The staff and vet was Super wonderful and on the ball! Great service from beginning to end. We contacted 8 to 10 other Wilmington veterinarians and not a single one of them was as helpful, direct, on the ball, for our 3 labs. Forget all the rest and go to this group, they deserve all the business in the area.

They are honestly the best Vet in Wilmington. My dog was nervous and very scared of other people as well as going into an unknown building. She was nervous and growling and the staff was INSANELY kind and understanding of her attitude. To spare my doggy any more stress the Vet agreed to do the exam from my car, outside. They were incredibly accommodating and kind to my scaredy pup and even gave her treats after the exam. I have taken both of my dogs here and had a wonderful experience every time. I won't go to any other vet. The prices are affordable and they're even willing to share information to save costs for owners like me who may be strapped for cash but need help for their pups.

I had to put down my 18-year-old iguana this past spring and this was the only veterinarian that would help us. The staff were so caring and kind. They kept us informed, allowed us to perform the procedure outside on a blanket and handled her body with such care and respect. A day or so later we received a sympathy card signed by all the staff members. It meant so much to me that we brought our 12-year-old Bassett in this fall when his time came to say goodbye. We received the same care and compassion as before. A month later, we adopted a puppy and I knew HRAH was the place to go. The staff really took their time with us, answered our questions, made helpful suggestions and offered a health plan that will affordably cover all his needs for the first year of life. During this difficult year, I was so grateful for the exceptional care and service we received from HRAH.

Love them, they are all so caring and worry about our cats needs.

Dr. Keener is amazing and always takes such great care of my dog. The office staff is efficient and very good about educating me on various options for my pet. They are my go to in Wilmington.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit even in the worse of time. The technician and the vet seemed to care for our little guy as much as we do. The vet thoroughly went over the diagnosis and gave us options. They made us and our little man feel at ease. We will continue to bring our pets to Hanover Regional Animal Hospital.

I just moved down here and didn’t have a veterinarian yet so everyone I called had no openings and would not take me. Hangover Regional Animal hospital didn’t have any openings either but the still took us right in. The friendly and professional staff were awesome and now I will be using them as my veterinarian for my little peanut. Our DVM, Laura Keener was great. Explained everything from A-Z and actually cared. We look forward to our next visit!

The staff is extremely friendly. The veterinarian was informative and educated about animals. This was my first time visiting. They are excellent at making your pet comfortable. Overall, I was pleased with taking my sons cat for a visit. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything.

I was disappointed with my experience with Hanover. I have been going to Hanover on and off for a long time with my previous dog (I moved back and forth between Wilmington and other locations for work). I recently moved back to Wilmington and I bought my new pup in for a basic wellness check. The examination wasn't thorough at all. The vet looked in his mouth and did the basic feel of his body. She did not examine his ears, eyes or paws (even though I identified that he had been licking them). You know when a vet is being being thorough and this wasn't the case. The administrative process was find their facilities are good.

At this time in our recovery from COVID there is absolutely no reason to continue with having customers to wait in the parking lot or wearing masks when they are fully vaccinated.

I love this vet hospital! All of the staff and doctors are so helpful and explain all of your options in detail. They are very responsive to any requests made. Every trip here I’ve left feeling like my pet was well cared for.

I just moved to Wilmington and was referred to Hanover Regional Animal Hospital by my daughter. Knowing my 7th month old Chihuahua had a condition where where being Nuetered would be more extensive therefore increasing the price considerably. They have a Paw Plan Insurance that is very affordable and not only cut my cost for the Nueter but offered so many discounts and free services. The vet and staff, especially Heather, was so good to my Luke, she was very informative, kind and professional. I trust Hanover Regional Animal Hospital with my furry baby and highly recommend them for yours!

My bearded dragon hasn’t eaten for me in 3 weeks, I called every vet office and animal hospital for reptile and exotic animal and no one could get me in so I called new Hanover animal hospital they were so nice and friendly and I was in with an appointment in days

Great staff. From desk to techs to Drs. Affordable for our area. Only thing I would recommend is ask for affordable alternatives on some care and prescriptions.
