This place is awesome! My pup was super nervous and they did awsome with her. I recommend this place to anyone needing a vet.

We took our cat in because we were under the suspicion that he had an allergic reaction to something. They didn’t listen to us, or take any of our concerns into consideration. they instead treated us as if we weren’t doing a good job caring for our pet. We ended up taking our cat to them multiple times with the same concerns, and after a few visits(vet bills), it resulted in them prescribing our cat antidepressant medication through the phone. (which we were uncomfortable doing, but we wanted to trust the vet). His skin became worse each vet visit. we later got a second opinion which was completely opposite, and he is now finally being treated for his allergy. we also found out that it was not protocol for them to prescribe meds to our cat over the phone. They potentially could have harmed our cat with medication he did not need, and that’s a huge red flag to me. to anyone considering taking your pet here, i would highly advice you not to.

You can tell that Dr. Dineen is excellent even before you meet him, because ALL of the staff here is exceptional. When you DO meet Dr. Dineen, which for me happened when my kitty was having serious trouble, I immediately knew we were in good hands!

Dog was nervous when we went into the doctors room (repeat visit) but warmed up after some peanut butter and treats. Staff was super helpful with trying to cheer him up for annual visit.

Been with them for about 9 years and love them! Everyone is so sweet and you can tell it's not just a job to them.

While Dr. Dineen comes in as highly recommended. I took my kitten there to be checked in. I had heard on Saturdays no appointment was needed and this was my day off. Instead of being greeted with a hello, the two receptionists did nothing but belittle me because I did not know the rules. Instead, it was you should had done this and you should had done that and I am thinking, I was just asking for my kitten that I took in as a stray to be seen, I was hammered by these very impolite people. Would it not had been more professional to just say, I know you are new coming in and it is understandable that you would not know how it works in our office. I will help you in figuring it out. I would had left feeling a little bit more understanding and feeling like they cared about my kitten, instead of feeling like I was belittled and beaten by them. I am sorry if you had a bad day. I am sorry, if I misunderstood what was told to me by a previous customer. But, no matter what is going on, always remember that customer helps keep your job and if they walk out with the impression that I did, they will tell another. You set an example for the person you work for and that day, you represented him in a bad way.

Dr. Dineen has many years of experience and an uncanny ability to diagnose and treat pets like no other. He has taken care of our animals for many years and has the compassion and skills to effectively find the solution that's right for you and your pet.

I have been coming here off and on for probably 15 years and everytime I get the same great service everyone is so kind and understanding and they always take such great care of my babies! I would never go anywhere else! Kind, compassionate, wonderful, loving folk here.

I take my beautiful 3 felines there. Dr Dineen and Dr Mills are wonderful. Baby has an auto immune disease and has to take prednisone everyother day.

Dr. Dineen and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful!! Dr. Dineen has been our veterinarian for over 25 yrs! I highly recommend him!!

Daisy wants to say thank you to the whole staff at Dineen. She is always welcomed with a smile and affection by the techs who are the best at what they do. The vets are kind, caring, attentive as well as reassuring when relaying information. Most of all they show empathy. When it’s time to have Daisy’s teeth cleaned I trust them completely. Daisy after all is 10 years old and I love her with all my heart. When trying to find a vet I go with my gut feeling. I was not disappointed. Also unlike many vets in the area they are fair with their fees. All in all I recommend them very highly!

Just brought the cat here for the first time and they were friendly thanks Dr Hart and her assistant. I would recommend them for your pets.

Doctor D. Is a great vet. He has always helped me care for my Lab. Unfortunately I have to visit him more than I would like but, Dexter is a handful and loves to make me spend to much$$$$ !
