I've taken my cats and my dog to Reynolda Veterinary Hospital for several years and they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. We had a slight pet emergency and when I called here, they were calm and informative. I have a pretty large German Shepherd who doesn't really like people and they handled the situation really well and were very understanding. Can't comment on knowledge as we went in knowing what the problem was, but the doc seemed good and the techs were knowledgeable.

Best veterinarian's around! Everyone there is wonderful and seem to genuinely care for your pets.

Reynolda Veterinary Hospital has been my sole animal care facility for almost a decade now. Even though I moved to a neighboring city, I still drive back for the excellent care and attention my dog receives. The staff is very knowledgeable and cares about all the pets, seemingly knowing each and every one in intimate detail. They are willing to take the time and answer all your questions and are there to provide guidance for the owner to make informed, never forced, decisions.

I was very impressed with the vet tech that I had. She was very accommodating and explained everything really well. The vet I had I was also really impressed with. She got down on the floor with our dog and seemed like she enjoyed what she does. She was a good listener and also explained things well. She took her time with me, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this practice and the experience that I had here.

Exceptionally compassionate knowledge and fairly priced care for all of the furmily

I am a new dog owner and came in with about 20 questions for the vet during our first checkup. She addressed each one in an efficient, clear, and very patient manner. I had to come back at the end of the week because my puppy was sick. The staff was flexible enough to fit an appointment in for us on Friday afternoon and then called first thing the following Monday to check on my puppy. Great and very accommodating staff!

Dr.Burtnett is an absolute angel. She helped us through our dog’ surgery and passing. She is very knowledge and very compassionate not only for our pet but for us too. I highly recommend her and Reynolda vet.

Dr. Shannon Longnecker just joined the Reynolda team, so my wife and I moved our doggies from another Vet in town to follow her to Reynolda Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Longnecker is an excellent vet and our two dogs recognize her every time we visit. You can tell that they trust her and view her as a member of the family. If you’re looking for a vet, I would highly recommend that you consider Dr. Longnecker and the Reynolda team.

We are new to town and the move upset our dogs..both 12 year old Havanese..our daughter in law told us about Reynolda and they were able to get Lily in immediately! Responsive, communicative and kind. We have found our new vet!

Reynolda Veterinary Hospital has a safe pandemic protocol in place. They pick your pet up in the parking lot, the vet calls you when finished, they return your pet to your car, you pay at the drive-up window. Great first impression for us.

This place is expensive go somewhere else. My dog got sick and they performed an operation only to tell me to take her to the emergency hospital on Hanes Mall. They knew before hand, but gladly took my money first. Seriously, any other vet place in the area is better and cost less than these arrogant doctors!
