Being new to the area, we needed a vet to follow up with a visit for my elderly pup after an emergency hospital visit. Coastal Carolina Animal Hospital was very easy to work with, fast to schedule, very professional and caring. We are very happy we trusted CCAH with the care of our dog and already scheduled his next annual visit with them.

Love the care my Chiweenie receives from the staff! Dr. Dugan and his staff are professional and very caring. If you are looking for a new Animal Hospital I highly recommend. They use PetDesk app which makes communication and scheduling appointments much easier.

Dr. Dugan and his staff have always so kind and caring when taking care of my kitten and my now deceased older cat Little Cat. That was an awful experience but Dr. Dugan made it as painless as possible. I have never felt like just another number. I have nothing but good things to say about my recent experience with Coast Carolina. My dog was not feeling good and I need to get an appointment as soon as possible, I called around to 7 different animal hospitals, including the vet that I had gone to for 7 years straight, and not a single place would squeeze my dog into get seen. Every single person I called made a comment like “oh yes he definitely should get seen by someone ASAP, but we can’t help you”. And then I called Coastal Carolina, and from the very first phone call I felt like this would be a very pleasant experience. They were able to squeeze an appointment in last minute and asked like it was issue or worry, unlike the other hospitals I called. And then I spoke with the Dr. Dugan, and I could that even though he just met my pup, he was as concerned for his well being as I was. I am thoroughly impressed with every single part of my visit on Monday with them and they have definitely gained an new loving customer and pup on their team! Charlee thanks you all!!

I can't imagine it could. My kitties always come out happy and well cared for. Dr. Dugan and his lovely staff keep me updated so well as my fur babies are being treated and they always answer all my questions.. Very personable. I like being treated like family. They all seem to really love their patients.. That makes me love Coastal Carolina Animal Hospital...

They always give my dogs the best of care

Hands down the BEST vet we have ever had in 35 years of owning animals in 2 different states. Dr. Dugan is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. He has seen us through many difficult times including navigating a bad dog fight, dealing with a dog with anxiety and putting down two of our pets that were more like family. This is hard stuff and having a partner who is truly interested in your family and your animal makes a huge deal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help. I truly don't think you can do better in Wilmington then Dr. Dugan.

Dr. Dugan and all of the staff at Coastal Carolina are the best! My dog is very timid but they treat him as if he were their own pet. They are all very kind and caring!

Dr. Dugan is the sweetest most caring man with your pets...been going for 17 years and would only trust him. I tried going to another vet in the area after my last dog passed away (it was still to sore to go back at first) but it was not the same experience - at all. I was back to CCAH by the second visit!

I've been bringing my animals to Dr. Dugan since moving to Wilmington almost 20 years ago & he is the best! His staff is friendly, caring & professional and every experience has been a pleasant one. Most importantly they have always fit my babies in if its been an emergency or serious concern which obviously means the world to me! And this prices are best in town!! Highly recommend!

Dr Dugan and staff are terrific and do just that little bit extra. Dr Dugan looked up the travel requirements to take our pet cat back to Europe and got all the paperwork to us in a 2day turnaround. Couldn't be more happy.

Took my moms dog to the vet for a tooth issue... they took her inside for a maximum of 10min. Came out with a whole other issue. Didn't see anything with the tooth. Then lays a 230$ bill in her lap. Dr Dugan says this is ok right? Really??? My mom said she wouldn't probably be able to eat for the rest of the month probably but its for her dog. They didn't do anything but bloodwork!!! 230$ in less then 10 min... they are crooks

My family has been seeing Dr. Dugan for all our pets since I was about 6 years old. Now I'm 26 and his amazing, caring staff hasn't changed one bit. They are always fantastic. We love Dr. Dugan!
