The staff at TRAH go above and beyond to provide high quality pet care, answer questions, and love on your precious pet. We are so thankful for their care, daycamp, and quick response to all questions.

We love the team at Tuscan Ridge! We take both our cat and dog there for checkups and our dog goes to their 'doggy day camp' as well. The staff is so caring and nurturing. They treat every pet like one of their own. I highly recommend them to anyone for any pet needs!

My wife was turned away after arriving 10 minutes late for an appointment at 10:30am and was told to come back another day. Our dog got motion sick on the way to the vet and she had to deal with that. My wife called to tell them she was going to be a little late and why, they didn't answer so she left a voicemail. They also called me 7 minutes after our time and I let them know she was on the way but I did not know at the time why she was late. We were only scheduled for follow-up vaccinations that take 5 minutes to administer. We have all patiently waited at a vet before beyond our appointment time, why would a customer not get the same courtesy? Life happens and to not have any flexibility sums up what type of business this place is and how they treat their customers.

Thorough exam, accurate assessment of my dog's illness, and not pushy when it comes to the appropriate treatment, Dr. Harper recommends and we decide. Her bedside manners are wonderful. Another plus is that this practice is vet owned so that there is no corporate bottom line that needs to be beefed up, and there is no vet revolving door.

They always take good care of my two senior dogs. Provide great customer service

I needed a new vet and I called this morning and they were completely booked- but STILL managed to squeeze me in. I know new patient appointments take longer, also. Everyone here was so friendly and accommodating and did not make me feel badly at all when my pet started to get very anxious. The vet helped develop a game plan for us to better approach my pet’s exams. I can’t thank them enough. Best vet I have been to hands down!

My dog was put on Fluoxetine for anxiety. I called this office and left several messages to have Dr. Parker contact me regarding this medication. My dog stopped eating, and I wanted to know the next steps that should be taken or if she could be put on a different medication . I haven't received any type of feed back regarding this matter. Each time I called I always stated why I needed to speak with Dr. Harper. In the meantime I stopped giving my dog the medication, and I am in the process of looking for a new vet that cares more about my dog. One that does not prescribe medication and then you can not get in touch with them.

The staff was very friendly, and the doctors were super informative and very helpful. I recently adopted an elderly cat with significant dental and coat issues, and brought him in to Tuscan Ridge for shots, a teeth cleaning, and grooming. I was very pleased with the service provided.

This office is one of the nicest most considerate veterinary offices I have ever been to. My cat needed to be put to sleep and they explained everything to me even options did not push unnecessary options but I had the biggest hearts. I was a new patient this evening and had met most of the staff because they all took an interest / part of my kitty's care. They are the best and I will definitely use them with my other cat

This past week we accompanied our grown son and his 12 year old companion to Dr. Harper's office to be put to sleep. The disease progression happened very quickly for "Packie". Dr. Harper's caring professionalism throughout the 2 week process was, without a doubt, the most compassionate I have ever witnessed. As a RN myself, I was amazed how Dr. Harper provided guidance, but allowed our son to make the most difficult choices, with that ultimate decision to be made without regret. The process itself was quiet and peaceful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Dr. Harper and her wonderful staff for helping our son lose his best friend in the most dignified and humane way possible.

I have taken my animals to numerous vets over the years. I can honestly say that I will never take them anywhere else but here. I have 2 dogs that are high energy, high anxiety and very dependent on each other. They hate to be away from us and each other. However, they have no problem walking into Tuscan Ridge. They know the people there and the staff is so good at handling them. Not only are they great with animals they have beyond great customer service. They always ask about my kids and when we were able to go in the building before covid they were great with the kids. I can't say enough good things about this vet to do it justice. Our dogs, cats and guinea pigs all go here, and will never go anywhere else.

They're wonderful and warm. Highly recommend! Smart and helpful staff and calming/homey interior. Also they're taking a lot of precautions with COVID-19 which I appreciate.

Dr. Harper and her staff are always so caring and knowledgeable of all my fur babies needs. We have been with them since they’ve opened and will continue with them. They continue to give us quality care that we love.

I just can't say enough about the care my dog Roxie received there. Dr Harper is amazingly competent, thoughtful, and compassionate.

We’ve been taking our animals to Dr. Harper for six years now - eight different animals in total - and have always had wonderful care. Dr. Harper certainly has the expertise and experience that make a top notch vet, but just as importantly, she has the compassion. She and Vet Tech Brittney always take as much time as needed to explain and inform. We’ve been with them in good times and in some very sad times, and I have always felt that my beloved animals have received the utmost care and respect.

Good quality isn’t the best description for Tuscan Ridge, AMAZING quality is more like it. We’ve been coming to Dr Harper for almost 6 years and I’ve never found a vet more loving towards our pets or us! We are 100% animal lovers and over the years Dr Harper has examined 5 of our pets where each one, she gets to know them really well! I could bring in one pet, and she’ll ask me how one of the other pets are doing after a treatment or surgery. It’s an amazing feeling to not feel like another number (like other vet offices can do sometimes) but to know, our pets are getting the absolute best treatment! Truly, not only the animals but WE feel the love from this office as well and it’s so refreshing. The time and thoughtfulness behind every talk and best decision for the animals - you can just tell, they CARE! We love Dr Harper and the crew at Tuscan Ridge!

Wanted to get a second opinion about our dog's behavioral issues. The doctor was up front and honest with me which was nice to hear someone give it to me straight for once. Will certainly use again in the near future as our pup matures more and training begins to take hold.

Absolutely love Tuscan Ridge! My wife and I have 6 cats and we love the way each and every one of them is treated by the staff at Tuscan. I had to take my 10-year old Bengal girl there yesterday for a limp, and Dr. Kelly spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me that afternoon explaining EVERYTHING. Very clearly, very concisely. I just can’t say enough good things about this office!

I take both of my dogs here and the staff are excellent. Really helpful, friendly, and they love animals!

AMAZING!!! This vet is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had veterinarians in 4 different states over 30 years!!!!! She genuinely cares and shows amazing affection and attention to your pet! She will also spend ALOT of time with you! I am beyond impressed!!!
