I took my long haired cat for grooming. I always have a wonderful experience with Amanda. Sebastian loves her. Check in was smooth and easy and pick up went well. I always go to Abri for Vetinary services and grooming.

I have been using Abri for about 20 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. McAvoy is my vet. I believe she is the best. I wouldn't trust my babies to anyone else.

It was excellent! Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and my baby (cat) was treated with care. We found out he has diabetes and started care right away. Very glad I chose Abri

I have been a customer of Abri for over a decade. I was there last week, with my 3 dogs for vaccinations and some health concerns. While I was there, I gave the girls (multiple of them that came out) my updated information, again. I also made sure that the veterinarian that was seeing my dogs, was going to call me and not my husband. Of course, she called my husband and he had no clue what she said. He called while I was still sitting in the parking lot. I called the office again to speak to the Vet. due to her calling the wrong person. After waiting another 30 minutes, and calling again. I went home being told that she would call me with the report. I waited 2 days (Friday) and called back, left another message with front desk. Monday, I called and told them that I did not spend $390.29 just for Vaccines without the response as well as the estimates on the surgical procedures, 2 was also brought in for, that needed to take place ASAP. This time at least I was transferred to her. I did receive a partial report, and was told the the office would send me the email on the surgical prices. By the end of the week still nothing, I called again today. I'm not holding my breath.

Absolutely fantastic first visit and I have an older dog who can be a little skittish and cranky. It was like she knew she was in good hands and I felt 100% at ease.

We adopted our dog last October and he has had a variety of issues since then. Each time we have gone to Abri we have been met with patience and understanding. I have showed up crying, called to check when my dog was in the building, asked a million questions, etc. and each time Abri has been patient with me. My dog has anxiety issues and they have also been patient with him. Abri has helped us with figuring out our dog’s stomach issues and his anxiety. I am so grateful for their knowledge and care. I completely understand the frustration of waiting. However, I do not know of many other places that even give the option of a pull up vet service. Most places require an appointment.

I'd recommend them to anybody.

Appointments mean nothing to these people. You'll be sitting in their parking lot for 30 minutes before they even come to see you. Then another 20 minutes before they take your pet. Clear your days schedule if you plan on taking your pet here

So far we have had great experiences with them and our two puppies. They don't seem overly expensive but they do provide great care. The ability to simply walk in when you need to is nice.

Got hookworm medication prescribed for my dog here. He’s not eating anything now. I called to ask if there are any side effects. She was not helpful and insisted I bring him in again hoping to get another “examination fee”. So I googled it and it turns out “ loss of appetite” is just a side effect.... it’s pretty sad to live in a world that Google is more helpful than people who have went to college to try and “help” seems to me they just don’t care. Not recommend

Took my dog in to get examined. He had hook worms. The medication they prescribed made him sick and he’s not not eating anything now. I called back for information as to why this is happening. For example “ are there any side effects to the medication “ She did not give me any information and was not helpful at all. Of corse as always She wanted me to come in and spend more money. These people don’t have your best interest at heart. Do they even care!? Obviously not. Not recommended at all.

Our dog did well with the procedure. They took care of him like they would their own. Dr. McAvoy discovered he has a slight heart murmur which we were unaware of. Thanks! It's a great place to take your pets.

My 4 year old Cavalier hurt his knee and they were able to get him in the day of! They were quick and very helpful. The vet was so kind and explained everything so easily to us! Will be returning again!

I have a rescue Jack-Chi that is a busy dog she wasn't feeling good after her visit she wouldn't eat or drink had to go back to the vet and she wasn't happy about it.The Dr. checked her out and gave her meds and fluid's and a ???? she was mad at me all the way home.She is her busy self now

I have been a client of Abri Veterinary Hospital for over 25 yrs. Just last week had my chihuahua puppy neutered and his puppy canine teeth extracted. From large dogs, and cats, to the small puppies and kittens, from birth until the end of life, I trust the Vets and staff at Abri for all of my pets medical needs. Thanks Abri!
