Awesome people they take care of our little puppy man

We have trusted West Pine with our pets' healthcare for the past ten years and have never been disappointed. The veterinarians and support staff always provide excellent service and are pleasant, patient and very responsive to questions and concerns.

They are wonderful with my Annie and Tippy, Annie was found on the side of the road pregnant and they got her through a difficult labor and saved all her puppies! ????????❤️☮️????

We recently moved to NC from Utah and our 17-year-old cat was showing symptoms of a UTI. Even though the animal hospital was completely full on a Friday afternoon and closed for the weekend, they still fit my cat in so she wouldn’t have to suffer all weekend. She had never been seen there and they went above and beyond for her. We saw Dr. Bailey and she had us in an out. What a great vet! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Greeted promptly and Saturday morning hours, yeah!! Very nice folks and the cats were nervous but treated so professionally. Thorough exam and asked more than a few times if I had any questions. I am happy we have found a great local vet to care for our pets.

Good vets that take good care of our pups BUT they definitely need more help out front. The girls are friendly and helpful but it took me forever to get checked out. They need someone to just take phone calls period.

We have boarded our lab/husky mix twice with them since her initial vet visit also with them. She loves it there and they have said she's one of their favorite pups while visiting. The care is great and they treat her like she's one of their own! I highly recommend trying them out if you're looking for a new vet! Thank you West Pine!!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They worked me in for an emergency visit for my dog with no hesitation and treated my furbaby like he was their own. I will definitely be using West Pine Animal Hospital for all my pet healthcare needs.

Fantastic responsive front desk staff and kind vet techs/drs. I have somewhat reactive dogs and they make it easier.

They treat my fur babies like they're their own and I have complete confidence in their ability to keep my babies healthy.

Staff, especially the doctor, office and cost are amazing. It's clean, a warm place and respectful of others. Love the attitude in this vet! My dogs love coming to see their friends.

The vet and the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The office and rooms were clean and orderly. I felt my dog was cared for and left happier than when she went in. Overall, the experience was pleasant and informative.

We just got a sweet shih tzu puppy Stormy. And decided on West Pine Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. Many years ago we took several pets there when it was the Animal Health Center and remembered Yvonne. The team there that I have met have been great from Dana and Annette at the reception desk to Yvonne(Vet tech) and Nicole(Vet assistant), Darlene(Animal care specialist) and Dr. Lea(Vet) who was very kind and knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. We purchased a P.A.W. plan that offers great care and preventative services for one yr and the cost was divided into 12 affordable monthly payments. We are looking forward to getting to know all the staff better and love West Pine Animal Hospital and Pet Resort already.

Its very comforting knowing ,when u get the travel leash out knowing its the one for vet my baby is excited to go..They are good to him and meet our needs of all up to date care!!!

We’ve been going here for several years now and they are simply the best. The staff is always so friendly and compassionate. Dr Tyndall cried with me when we had to have our cat put down. The ladies at the front desk are just the sweetest. The entire staff genuinely cares about animals.
