This was my first visit with my puppy Chocolate. The staff was very friendly and they made us feel welcomed. I would recommend Oldtown Veterinary Hospital not just to my friends and family, but to anyone!

Not very responsive to get a call back

I have been very pleased with Dr Jarvis at Oldtowne Vet. They are caring and have true concern for my pup. He has gotten great care there and I highly recommend them.

Old Town Vet is the BEST. The staff are great. Caring, responsive, and absolutely precious in support of our Pet family. We have been going since around 2000, and nothing but top notch all the way around!!!

They were my primary vets for over a year but when I moved states and requested records be emailed to me, they were HIGHLY unreliable and did not take it seriously. I needed the records to establish a new vet in a different state. I called Old Town multiple times, they took my email address and kept telling me that they’ll email everything in ‘10 mins’. That was a lie. I never got any records and then they stopped taking my calls. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. Don’t count on them to help with time sensitive issues.

I called this place because my dog cut her leg open and needed stitches. I explained this to them and asked if I could bring her in. I was told to bring her. They came out and got her and soon brought her back out still bleeding all over and the vet told me he didn't have time to stitch her up today. WHAT????

As a new patient they didn't hesitate to work in a same day appointment when my yorkipoo was sick, very kind and professional staff. Now they will be out vet going forward

Dr Strickland took great care of Alliein a recent visit. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Drop offs and pick ups are done in the parking lot due to COVID. Their process works very smoothly.

My cat Luna got sick, and even though I wasn't an existing client, they fit me in on a Friday afternoon and did bloodwork, x-rays, physical exam with zero notice. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive, and Dr. Meyer did a great job with Luna.

I really wanted to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible when going to the vet and I've been to a few places but I'm such a fan of Oldtown. The vet that's been helping me through my dog's heartworm situation, Dr. Meyer, is very knowledgeable and I feel like she really cares about how he's doing too. Really everyone has been so nice and helped to put us at ease. I would recommend them because I couldn't be happier!

Dr. Gates is the best doctor. The rest of the staff is awesome too. I swear, they fall in love with my cats every time.

Dr. Gates has been our dog and cat vet for over 20 years. A gifted surgeon with a heart of gold, she also excels at diagnoses and treatments. The staff is friendly and responsive; the facilities are clean.

The professionals at Oldtown were very accommodating when I brought a newly- found cat to them for evaluation and a wellness exam. The technicians were informative and kind, and Dr. Meyers called to give me a report on the cat. I hope to utilize their services again in the future.

My dog is difficult to work with as unfortunately he’s a biter I have had such a wonderful experience at this clinic I take my dog to be groomed regularly every 6 to 8 weeks he hast to be sedated the staff all know him they treat him gently and lovingly even while having to protect themselves I think this is just a fantastic group of folks!!

My dog needed medical attention that could not wait the 2 weeks that my regular vet quoted me for an appointment. Oldtown got us in the next business day. Mikala was kind yet professional and patient with my questions. Dr. Meyer was personable while presenting my options and both people were very thorough during my time there. They have gained a new regular customer for the time and attention they gave me and my dog as we worked up a treatment plan. Thank you so much Oldtown!

I want to apologize here as I gave a bad review a couple weeks back. My pup gotten spayed and it looked rough when they unstitched it. But after a couple of weeks, it looked great. I was overly concerned and over reacted. They are great and we will be coming back here ????
