I’ve had two separate great experiences with this hospital. The most recent happened Friday afternoon when my dogs tongue got extremely swollen and I was worried it would get so big and block his air way. There aren’t many vets near or in Creedmoor so the options are limited but they were able to fit him in and get him in and out within maybe an hour and a half. They were very honest and accommodating to us and I can happily say his tongue is normal size again. Thank you and your team so much!!

Dr Brooke listen carefully during our consultation visit. Never felt rushed and very through in her evaluation.

I was able to get my dog in to see the vet that very day, which was great as I felt like my pet couldn't wait 3 days to see my usual vet. My dog really liked the vet and her assistant. His problem was correctly diagnosed and treated.

Shiloh, my Lhasapoo, got his furcut with the new groomer Breann. He looks fantastic and I'm super happy to have a new groomer so close to home! Ty so much!

We've had very positive experiences with this veterinarian. They care for our two senior dogs and have helped us with two senior cats, both of whom are now deceased. Most recently, Dr. Brooke euthanized our cat. It was very difficult for us and they were incredibly compassionate and kind to us and also made sure that Anya's passing was as peaceful as possible and that she was not afraid or in pain.

I was impressed with the very thorough exam Dr. Brooke Daniels did on my dog Wally. He had been appearing to have discomfort walking and getting up and down on his bed. Dr. Daniels did not find any injury that may be causing the problem and prescribed medication to address a possible arthritic condition (Wally is 12 and a bit overweight). She suggested we try this approach first, and if needed later additional (more expensive) tests and or x-rays may be needed.

The staff here is incredible, they treat your pets as if they were their own. I’ve bring both my dogs here and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been using this clinic since it opened as Creedmoor Village Vet. But, unfortunately, since the change over to a new owner, their prices have become unattainable for me. And, today I had an incredibly disappointing experience. My dog ate a bag of chocolate that I was a aware was in his reach. I called them in tears as I was scared for him. The woman who originally answered was so sweet but then she connected me to someone else. The person that took the call never even introduced herself. She told me to take him to an emergency clinic in Knightdale (an hour away) and told me that if I didn’t do this immediately, he would die. She shamed me for “Allowing my dog to have chocolate “ as though I didn’t already feel horrible enough. I was in tears and asked her why I couldn’t bring him to the people that he is familiar with and she told me that they did not have the ability to help him and that I was “wasting time”. She was not at all kind or compassionate to my situation and I was shocked that she wouldn’t even consider helping him. I called another local vet (that I’ve never been to before). They were shocked at my story and said that every vet should have the ability to help him. Anyway, they immediately got me in, called over for his records, induced vomiting and my bill was smaller than any number I have ever seen at New Light. My puppy is fine and healthy tonight no thanks to the mystery woman on the other end of the phone at New Light.

I loved this vet when it was Creedmoor Village Vet clinic. In fact, when my partner and I moved to Fuquay we continued to use this vet (over an hour away) because of how amazing they were. Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences with the new ownership. Most recently, they have tried to force all of their clients to use their online pharmacy, even though the prices are much higher than what we have been paying elsewhere. When I called to ask if I could still use my preferred pharmacy, I was told the only way I could do that was if I drive the one plus hour (one way) to get a paper prescription to then fax myself, because they will no longer support any pharmacy but their own.

My husband and I didn't have a regular vet and chose this for our very sick kitty, Charlie, because of how close it was to us. The staff got us a last minute appointment and even stayed late to run test on my fur baby. Though they were not able to help with his situation, they made transferring his information to the animal hospital of our choice super easy. Dr. Brooke explained everything thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. I can't wait to bring my other fur babies here.

Dr.Brooke is one of the most caring veterinarians I have ever met. She takes her time to explain everything and is compassionate about how she cares for her patients. A huge plus is also her genuine care for military and law enforcement K9s. She knows how special they are and it shows. I strongly recommend you check this place out.

We switched vets due to moving and have been very pleased. Everyone on staff has been very professional, polite, and attentive each time we’ve visited. We can tell they care about providing quality service and are very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend New Light to anyone looking.

All of the staff were very professional and friendly. They walked out to meet me within a minute of my arrival. They asked about all of my concerns and were very thorough. They gave me updates throughout the checkup and checked in with me the day after to make sure my dog was doing well. I highly recommend.

New Light Animal Hospital was a wonderful addition to our area. We have several cats and having NLAH located in this area is a life saver. Besides the location, the even better news is that the staff are truly wonderful. Most of us with pets see them as part of the family and the level of care and concern that the staff at NLAH show is indicative of their love for animals and an understanding of the place they hold in our lives. We have received follow up calls the day after visits just checking in with us which really makes all the difference if you have a sick animal. It is heartwarming that they care enough to do that and even take the time to know and remember the names of our animals. It is just a wonderful practice and we recommend anyone in the area to use their services. Norman (photo, following treatment for pancreatitis) gives them 4 paws up :)

Dr. Brooke and her staff are extremely caring and loving to all the animals especially Peaches , she is a BIG puppy and they handled her as gently as they would someones cat. I'm very impressed by the service and kindness and they have truly been accommodating in this new world we live in.

We love Dr Daniel. She’s kind and gentle with my furry baby, willing to patiently answer all my questions and very knowledgeable - even with unicorn breeds like my Italian greyhound. Although I live 20 minutes away, I refuse to take my dog to anyone else.

Dr Brooke and her entire team are so caring and kind. My dog is currently very sick and Dr Brooke immediately referred us to a specialist at NCState wasting no time. She has checked in several times to see how our dog is doing and also took the time to explain the very complex report we received from NCState to me over the phone. I believe Dr Brooke truly cares about each of her patients and her recommendations are truly based on what is best for them. Thank you Dr Brooke for taking care of our fur babies.

A couple of weeks ago, my family had to make the very difficult decision to put our sweet, silly Westie to sleep to prevent any more suffering (he had liver cancer and was clearly in pain). He was truly a part of our family, and we were absolutely dreading the experience. New Light Animal Hospital was not our usual vet, but they were able to get us in quickly so we decided to come here. Dr. Brooke and the tech that assisted were both incredibly kind and understanding of what we were going through. They walked us through each step and gave us the time we needed. They assured us that while difficult, we were making the right decision. About a week later, they sent a sympathy card to our house. Their compassion in an awful reality was so, so appreciated, and whenever we get our next pup, we will definitely be back. Thank you again, Dr. Brooke and team.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, After coming here for a few years and being more or less OK with their service I was unfortunate enough to meet the other veterinarian that works there. Charge me $50 for an exam couldn't give me any straight answers and didn't even perform the entire exam when I went back to get the rest of the information, he fictitiously filled out the forms and I have the time stamps to prove it. I would not take my animal here as they are a profit oriented business and will more than likely prescribe you medications you do not need and tell you that your dogs need procedures that in fact they could go without.

Was a decent vet until it was recently bought out. Now, overnight, they are refusing to approve Chewy prescriptions for no good reason. Underneath, the reason is that the company that took over has their own online prescription website. The problem? Prescriptions cost roughly 25% more on this new website, and you don't have a choice to cross-shop. DO NOT waste your time, go somewhere else. My guess is the business won't last more than a year.

Dr Brooke and the whole staff are so friendly and truly care about the care and well being of my 5 animals. 3 cats and 2 dogs . One cat loves Br Brooke so much each week he has a new condition to be treated for. lol (he is old and has several things going on before Dr Brooke became his VET) Thank you Dr Brooke for the great care you are give to him.

Horrible service! I brought my dog here because of an emergency and they charged me $50 without even properly looking at him or taking his temperature. How can this place call themselves a veterinary clinic when they cannot even take a dogs temperature?
