We have been bringing all three of our dogs (Blue, Benelli, & Scrappy) for various reasons since they opened, & have always loved them. Our youngest Scrappy, is our special boy, and lives up to his name despite his disabilities... He has neurologic problems that normally causes an act of Congress to get his nails done... Today we went in for their nail trims, Kaitlin (Caitlin?) sat in the lobby, on the floor, to make sure our boy felt safe, & secure ???? She did an incredible job, and we will be sure to use her in the future for him... She's an angel ???? ! Isabelle (?) Did Blue and Benelli's nails and she did a fantastic job per usual! The staff is consistently so accommodating, and sweet. Love our Pawville Family! ????????

I love boarding my sweet Willow girl here when I come to visit family. I get a daily "report card" from them about how she is doing during her stay. This past week I made sure to add on doggy daycare so she got as much play time with other dogs as possible. They uploaded the cutest pictures of her playing with her new friends and it gave me satisfaction that she was in good hands. I did not get the webcam on her condo stay this time, but previously I boarded her in a townhome with a webcam and it was the best thing ever. Just being able to check in on her and make sure she was not missing us too much. I wish there was a boarding/doggy daycare close to where I live that is a good as Pawville.

First time using Pawville for something other than a nail trim. Our 11 year-old mini poodle mix needed a full grooming. He is not in the best of health and I never leave him anywhere, but the friend that usually clips him was unavailable. They did a beautiful job, and they were so kind our sweet pooch did not stress at all. Highly recommend, they treat our pets with great love and care!

Great place for daycare or boarding. Staff is great! Very compassionate to the pets!

Our husky, Rocket, loves staying here and playing with friends. He is always well cared for during his time. The staff has always been super friendly and great with Rocket!

Our cat "Stewie" always settles in comfortably at the cattery, and has declared his preference for the fish tank suite. We appreciate the frequent report cards and pictures, which let us know he is happy and calm. The hours are so convenient, the facility clean and well-run. Thank you, Pawville!!

We have been taking our baby girl to Holly for years now. Will never take her anywhere else. Holly is the best.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They really care about your fur babies! My girl does doggie daycare & boards. I always miss her, but I never worry because I know she's in good hands!! Thank you for all you do!! ????

Love this facility for grooming and boarding. Minka always looks great after a day at the SPA. For boarding there is nothing more special than to get a daily update with photos on Minka's time there. Minka always has fun, she is usually tuckered out when she comes home from all the play time and most of all I never have to worry about her care while at Pawville.

This was our fur baby's first time being in a kennel for 4 days and having play time with a group of dogs other than our friends and families dogs. The staff did a wonderful job when they noticed she was getting overwhelmed by the other dogs at times. Made adjustments like holding her❤to make sure she did not get overwhelmed and making it a great positive experience for us all!

We really enjoy using Pawville for our 2 pups. The staff has always been great, friendly and professional. Even one year it got a little hectic with Topsail being evacuated for a hurricane and the whole pick up process was still smooth, the staff was still friendly and professional. I also enjoy the report cards they send out, so we can see how our fur babies are doing. The pups always seem like they've had a good time too!

Pawville staff did a great job taking care of our 4 fur babies! They were kind and patient with each one of them. We were able to watch the pups with the webcam during the week and see them playing and having fun. We were also sent updates and pictures throughout the week on their playtime outside. We will definitely use Pawville again!!

The staff and place is AMAZE!!! If you haven't been yet, GO! You won't regret it! I will DEFS be going back ????????????

Extremely friendly and efficient check in. Took great care of my dog. It was the first time we every left her. They were understanding and kept us updated. Loved the pictures and report card! Highly recommend!

The friendliest staff I’ve encountered in quite some time! This was my pup’s first time in daycare & he hasn’t truly socialized with other dogs before his visit. He was happy & very relaxed when I picked him up. You will not be disappointed with Pawville! They send a “Report Card” (with pictures included)during the day to share how your pup is doing. They also carry a nice array of accessories, foods, treats, & toys. I wish I could’ve given 10 stars because I certainly would’ve!

The staff is awesome, and made us feel comfortable having our puppy there while we were getting work done on our house. The report card and pictures were a great way to alleviate our concerns about how he was doing.

For the past five years (June 2016 - May 2021), we have had our dog board here. Our dog absolutely loved coming here. From the moment we mention "Pawville", his ears would pop up and tail start wagging. He would even begin to whine and cry by the door. I have tried all three locations, we started at Jacksonville then Surf City and Sneads Ferry. The staff was always professional, caring and very attentive. The first time we left our dog longer than 5 days, he ended up getting sick while we were gone (not the facilities fault), the facility contacted us and took him to the closest pet hospital. They paid for his care, they showed so much love while we were cross country. It is hard to find a place you can trust to watch your pet. Our dog had a bad experience in at a pet boarding when he was a puppy. He had anxiety when we would leave him. When we moved to North Carolina, we let the the staff know and as I mentioned - they have always demonstrated love for animals. I highly recommend all three facilities. We will be missing Pawville!

Loved the report cards and photos while our puppy was boarding at Pawville. We could see she was having a wonderful time with a caring staff.

I think my friends and family are likely getting tired of me telling them how much we love and appreciate our trainer Sarah. We started off with some basic commands and leash manners and I instantly knew our life with our dogs was going to be better, more controlled, and what I had envisioned and wanted bringing pups into our home. We had a bump in the road with some aggression by one of our dogs and Sarah instantly had a plan to reign things in. This most recent visit she worked with our ten year old helping him get more consistency out of come and sit when calling on the dogs. I truly can't say enough about how pleased I have been with the training and her expertise. Thank you!

We took our three babies for grooming. They got great baths! Nails! Anal glands! Smelled great! The staff was amazing! Friendly, caring and just awesome. They do daycare and boarding and we might be using them this summer, if we have to leave the island and not take them.

Pawsitively LOVE this place, so does Ruby! Everyone is so nice and loving towards the pets.
