belly rubs from the staff. The staff truly love all of the dogs there and work hard to make sure the dogs all have a good time. Stella now loves seeing all of her friends when she goes into daycare and comes home worn out ready to snuggle after a fun day of playing! Highly recommended Bay Rivers for both both Boarding and Daycare!

We boarded our pup with Bay Rivers over the 4th of July holiday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our guy while maintaining contact with myself every step of the way. I looked forward to his daily report cards and the corresponding pictures. The staff made what was initially a a very stressful situation for my family smooth and positive. Our guy was absolutely exhausted. We will continue to trust Bay Rivers with our best friend. I can't say enough about this wonderful experience.

We needed somewhere for our 4 month old pup to stay for just 1 night and we took her here. To say I am blown away is an understatement! The staff is professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about their job. The facility is superb as well. I will probably send puppy here once a month for a break for us both and if closer would seriously consider daycare. They sent a report card, photos, and a special treat - even did a photo shoot for Father’s Day! Thank you so much for such an awesome experience!!

Max can’t wait to spend the day with you guys! He’s learned socialization, manners and how to the be the BEST boy!! They truly take the time to reinforce good habits and behaviors while making sure everyone has a great time. I wouldn’t trust my boy in anyone else’s hands.
