Absolutely the best vets anywhere. The vets and staff give superb care. Our community is so fortunate to have such an amazing clinic.

Excellent service, explains everything and answers all our questions. Animal hospital north was referred by a friend. So glad we took our doodle there!

We're a new family to the clinic and they were able to get us in on the same day! Very friendly and excellent service. The vet took her time to explain everything to us for treatment and risks which was great

Had to get my dog out of doggy jail but it didn't look like he treated too good, in 8 days I would say lost at least 20 to 30 pound's

The entire staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and generous with their time. Having onsite groomers is a huge convenience. From the first visit, all three doctors elicit confidence and trust not only through their professional qualifications but by truly caring about each patient.

Always helpful from the first call, to working in an appointment when needed. Very professional and at the same time kind and willing to talk with you about your pet issues.

The staff at Animal Hospital North take extra good care of my pets and they have for years. I had a cat with chronic kidney problems and Dr. Duke somehow kept that cat alive well beyond her 9 lives. They always offer multiple options for care and do what is best for your situation, only involving the emergency vet if absolutely necessary.

Dr. Ring is the best. She has been our family vet for over 14 years. The whole staff is caring, accommodating and gentle. When our older Labrador was too tired and weak to move the lab staff came out to the hall foyer to get their needed samples. We have seen them for multiple dogs and our cat.

My only regret is not coming here sooner. We ended up here looking for a 2nd opinion for our sick dog, we unfortunately caught the cancer too late and had to say goodbye. Dr. Ring was incredibly informative and sympathetic with us. It was our first time meeting her in a horrible situation and she cried with us. Her care meant the world to us. We have since transferred our other dogs here and got to meet Dr. Duke who also was very thorough and caring too. We’re very happy to have gotten in with such great care and doctors.

Dr.Ring is wonderful. She's as much in love with my dog Jack as much as I am. She answers every question with so much love and patience. And she's so educated. North vet is also very reasonable and understanding with financial issues. Ive taken 3 generations of my dogs to this vet. I couldn't have expected more love from anywhere. North Vet is my dogs best care from beginning to end.

The staff have an excellent way of caring for your pet. They have always been very thorough and detailed with our pets exams and check ups. The cost seems to be in line with other vet offices in the area.

We LOVE Animal hospital North. We have two dogs and Dr. Duke and her staff go above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of during each visit and beyond. Our older dog has anxiety issues and Dr. Duke was able to prescribe the perfect medicine and she is like a new dog. I love the ability to drop them for the visits and not sit in the waiting room. We are so happy to be customers here and wouldn't trust our dogs to anyone else.

New pup so comfortable with Dr. Duke that he decided to take his rest on the exam table! So...to be clear I'm giving Dr. Duke and tech Allison the 5 stars. Dr. Duke is a professional. She makes that clear when she's examining a pet and talking with an owner. Allison does her job well and complements the Dr. I would honestly give the clinic as a whole...4 stars. Maybe 3.5. They were very busy and had a rushed(overwhelmed) thing going on without a lot of smiles. Still masked with no "eye smiles" in lobby. Although, I will say the phone convo held earlier in the day was met with good customer care. Clinic wasn't super clean. I also had an unmet expectation that I probably shouldn't have had. I expected a new puppy goodie/welcome bag "thingy" or something from the front desk when I left. I guess things are different since I've been out of the loop. Again, no complaints especially with the first time meet and greet with Dr. Duke. Just an honest review. Blessings!

"Is this an emergency or can you hold?" Get use to hearing this with Animal Hospital North. Do not, however, get use to them keeping your animal healthy. Instead, depend on them to ignore your animal's charts and medical history from the moment your pet arrives. AHN did not read our pup's chart after we adopted him and moved him from his rescuer's vet. Between the switch they failed to verify/perform a heartworm test on our dog. This caused an expensive and time consuming chain of events. We placed him on heartworm prevention (as directed by AHN) for four months while he had heartworms, unbeknownst to us, obviously. So, due to AHN, we paid for four months of heartworm treatments while our animal had heartworms. They then needed three separate tests, (the second two tests were never mentioned as necessary until they had us pay for the first test) costing between $400-$500, just to verify the heartworms. Then we were charged over $1,000 (in addition to the cost of 4 months of heartworm treatments and the cost of the three heartworm tests) to cure him of his heartworms. In the mean time he was unable to play, go on walks, or do anything at all that would raise his heart rate. He gained 10 pounds during his two-month treatment plan. All of this could have been prevented had AHN just read his chart upon arrival. Instead of an apology or accepting responsibility, AHN decided to charge us nearly $2000 for their mistake. This is, as a pet owner who loves his pet like a child, unacceptable. We relied on AHN to keep our pup healthy, instead he was overlooked. And we, his owners, were left to fork out $2000 to fix AHN's mistake. So if you like your vet overlooking your pets medical history, or if you like hearing, "is this an emergency or can you hold" every time you call regarding your pet, then AHN is the vet for you. If not, I'd recommend anyone else in the area, literally anyone. As an animal lover, I'm extremely upset with how our pet was handled. I feel it is our vet's responsibility to prevent heartworms, not profit from them.

They were very good with my cat. Very understanding and caring with him. And kept good comunication with me through the proces of the visit. I was very comfterble and impressed with their animal care. I will be going back for all my fur babies needs.

Dr. Duke and Dr. Ring and staff have taken excellent care of my Pebbles. Can't say enough good things about them.

They won’t even let you in with your animal. I view my animal as my child and when I can not go in with them it is very frustrating. I don’t like dropping my cat off and not being able to go in and be with him and talk face to face to a vet. I’ve gone here for years but now I don’t trust them. They are the only vet I’m aware of that still isn’t allowing people to come in with their animal. To me it just sounds lazy.
