The Paws Mahal Hampton, North Carolina

So this is more of my fault but I just wanted to post a review. I went to get gas and someone out there needed help I let them get the change from my purchase of buying gas. I let them keep the change and on their pump then asked for $20 on my tank. Well I forgot to get my gas due to the person thanking me. I left and within 2 mins realized I forgot and came back. One of your vehicles was at my pump. I asked her ma’am was there extra money on that pump? She said sorry idk while smiling and smirking saying she didn’t know how much she put in her tank. I looked when she left there was $34 and some change. There’s no way she didn’t know how much she put in gas in her work vehicle. Seemed like she used a $20 and put her change on the tank. Would have been nice if she offered to give me back what was mine instead of smiling when I’m boardline aboit to cry. I have 5 kids at Home I’m a waitress and work hard for what I have. It was a white girl thicker, brunettes and squarish sunglasses. I just wanted to put my word out somewhere because it made me pretty upset. Thanks.

Brittany was very professional, on time and great with our cocker spaniel today. Since it was his first hair cut we were nervous that he wouldn’t do well. She took her time and it was a great experience. Honestly, you can’t beat the convenience of a mobile groomer!

I have a 4lb dog with epilepsy. She also has a bad leg. Brittany is so awesome with her. She looks and smells great and Brittany is so gentle and loving with her!! Worth every penny!

I have experienced poor service 5-12-21 with this company. They nicked my havanese 4 times where you see her skin showing and i also had to take her to the vet hospital. Where they diagnosed her with and ear infection, inflamed neck. It is now 3 days later and my puppy is not eating and not herself. And now i have to go back to the another vet to see what is wrong with her. Never take your puppy here!!!!!!!! PLZ PLZ PLZ NEVER TAKE YOUR PUPPY HERE. i FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THE YOUNG LADY HAD A BAD ATTITUDE.

I was a consistent customer with Paws Mahal until the groomer allowed my senior dog to jump off the grooming table (she placed him on the table prior to grooming him) and he ruptured his ACL. The owner sent me a $250 check to pay half of my dog's medical bills and that was it.. She told me that was all she could do and never followed up again.. This happened in February 2020. They say they have compassion for the animals, but they do not.

Came to my home to bathe and groom my dog. They did a good job and really like the convenience.

Geo was fantastic - she was kind and compassionate about our concerns and spent a lot of time with our sweet girl - I rarely give 5 stars so I stand behind this review of Geo (hope I spelled her name right) if the rest of the staff is like her you won't be disappointed.

My puppy Paris Leigh had her 1st grooming experience with Paws Mahal!!! Christina was a pleasure to work with. Paris looks great and smells wonderful!! I will definitely recommend their services! Wonderful experience!!!

We recently sought out the mobile services of Paws Mahal, this was the worst experience we could have ever subjected our Yorkie to. We asked that she be trimmed, they cut all her coat off, she was nicked in the groin area which left her swollen and discolored. She's not eating, nor wanting to walk. We offerd the Groomer her medical/shot records she stated they weren't needed. It's 4 days now no improvement, We're heading to the Vet this morning. Michael's Woods

Not a customer, they came to my HAMPTON neighborhood with their mobile van, serviced my neighbor’s dog and left- hitting my son’s car as they backed out of the driveway. Their customer witnessed the accident and provided the name and number of the person driving the mobile unit to us- they also verified with Paws Mahal that their van did, indeed, back into my son’s car, causing a significant dent to the door of the car. Paws Mahal management refuses to communicate or provide their insurance information and blocks calls from any number that mentions the accident. DISHONEST !!! I would never trust them with my precious pet. BEWARE!!! If I could give a zero I would!

Fast. Personal. Friendly. Only pay for the service you get. Reasonable prices at that.

Had them perform nail trims on two of my overweight dogs. A routine affair. Which my Vet has no problem with. Thirty minutes later animal control is on my door step claiming I have abused and neglected my animals for being overweight and having long nails. As Pawsmahal had just trimmed the nails, coincidence was too much. Apparently Pawsmahal employees report what they feel is animal abuse (anonymously) after they have collected their fee. Do not use this service or allow their employees onto your property, they are looking for reasons to report their customers for bogus charges.

What an amazing service! We have 3 dogs they finished them super fast and they looked great! We definitely have a new groomer!! Thank you Alyssa!!

We have used Paws Mahal several times. They do a fantastic job and are very caring and professional.

I have an 18 year old Persian that I have groomed yearly, and shaved down in a lion cut. While I had been very happy with her previous groomers, the experience of having to be taken in and left for a few hours had begun to be a little too stressful for her. I tried Paws Mahal yesterday for the first time. I loved the experience!!!! They showed up right on time, and Victoria was AMAZING with my girl, and the cut she got was spot on. It is REALLY hard to get a cat trimmed smoothly and evenly, and Ginger looks fantastic. I'll definitely be calling them again next year.

Very good with the pets. Would highly recommend them. My sister is pleased with their service as well.

One of the women came to groom my small dog and she was not able to. She actually skinned my dogs back and the hair has not grown back yet. This was several months ago. I wish I could post a picture of my dogs back. Not happy.

First time using mobile grooming services and they did an awesome job on my pet dog (Ponyo)...will highly recommend to use their services.
