Nice and trustworthy folks here. Vet care ain't cheap but the experience makes it. These folks always treat you like family which is what makes me recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Bissette-Wheeler has saved my dog's life twice. She's an excellent veterinarian and will not steer you wrong. She will only do as much or as little as you ask her to do. That being said, she will give you options and prices so that you can decide what your needs are. I trust the whole team at Brandywine completely. Your animal will get the very best of care at this veterinary hospital, from shots to surgery. If you want your pets to live comfortably to a ripe, old age, I highly recommend you bring them here. EDIT: My Sarah is now 15 and still doing well.

We got a new puppy 3 months ago and I called Brandywine before we got him to schedule his first appointment based on the recommendations of friends. From the moment we walked in the door, they have felt like family. Seriously, the way everyone is so friendly - it just feels comfortable. We see Dr. Brantley and she's very down to earth and easy to talk to. She doesn't jump in to recommending the most expensive method of treatment but gives you options (we've had a tummy issue and ear infection already) and doesn't make you feel bad for choosing a lower cost option. We look forward to being part of the Brandywine family for a long time!

What a phenomenal practice! I recently became a client here, and I am impressed with their concern for their patients and outstanding communication practices. I have met Dr. Bruton and Dr. Bissett-Wheeler, who are excellent veterinarians and show great compassion for their clients and patients alike. The staff is friendly and professional, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the practice. I worked as a veterinary technician for 29 years, and I have seen some not-so-great practices where communication was a serious problem. That is certainly not the case here. I am very picky about my pets' care, and I completely trust the professionals at this facility. It was not easy for me to relinquish care of my fur-babies to others because I was used to participating in that care in a professional capacity. I think it speaks volumes that I find the care here to be excellent, and I think you will too. I look forward to meeting Dr. Brantley in the future, as I am confident her care will uphold the same standards demonstrated by the rest of the veterinarians and staff.

I called the office just a few weeks ago to find out if they honored the voucher from the sheriff's office to get my pet neutered and was told that yes they certainly would. Fast forward to this morning and I go to the vet to borrow a carrier to transport my cat. The girl at the front desk was not only cordial but very cheerful which made me feel like this was going to be a pleasant experience ( not for Einstein). Once I was able to get my cat there this afternoon I was greeted by a completely different crew and everyone seemed to be in a bad mood right from the start. One of the tech's came from the back and asked for my cats name and I told her, but I also let her know that I had mistakenly forgotten to make an appointment. I was met with a rolling of the eyes and nothing said as she simply turned around and went to the back. The front desk girl was to concerned with her phone to see if I needed help, and after a while the tech comes back to inform me that if I wasn't a client that I would have to be one before anything else is done. So what is supposed to be a free program to help curb the animal population is actually a ruse by this facility to get new customers. Not only do they not take the voucher, but they wanted to schedule shots, run various tests, and finally have a consultation with the doctor before anything else happened. I'm not a rocket scientist but if someone is coming to you with a voucher for a free service, what exactly makes you think they can afford all of the prerequisites for your services. Perhaps lose the attitude when people don't want to remortgage their homes to pay ridiculous bills at the vet, and if you aren't going to participate in the sheriff's program then don't say you do just to get them in the door.

Been pretty much everywhere in town with various dogs, no where else I'd rather go!

I have taken my dog here for almost 13 years. They are always patient and loving to our sweet pup. Even though I know they stay busy they never seem rushed when sitting answering questions or explaining things going on. I recommend the vets at Brandywine every time someone gets a new animal or are having issues with their pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else for veterinary care.

The experience I had at Brandywine was just excellent the Doctor and worker's treated me nice and explain everything the was needed for me to get Tobie surgery done a job well done.

We took our tiny Guinea pig to have her nails trimmed this morning on recommendation from a friend. They did awesome and were so sweet and careful with our tiny little family member!
