The people have always been so kind and loving with my animals. They are a little more pricey than others but they do see that they are well taken care of! I also love the fact they will come to the car and get your animals and bring them back to you. If anything is wrong they will address or if you have questions they will answer!!!

My daughter's dogs and cat visit here regularly. The Doctor has knowledge and heart I'm hoping to adopt aa dog from here that was brought in to be uthenized but Ddr wouldn't do it. It was worth saving an 11 week old puppy.

The receptionist and the Veterinarian are professional and handled my 12-year-old cat with care.

Had our kitty Lily spaid and she got all her first shots. Seems they took wonderful care of her.

Took one of my dogs for her vaccines. Couldn't be happier with the staff, and quality of this vet. They are wonderful.

Such a nice veterinary hospital! I take both my dogs and cats here, and everyone who works here is so knowledgeable and friendly! The building is small but they take very good care of pets, and they even do some limited care for avian patients. And on top of all that, the prices are quite fair!

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Kaylor for almost 20 years. She and her staff are the best! They are very courteous, kind and patient. Dr. Kaylor always has time to discuss health concerns and answer all our questions. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you to all the Arcadia Veterinary Hospital staff.

This is a wonderful veterinarian practice. They have taken care of our dogs for generations.

My mom had brought her dog here a few times with heart issues+old age etc. She went there recently because her dog was acting like she did not even recognize her. She was told by Dr. Kaylor there was nothing wrong after Dr Kaylor maybe spent 5 mins with her dog. Not more than an hour later her dogs tongue turned purple and could not breathe and my mom had to have the dog put to sleep. I will never bring an animal to this place and will strongly urge anyone who asks me to never set foot here. Dr Kaylor obliviously does not care for animals and is only in it for the money.

I use to use this location over 5 years ago and they were so good then, now they have changed. I have called this location 2 times over the course of a couple of weeks and they are extremely rude, cutting you off, not wanting to answer questions or constantly rushing you off the phone. Thats totally fine I will take my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional staff and Veterinarian. Had to bring our outside cat to the vet due to a cat bite. We were not able to keep her in the home due to our other cats and her not getting along. She was provided with shelter food and water, she was never exposed to the elements. We were treated very poorly due to the fact that she was kept outside, and they made rude hateful comments right outside the door knowing we were in ear shot. It came back that she was FIV positive, and we were told we had to bring her inside or put her down. I asked what I should do with my other cats inside and she made the comment that FIV cannot be spread through a door. Very sarcastic and rude people, never expected this kind of treatment. After my recent move I needed a vet for my dog who needed heartworm and flea and tick protection. This was complicated by the lockdown for Covid. End the end with curbside services my dog and I were welcomed in. I have been back recently for a rabies vaccination again, curbside service. On top of that I have found their prices extremely fair and the staff friendly. I highly recommend them.

The staff that I dealt with was very nice

They are to expensive and they really don't help animals with special needs like allergies.
