Very caring and professional. Keeps me informed when my dog has to stay overnight or on the weekend. Usually receive 2 calls a day about her well being. I feel very comfortable with her in their care.

I was very happy with the animal hospital. They were friendly and professional. I plan on taking all my pets here.

They are great Dr's and stayed tonight and did a emergency c section on our little girl. We have 3 little pups and mom is ok . Can't thank you guys enough

I love Dr. Hill and his staff. They have been the vet for my dogs for years. I think that the new non contact check in system is wonderful and oddly enough I feel that Dexter was less stressed sitting in the car with mom till it was his turn to see Dr. Hill. Dr. Hill and his staff made (an emergency work in) seem stress less. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend Hill Animal Hospital

The doctors are the best and are reasonably priced. They have been taking care of my dogs for 20 years or more. I will not go anywhere else unless it is an emergency and they are not open.

They are very caring about your precious pet. Appointments are needed but they will do their best to work in emergencies.

Good if you can get them to answer the phone. Tried several different times after old Doc Hill retired and can never get through or get call back after being customer for 20 years. Wish new dr. hill lots of luck. Won't be back.

Dr Michael and his staff are the best. They go above and beyond to help you with your pets needs. Dr. Michael is very, kind,caring and compassionate with the animals. I trust him with my pets and hope I never have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

...4 months ago i had to take the hardest decision ever: after rescuing a wild Cat as she got run over by a driver that didn't even stop, Nanna became my "house tiger" and stayed with me for 12 years; but here i was, sitting in the Car, listening to Dr Hill explaining me her condition was not reversible, especially at her advanced age, which we weren't sure what it was, but estimated to be anywhere between 13 and 16 years. My fear was that, as we are in the middle of the Pandemic, i would have had to give her away to a stranger that would take her on a steel table alone to never see me again; but dr Hill showed an infinite amount of empathy, especially towards a Cat that for some reason, always liked to go to the Vet. I could have never hoped for anything better than what dr Hill offered, which under the current Pandemic situation, it was more than i could ever imagined. The strangest thing is that Nanna walked herself to the spot, cuddled there by the roots of a big tree... i am sure she must have been scared, but under the circumstances it was the best we could do. I was petting her as the first injection was given to her, she was looking at me as hear head laied in my hand and she fell asleep. My wife and eye had another one last chance to say goodbye to her as she was sleeping, i could feel her Purring, we said the last goodbyes, and then the Doctor proceeded with the last final injection, and her head became even heavier on my hand as her purr stopped. Death can never be beautiful, and the fact it took me 4 months to write this review, shows how much losing Nanna has touched me; yet it is undeniable that what dr Hill has given to our family, was the most beautiful gift someone could have given: despite the sad situation, dr Hill managed to make it the most beautiful it could have been and i will always be thankful to him and all his stuff for helping Nanna in the years. Needless to say: i will always reccomand dr Hill to anyone that truly loves their Pets and wants the best for them. THANK YOU AGAIN DR HILL

The staff is very knowledgeable and truly cares about my animals as if they were their own.

Everything is superb at this Clinic, the doctors, personnel,everything is just what was needed. The virus has changed their way of seeing the patients and it worked perfectly.

I really love my doctor for Bandit. Very compassionate. The best hospital I have ever taken my fur baby. The reason for the 3 star rating is because I have tried over 40 times in the last 2 days to make a yearly appointment and the phone is continually busy....... until they close. Then it rings, you get excited because you think you have finally gotten through - and then you get an answering machine with no option to even leave a voice mail. I am so frustrated because I WANT to make an appointment but I can’t because the phone line is ALWAYS busy!

Hill's Animal Hospital seems they used to care about our animals as patients and us as pet owners. Seems since Dr. Hill's son or son's which ever, seems all they care about is the money, not as much as the patients. They have cut their hours since this virus and I don't think that's right. The pets are still getting sick. My little girl got sick a couple of weeks ago, and being they cut their hours they were not open on Saturday, so she had to wait until Monday morning. I started calling at 10 am when they opened. When I finally got in touch with them I looked at my phone, and it showed that I had called them 36 times before 12 o'clock that morning. Kept on getting a busy tone. I feel that's uncalled for, even for an animal hospital. Sorry, but this is just the way I feel...
