This is one of the best dog groomers I’ve been to. They are always very friendly and professional. My dogs Sadie and Cider love it here and like the staff very much. Cider especially has difficult hair, but they always know how to do it just right. Extremely flexible with their scheduling, they always seem to have time for my dogs, even if it’s last minute. Pricing is reasonable. Truly a gem

Pet Havens inc is one of the best groomers I have ever experienced. I just received a new dog and he had needed a lot of TLC. I called Fur Pet Salon and Day Care and Groomingdale and they was not willing to provide me service for my dog. I then called Pet Haven and they did not hesitate to provide me timely service. Pet Haven staff was friendly, professional, and provide my dog Cooper excellent TLC. I would recommend Pet Haven over Fur Pet Salon and Day Care, Groomingdale and all other pet groomers in Winston Salem, NC.

I took my 4 month old poodle puppy to Pet Haven for his first ever groom. I was nervous, and I’m sure he was as well. The staff was kind, gentle, and caring and I could tell they truly love animals. Merlin looked so good after his groom, and the prices are excellent. Also they don’t have a ridiculous wait list like other places. He’s already been back for his second groom and we will continue to use and recommend pet haven to anyone who asks.

Everybody is so friendly and all 3 of my dogs aren’t afraid to go here. They wag their tails when we pull up. I’ve recently got a puppy that they have been working with me to be un afraid of the groomers so they are very patient with him. I would recommend this groomer to anybody

Our dog, Bella, loves her groomer. She's always so happy when we pick her up. Pet Haven does not use scented shampoos that irritate our allergies. Bella always looks like a show dog when we pick her up. Pet Haven have the best groomers that we have ever had. Thanks, Pet Haven!

I love this place and my dog Bella loves it here too. The staff is very nice and friendly. They take great care of Bella. She goes 2 times a month, plus the price/bill is very reasonable. I am always recommending their services to others.

I have used their Services before in the pass, but in February of this year we have a new family member name is Bella. I take her to get groom at least once a month. They are so friendly and awesome Bella love to go and they love to see her coming . Also they board animals.

Sarah is the absolute best. Queenie is shy around strangers because of being a shelter rescue. She has come to love her Ms. Sarah and she will be sorely missed when we move out of state in a couple of weeks.

The first time I brought my newfie, Bella, here Brian did an amazing job with her!! Two weeks ago I called to make another appt, the receptionist said Brian was off, she checked with the other groomers and came back to say best to wait for Brian. So this morning I brought Bella in and she came out unrecognizable!! Brian was supposedly off again so another groomer stepped in. She did a horrible job!!! I waited 2 weeks for Brian to return and even when I dropped Bella I was not told that Brian wouldn't be the groomer. My poor Bella looks pathetic????
