Pet's Pal Inn Wilmington, North Carolina

They take the best care of our dogs and our dogs love them! We do boarding and have been going there for 15 years. We now do daycare with our newest pups and they get so excited once we make the turn into the lot. The staff couldn't be friendlier.

Mi fur baby suffers a bit from anxiety, which always gave me a hard time to find a groomer. As well as having a hard time trusting him with anybody as he can get very nervous and upset. But ever since I found pet pals inn, I have found the perfect place. The groomers are very patient and kind, never giving up on him. He always comes out bath and trimmed very well! I never have an issue. My fur baby is getting use to them little by little. Over all, the service is amazing!

Absolutely Amazing!! These folks treat your fir babies like family!! My dog begs to go!! They post tons of pics everyday so you can see the kids having the time of there life. Awesome staff! Thank you so much for loving my girl.

The Pet's Pal Inn went above and beyond for me and my family. I was on the way to take my husband to Duke Hospital and I got the wrong time to drop off. No one was at the facility. They drove over to get my dogs from me to help me. They were extremely kind in doing so. Also, my dogs have not wanted to go when I take them to kennels. At Pet's Pal Inn, they are happy to get out of my car and go with them. They also do a great job at posting to facebook. We love looking at the fun pictures!

They're great people here, they've always treated my dog like their own. They make me feel comfortable dropping my dog off for daycare with them.

They love on our dogs. Our dogs run into the front door to stay for a vacation.

Wonderful facility for doggie daycare as well as boarding. Couldn't think higher of them.

I have used this kennel a few times and absolutely love them. My baby is very well watched over and the staff makes me feel 100% comfortable when leaving her. The fact that pictures are posted during her stay warms my heart! For anyone looks for a kennel, this is definitely a great place for your furry family member! ???? & for the grooming .... LOVE! I have a husky so they shed a lot. After a grooming, she looks flawless!

Are dog Roxy loves going to stay at Pet's Pal Inn! She is eager to be dropped off and is always happy when we pick her up. I can tell she has been well taken care of.

My dog Lucy LOVES this place! She goes to day care about 1x a week. When she comes home she's thoroughly tired from playing. We've kept her here overnight a couple of times and she did great. Staff is very friendly and listens to what you have to say. The groomer is great and very reasonable. Very satisfied with Pets Pall Inn.

We have three Boston Terriers ranging in ages. I can’t say enough good things about Pet’s Pal Inn. They have been able to keep all of their different personalities/ages in check just like we do at home. Staff is so responsive when you call to check in & they send you pics. They come back home so loved & groomed + with cute neck cloth bandanas! I wouldn’t think of another place for my fur babies! Highly recommended. Thanks from the Williams family to know we can count on you! :)

All the pets I saw, when dropping off my kitty and when picking him up several days later, appeared content and well cared for. My cat was very relaxed and content there. I think their boarding fees are quite reasonable.

Staff is friendly. Cost over $600 to board 2 dogs for a week so it was a little pricey.

Love Pet's Pal Inn. First time I took Bentley was for boarding over a weekend very last minute and they were very accommodating! Now Bentley goes to daycare about 3x a week. They call out his name when we walk into the door, super friendly. Every morning he goes to the door waiting to leave to go to daycare. Thank you guys!

Very personable staff! My dog came out looking spectacular and she seems to like going there. Reasonable rates and they handle dogs very well
