Treats and boards Exotic small animals, including guinea pigs.

The Dr's are fine but NEVER leave your pet unattended by you or a family member. ESPECIALLY GROOMING! Picked up my dog after grooming. A few hours later her eyes were Blood Red! Groomer denies and incident as the Dr examined my dog and said it was caused by trauma like chocking. I've put over $500 into treatment for my dog. Management will not take responsibility for the injury to my dog while under their care. Again, do not leave your dog unattended in their facility.

Consistently professional throughout the practice, cant say enough about the empathetic and thorough care Dr. Ford has given my pets. Very thankful for the staff so pleasant and quick to handle any questions concerns or schedule changes all are on the same page. The best Veterinarian experience Ive ever had and I have had animals for decades. Thank you????????

The staff and vets are great. We have 4 fur babies and they do a great job with our two chihuahuas, one Chinese Creasted and one chi poodle mix. Dr, Gentle is their vet and he is wonderful.

Aids in pit bull breeding. I witnessed this myself. They were breeding for color (blue) and gamesmanship and NOT trying to breed out behavioral issues common in pit bulls that send people and pets to the hospital (or the morgue). Needham Animal Hospital was there with syringe in hand trying to help get the female pit pregnant when there are millions of pit bulls across the country in shelters because of irresponsible breeding like this. Don’t take your pets to a vet hospital that participates in this practice.

Dr. Crow and her entire staff were absolutely wonderful with my kitty who hates going to the vet! What I thought it would be a very stressful experience turned out to be an extremely pleasant one!

Their office should be a model for businesses, all of their staff is consistently professional and knowledgeable with my 16 year old Schnauzer who has congestive heart disease, very thankful for this hospital!!

I highly recommend Dr. Merrill if you desire a knowledgeable & compassionate Vet. I took my 11 year old dog in yesterday for DKA as his blood sugar was extremely high & he was not feeling well. The prognosis was poor due to his condition but thankful he made it & is doing much better. She informed me of his status multiple times as I was concerned about my best friend. Dr. Merrill answered all of my question & was extremely kind during this difficult time. Thank you so much for helping my Buddy.

We love Needham Animal Hospital! They have been with us every step of the way as we have treated our side of the road rescue for skin and ear infections, Heartworm, and standard care. Our vet, Dr. Gentile, consistently stays in contact and communicates in clear and helpful language what we are doing well and where we need to work (fewer treats! ????). We love this practice so much we moved all of our animals there and have been thrilled to work with them.

This is the only place I have ever taken my fur baby and I trust them . The staff is amazing. Thank you for all that you do !

They are always gentle and compassionate with our pets, the building is also always clean and nice.

I have used Needham for our standard poodle on several occasions and found them to be consistently caring, professional and trustworthy. Front desk is helpful and responsive, and clinical staff caring, knowledgeable and professional. Just as important, I always feel that they have the dog's best interest in mind, not recommending unnecessary diagnostic procedures.

I just moved to the area and had a very sick puppy. The office staff and veterinarian were very professional and helpful. We received prompt attention to her issues.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital in my experience with them the past year. The entire team (that I have had the pleasure of working with so far) has been wonderful and compassionate about my rescue pups comfort, physically and mentally, as well as mine! You guys rock!! We have been in about 4 times now, for annual exam, routine shots and a unexpected muscle sprain that was a little scare for us and all experiences with you all were exceptional. We look forward to seeing you guys for years to come. Thanks Needham team!
