The groomer was very good with our older dog that has a skin condition. She was gentle and understanding of our dogs special needs . Thank you so very much.

I am new to the area and when I took my dog in for a groom, I didn't realize one of his vaccinations was expired. They helped me find a nearby vet to get it done & were willing to allow me to bring him back on the same day, even though it was past their required drop-off time. The groomer was very responsive & caring, and asked questions about my dog's needs. I definitely will take him back to Ruff Housing!

Tulla loves her play days at ruffs house located on Witt street. She enjoys the staff and what I am most pleased with is that she jumps out the car when we arrive at the door to ruff house eager to enter and start her day

I was told my dog would be part of the enrichment program. I was told this included 30 minutes of hands on attention to get them ready for the group and that they should never be left completely alone and with one or two other dogs at a time at least. I asked this firmly twice to confirm because there was shakiness in the receptionists voice when I pushed the question. We searched every webcam and couldn’t even find him during his stay. When I picked him up he acted very scared and skiddish. I’ve left him with other people before and he’s never acted like this after pick up. He immediately started scratching at my water bottle when put in my car and I opened it up for him and he drank the entire amount. The thirstiest I’ve ever seen him… I strongly believe he was left entirely alone for hours. He also still had a lot of food in the bag I requested you feed him.. he also smelled very dirty upon pickup. He wouldn’t leave my lap the entire drive home and stayed close to me as if he was scared he’d be left again. I feel like my dog was basically abused. I do not trust you guys. I have half a mind to come in and tell you off myself. He’s a 5 month old puppy. He deserves better.

They are pretty overpriced for not having more structured daycare. My dog almost always comes home really thirsty, hungry, and still having a pretty good amount of energy. He also always has to go pee right after I pick him up which makes me think he has been in a crate for a bit before hand.

This place is amazing!!! I was impressed soon as I met the nice girl that showed my two Cats Jackie and Louise to their condos to stay in which is by far the nicest I have seen for cats I have had in the past to stay in. Everyone I spoke to when checking on my cats was as friendly as could be and all loved animals. That's the kind of place you need to bring your fur babies to get the love and care while you are on vacation. Thank you so much Ruff housing! We will be back.

My dog loves Ruff Housing. He tries to jump over me to get out of the car when we drive up. All of the staff are so good to him. I really appreciate that they know him by name

Everyone was so friendly and great with my puppy. Ruff housing was a great find. I feel very comfortable leaving my puppy with them.

Our go-to for the pups when we're out of town. We love that we can check in via the doggie cams, and the staff is very responsive with any concerns we've had.

Ruff Housing is seriously the best place to go for grooming. I use Kayla and she is an absolute super star. She is so kind to my dog, who is a handful, and she always does a perfect job with him. He gets matted fairly easily and she can always get them out without have to shave him. She is great and I highly recommend!!!

They had a cancellation yesterday and I took my dog for her first grooming at the Witt Street location. Everyone was very friendly and the groomer did a great job. When I got home, my father said, “That’s one of the best haircuts she’s ever had!” We will be returning on a regular basis. It’s such a relief to have a good groomer nearby and the price is right, too!

My 6 month old poodle recently went to Ruff Housing for orientation. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and kept me updated on how he was doing. It was a joy to watch him playing with other dogs on the webcam, and I knew he was in good hands.

I’ve brought my dog to Sherry to be groomed for several years and she’s THE BEST!

My dog loves going to Ruff Housing! He has some behaviors that I'm trying to work on (bouncing/jumping up, barking at strangers) and they have been responsive and patient with Xe! He goes once or twice a week and it has helped manage his energy level so much. They have allowed him to stay late when I've been stuck at a work situation longer than anticipated. I appreciate their care, patience, and great attitudes when it comes to my big puppy. They really understand that he is a typical high-energy 8 month old Labrador and not a big problem! The few times we've had issues they have talked through them with me, and worked with Xe to make sure his experience is good and beneficial to him and the other dogs at Ruff Housing.

These wonderful professionals expertly groomed Macy, my flat coated retriever today. I am 110% pleased with their service. Macy looks great, smells great and has displayed her great looks since coming home. Macy, who can be snobbish, had great interaction with her new friends - her groomers! Thank you!

I have had my dog in day care with Ruff Housing and used them for boarding as well. The staff is incredible and they are great at spoiling my dog.

This was Winston’s first day of orientation and he loved it. Everyone seemed very professional and let us know what’s going on. I like being able to watch him on camera. So far we are impressed.

My experience with Ruff housing has changed over the years. The communication with me is not what it was. For instance, some of the services have changed and hours. I don't understand why this is not shown clearly in a friendly format. I do not have a problem paying online and believe the whole setup should be the same as payment- easy. Services are okay and I don't think I should have to pay more for updates on my pet. Webcam are not always available. It's not the same. I will use them again but I am hoping g it will be better.

As a neighbor, the constant barking is very annoying! This is a residential area, and the cacophony of barking from what sounds like empty concrete echo chambers is most unpleasant.

I have a toy poodle puppy who needs social skills they were patient with him his first day and it was nice to see him on camera interacting with that staff but still being shy with the dogs. I was nervous to leave him but they did call and give me a report. Ruff housing will help bring my puppy out of his shell with their nice facility and nice staff,********* I am redoing to this to one star they did not copy all my paperwork I sent and told me I couldn’t bring my dog back until I had the right paperwork that I already had given them extremely unprofessional that they banned my dog only sent an email and I had to call and sort it and give them the the paperwork again I am seriously considering not taking my dog back after their unprofessional behaviour

It's our first time and our pet enjoyed staying there and we had a great expireance. I highly recommend leaving you pet here.

My fur babies loved the boardi g experience. The staff is great with the animals amd the pups always look like they are having fun in the play areas.
