I don't often write reviews but I am so very thankful for this team and the quick service they provided. Met all my pets needs, quickly ran tests and all were very nice to speak with. Highly recommend!

Very thorough, knowledgeable staff. Friendly and all seem to have a love and concern of animals.

Dr. Garza and his staff took my 13 year old Yorkie immediately & squeezed her in despite a full schedule. The staff took great care of my baby & Dr. Garza took the time, about 30-40 minutes, to explain everything to me. Even though the diagnosis was devastating, Dr. Garza made the overall experience a better one and made me feel like he truly cared about my girl and myself. I will forever take my pets to Dr. Garza and his team.

I started taking my cat Salem here a few months back. Seeing that he was a rescue and had many issues, the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and helped them to their best ability. Out of the many vet visits that I have made I have only had one conversation with Dr. Garza and have only been seen in a private room one time. They were concerned about Salem’s white blood cell count in the months he was being seen there. Assuming that it was an infection, (though he had no symptoms whatsoever) over the course of those months Salem was on and off with many antibiotics. After months of seeing no progression and running all of the tests possible I took it upon myself to get a second opinion from West Pine animal hospital. Within the matter of two days West Pine was able to ensure me that my cats elevated white blood cell count was stress induced and that he could discontinue the use of antibiotics immediately. Their team was extremely eager to try and pin point what the cause of this was and even went to the extent of sending a blood sample off to a specialist. I am upset and feel taken advantage of. Sad to say I will no longer be giving this establishment my business.

I love Pinehills, I feel at ease bringing my dogs there for care. The staff is amazing and the facility is immaculate. Thank you all for your care and compassion with our cherished babies.

Super friendly staff, they were very accommodating of our tight timeline. If we had pets fulltime, this would be our vet.

Dr. Dave Garza and his wife Shana are GREAT! Our family takes all of our pets to PineHills. They love and care for our pets as if they were there own. Very thorough with yearly visits, operations have been successful and Dr.Garza and Shana are very caring and loving to your pet and the owner's when a tough decision has to be made. I would recommend Dr. Garza and staff to anyone. PineHills will always be the choice for our pets, aka, family members.????

Great clinic! Clean facility, courteous and professional staff, great service. Been bringing my senior dog here for a few years, and they always go above and beyond. She's had teeth cleanings, routine dog issues, and emergency surgery. Dr Garza always takes the time to explain things so that I understand. Definitely one of the best Vet clinics I've been to in the past 20 years.

I take my little dog Penny to this vet and they are All responsive, kind and professional. The vets are outstanding and the vet techs are superb.Penny had a surgery plus all routine care and everything has gone so smoothly. They even know her by name! What more could you ask for? Lol thanks again for your wonderful service.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My dog had never been to Pinehills before, but needed to be seen urgently. They found a way to get him in the same day he needed to be seen and we're so polite and accommodating the whole time.

Dr. Dave Garza is very knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. Also, he has a terrific staff working with him. The office and examination rooms are extremely clean and everyone is always helpful as well as kind and gentle with my dogs. I am grateful and fortunate to have such an excellent veterinary hospital so close to my home.

They all took great care of my little fur baby and really showed compassion and love for him and for what they do. They were very helpful and i will be bringing all my animals back here for any future check ups or anything!! Great Dr and staff!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly vets and staff. I switched vets when they first opened and will always use them. The staff and the vets are all true animal lovers and extremely compassionate and caring.

Very clean and welcoming ... It didn't smell like some vets do, so not scary for dog or human. The staff are welcoming and Dr. Shilling was very knowledgeable and presented options for treatment that were clear but also recognised individual limitations.

Saved one of my dogs life. They were able to diagnose another one of my dogs where she had been misdiagnosed somewhere else. Facility is spotless. Staff is very friendly. Dr.s take the time to explain what is wrong with my pet and tell me all options and which one they believe is best for my pet. Treats my pets like one of their own.

I had taken my female pitbull to have ultrasound for her pregnancy. I was informed they dont do ultrasounds only xrays, so i decided to go forward. I was told the xray would verify a puppy count, so they take her back. Im waiting and a lady from the front desk comes back and says they can't seem to get any clear pictures because they can't seem to keep my 50 lb dog still. Wow right? Well i ended up paying $145 for them to tell me she could have 5 to 9 puppies, great results right? Not only was i disappointed in the results but the nurses were very rude and aggitated. I was told i would receive the pictures by email that afternoon, by 4:45 still no pictures. So i call back and ask when i will receive them, the lady who answered the phone said they were very busy that day that i probably wouldn't receive them for 3 days. While i was there that day, for over an hour, 1 person came in. Very busy? I think they cater to lap dogs more than anything. They acted like we were a nuisance, so i highly recomend not to take large breeds here. You will become a problem to them as soon as you arrive. I would give an even lower rating, but the doctor there was very nice. He made up somewhat for the nurses lack of care and patience with my pregnant girl.
