As soon as you call it's different. It will take more than a month to get a dog groomed. Couldn't ask any more questions was afraid I would be cut off again. Thinking of other options for my pets. It's a nice place but.

First experience with the staff at Hickory Tree Veterinary Hospital was fantastic, the staff were kind, welcoming and made a big fuss over my puppy. The vet tec and the vet were both very informative and caring towards the well-being and future care for my new friend. They even gave me a little welcome bag with a toy in it that my pup absolutely loves, it's the first thing she grabs when she gets in the truck to go anywhere.

First I liked to say the Vet assistants were kind and thoughtful. The front desk, not so much. Look elsewhere for a compassionate place. I have had animals all my life. This is the first place ive known that dosent seem to care either way.

I have been using them for 10 yrs. Great dtrs and staff. They genuinely care about the pets. They are a little pricey but worth it

Stopped by to discuss using their services for our new puppy. The ladies up front were really nice and informative.

These guys are awesome. Took my Dottie yesterday for he wellness visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Veterinarian ????????

Best Doctor ever! Would not take our puppies any where else.

I bring my cat Toni here to board and for services. He is always happy when I pick him up and when he is in one of his moods they give him time to adjust and call me and let me know. I trust them with my spoiled fur baby!

Dr. Cope and his staff are beyond what you would ever expect from a vet. Everyone is just so nice that cares about your animal as their own. My Carly approves!!!

This was my first vet visit ever, as we have a new rescue dog. The administrative person was very helpful in getting me in sooner than my scheduled appointment because she knew our dog had some allergy issues. Once there, the tech came out promptly, was very kind and thorough. Then the doctor came out and spent a LOT of time talking with me, answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I learned a lot. To top it off, my car battery died while I was there and another tech promptly gave me a battery jump!! Over the top customer service!! Thank you all!

A little over priced on some services and seem like they always find a way to charge you for something you didn't know about. Staff is mediocre. BUT the Vets are top notch so I have mixed feelings about this place.

They have been an amazing vet since we transfered the care of our dogs here. Reasonably priced, the puppy payment plan is amazing and a wallet/life saver. Even if we move from the area, I will keep my dogs here.

Dr. Andrew and staff were very helpful for our very first appointment. They helped to reduce all our anxiety. Great staff, very professional!

The staff here is wonderful. I love how my dog was greeted by name as soon as we stepped inside. They all listen to you and give you the information you need. We've never used the boarding or grooming but would feel confident if we needed them.
