Took my fur baby Jordan on Friday Martin Luther king weekend. Went all weekend didn't hear anything.called on Tuesday only to find out my baby had passed away. The receptionist didn't put my right phone number in my chart and I never got to get to say goodbye to her. I'm still in shock and disbelief. They really didn't act like they had much sympathy either.. I wasn't a stranger to this place I had been going there for seven years. I don't think I will be going back. Also I wanted to see my pet the day I went to pay my bill and they said no. I know she had passed but I never got to see her ever again. Did she think I just took her to this place to die.

Dr. Walker has taken care of our dogs for many, many years. Always excellent service and good vet decisions. He’s done everything from treating bronchitis to remove cancer from our dogs. Great folks both the doctors techs and staff.

Had to take my one dog he oher week cause they got into a Lil fight. But they did and amazing job getting her fixed up. Definitely will go back for any of my pets needs. The prices are affordable. And the Dr and the vet tech are so nice and friendly and caring. Definitely recommend them.

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Or maybe it’s just cats they don’t like. So my baby went in for surgery he stayed for two days and came home. When he came home their was no meds and no instructions. I brought him back a few days later due to him not eatting. I sat their 4 hours and all they did was give me some meds that he puked up. I took him to a different vet it costed me $500 for fixing their mess. If I had not brought him in he wouldn’t be here. So I feel like they hurt my kid.

Took great care of my two cats

I brung my dog in for a wellness check 10/12 due to vomiting and diarrhea. He was only given a fecal test, fluids, and something for vomiting. He had a high fever of 104.5 and later reading 102.5. He was sent home with no lab work complete and to die literally 3 hours after receiving Cerenia. I paid them to send my baby home dying, had the lab work been complete maybe I would have been able to pay to put him out of his misery instead of wasting money. I called them to update them was told I may get a call back. WOW

Our regular clinic had a packed schedule and couldn't see our dog for a UTI. I carried her to Countryside because they had appointment availability. Our dog had been attacked by a pack of dogs and almost killed 4 years before. The vet threw her up on the table, they used the Dremel on her nails a burnt her tail badly with it! They cheated us out of the correct amount of pills to treat the UTI. The office is filthy. The techs were as classless as I've seen. This clinic should be shut down!

The staff there treated my baby as if he belong to them, they were very courteous to me and explained everything they were doing and gave me instructions on what to do with him at home. I recommend them to everyone ????????????

I got my GPS messed up and I call them and they help me find them. I was very impressed by their sweetness. Thank you lord Jesus.

After numerous positive reviews, I've changed my pet's vet to this one. Been coming since January but not anymore. It'd be real nice if they had a larger indoor waiting area as it gets hot/cold outside and they don't call you back until about an hour, and that's when I had to call them to remind them I was there. 2nd, my cat had to be seen on Tuesday of last week. He was prescribed amoxicillin and they said he can get a 2nd bottle but I had to call to refill it. I said okay and left. Well he ran out last night. I went to wilson and planned to pick up his new bottle today. I called and the message said they were on vacation the 1st through 8th. Why didn't they inform anyone? Or why didn't they just go ahead and give me the 2nd bottle if she was sure I'd need it? And they added another vet's number for an emergency line. So I called them and asked if I could get a refill on a prescription since countryside was closed. The lady said they cannot unless they see the patient. I cannot afford another vet visit when he just got one last week just to say he can get amoxicillin. I will be going to another vet from now on. I will no longer use countryside.

Unprofessional and rude and refused to correct the RX situation that they created!!!! They don’t fill prescriptions so you have to use “CHEWY” and the veterinarian office has to confirm the RX. Well this office denied the information and refused to fix the problem!!!!! No prescription, and my dog is suffering and they pushed the blame on the dog name…. “ I’m not gonna go through every file to find your dog”. This coming from the receptionist.

Horrible ! Waited 4 hours and no shots for my cats , when they could have weighed them first to see if they were 2 lbds before being seen.

The front desk person was very rude. After waiting more than an hour. I was told that the Vet was in surgery and it would be hours before we would be seen.

Love how they treat the dogs and they are very friendly

My cat had a Haematoma in his ear, they put a tube in did surgery. I came back the following Friday to have it removed waited from 7am to 10am still was not seen! Two people who came after me got seen before me. I came the following Monday to have the tube taken out my cat shook his head just right and the tube flew out. Cat never went without the cone, didn’t scratch the ear and was not outside they gave me attitude said he must have got to it somehow. They charged me again to sedate him again to do stitches again! Also waited from 7am to 9 to be seen two people who came after me seen before I was! I will never ever go back to this vet! They never saw him on Friday while the tube was in his ear and tried to pretend that they saw him on Friday but he was never seen!

Everyone was very professional, carrying and educational about animals and financial situations.

TERRBILE!!!! they don’t actually check up on your concerns when it comes to your pers and they brush stuff out and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR ANIMAL Here. the front desk lady thinks she’s a vet and can tell you about your animal more then the vet.

I love that I can walk-in without an appointment. Everyone is friendly and my puppy just loves the staff. They’re knowledgeable and have been very helpful to me as a new pet parent.

I moved from out of state and my pup was not feeling well they Countryside animal hospital took very good care of her and she's on a new diet prescription diet from hills metabolic weight management clinical nutritional dry and can I see her love handles slimming down and she seem to know this is a diet she's started running full out Thank you kindly for helping us I'm sure this diet will be half your battle as I was loving her with food and that's something no one should ever do I thought I was going to lose her and kind of opened up with the treats we are on track to be healthy again God bless and thank you so very much to all the staff

The doctor is not the most pleasant man, but he treats the pets well and it is very low cost.

Rude is an understatement for countyside

The staff is very friendly. The doctor knows his stuff. He's friendly and very informative. He will tell you like it is. If you don't believe what he says he will show you proof. GREAT place to bring your fur babies.

The vet was rude and barely stayed in the room long enough to answer any questions. Seemed like he was trying to rush in and out as quick as possible. The vet techs and the vet were also quite brash and heavy handed when handling my cat. I asked that they trim her nails. She doesn't particularly like having her paws handled, but figured the vet techs should have enough experience to handle her. It took way longer than it should, stressed my cat out way too much, and one vet tech even hit my cat and threw her back in the carrier once she was done. It may be less expensive than most vets, but they're not very professional here and don't treat animals with care.

I took my new puppy there and they did not check him at all ! All they did was clean the hair out of his ears and butt and gave him his first puppy shot , I told them about him itching to the point his skin was red and fur missing they didn’t even look into it at all , at the end they asked me did I want a flea ointment for him which I got that wasn’t even for the size dog he is and I took him to the groomers the next day to find out he did have fleas smh they just didn’t seem to care at all overall the experience was horrible I will never go there again !
