That’s why you guys are a chain vet clinic and not a private one. If you’re pet needs actual help don’t come here, they’re not going to do anything. Seriously it’s embarrassing that you guys considered yourself a pet hospital when you can barely do your job. Also to the manager that got all angry about the “language” that was being used while our dog was dying, get some thicker skin because if hearing the word “shit” triggers you, you shouldn’t be in customer service.

We brought our dog in after he collapsed and could not walk. We were told they were busy and the doctor was on an “important call”. We drove to another vet a few minutes down the road and watched our deeply loved pet pass away in less than ten minutes. They COULD have taken a look at our dog but didn’t. Do not take your pet here if you love it because these guys really don’t care. Edit: I returned the same day to Banfield to let them know the outcome of their neglect. The same tech behind the counter rather coldly explained that they were busy then and could not provide care. And of course, “I’m sorry for your loss.” Too little, too late. Anyone with a background in caring for animals knows that when a pet is unable to walk and tongue turning black would see the extreme distress and emergent nature of the situation. Again, they are clearly not here for the animals, incompetent, or just don’t care. Regardless, we will never spend another penny at Banfield or Petsmart.

If I could give this place a zero I would. They don’t truly care, if there’s something wrong and you need help quickly do NOT go here. Even if your dog is at the verge of dying they don’t truly care, i brought my dog here and they wouldn’t even look at him. His condition was terrible, he couldn’t walk at all and fell down suddenly. I thought it was a seizure. They said they couldn’t help him because “the doctor was on the phone” and they were too busy . They didnt even look at my dog. He died half hour later. It’s sickening how they wouldn’t even help.

This place is terrific. I trust them fully with my fur-baby. my dog received some fairly extensive surgery there and they treated her with the upmost care. They give excellent care and terrific customer service. They always call with follow-ups and reminders. I highly recommend them!

These guys talk to into their wellness plan but it still cost multiple hundreds every time you bring your pet in for routine check ups. Our dog died and they still made us pay out the rest of the year on the plan she wasn't around to use.

The staff that work with your pet after they are finished with a surgery are absolutely horrible. They do not care about your beloved fur baby at all. I have unfortunately found this out after a second incident. They will not have a third time with my sweet 11 year old Papillion...

Loved it. Prices are a little bit high but you go for it when you experience the service. The attention for you hairy one and you are great. Really liked it.

WARNING!! I reclaimed an abused cat from a friend, This cat was abused and neglected, they were told not to let anyone know she was there, she was two years old and had never been to a vet in her life. WHEN HE CALLED LOOKING FOR HER THEY TURNED HER BACK OVER TO HIM. The vets were shown her environment and still turned her over to him.

We took our 19 yr old kitty in for a checkup as she was not eating normally. Even though we were not regular customers, they treated us as if we had been coming to them all along. We learned that our kitty was very ill and was in kidney failure. They were very supportive. When we had to make the difficult decision they were there for us. They treated us like family. I cannot say enough to praise the doctor and staff for their compassion in our time of grief.

The checking in and veterinary visits are great. The checkout process needs some work. There was one person to check out and manage pick ups. It took 30 minutes for me to pay and leave after getting my pet. Would advise putting more people in front at closing time. This has happened to me twice. Good vet care though just need process changes at check out.

Great staff......but it's worse price wise than human medical services

I'm going to switch vets. I really love complete pet care animal hospital the few times I've had to take them there with health concerns that bandfield couldnt help me with. All they wanted was my money. No answers when it came to my dogs health.

They treat my dog, Leonard, as if he was their own dog. They always go above and beyond to take care of Leonard. Love this team!

Even during these trying times with covid-19 the veterinarians are giving great care and service.

The longest drop off appointment I dropped off my cat at 10.30am for a general appointment and never heard back from them. After 4 hours, I called and was told the team was possibly at lunch. When I showed my disappointment, was told they were not done with a urine test. All this time, my sweet cat was kept in her small cradle. If I hadn't called, this would've probably taken the entire day.
