I used to bring the best dogs here for a good time .

I was very excited to send my Brittany Spaniel to Dogtopia, especially for the webcam service. The staff were very friendly, but my first time there I noticed that it had a very strong dog odor the second you walk in. Of course, it's a dog daycare but usually the waiting area has a more cleanly smell. I did not notice an odor going to camp bow wow previously. They charge your $21 dollars for the interview day. Every place I have been to offers this for free. After my dog passed the interview they gave me access to an app to easily schedule my appointments. My dog met all the requirements for vaccinations and he was free to start coming to day care. The first time I tried to schedule through the app, they declined his appointment because he did not have the flu vaccine. This is extremely misleading since he had all the acceptable vaccinations to join, and then they inform me he now needs the flu vaccine. This should be a requirement from the beginning. I am glad I did not buy a daycare package, otherwise I would need to pay a vet bill for one shot that was never shared with me as a requirement. Due to this, I had to make last minute changes to find care for my dog. They are not reliable and lost my trust as a customer. You can certainly find cheaper care with more play time for your pup and the staff are up front about vaccination requirements.

They usually have 35 + dogs for per Coach!! Too many dogs for anyone to handle safely.

I love this place and so does my dog. I love that I can watch my dog via the webcams, the staff is friendly and caring, and they do activities with the dogs which is so awesome!

Update (12/15/2021): I've moved out of Raleigh and no longer am a customer of Dogtopia. I received an e-mail recently saying I had a day left on my daycare package, which I was not made aware of when I was leaving Raleigh and the staff knew about the move. I called Dogtopia to understand what is happening and the person I spoke to mentioned the daycare fees for the leftover day would be refunded. I didn't see the refund on my account, so I called them back today to check in and see what was going on. The person I spoke to today mentioned that as per corporate policies, the refund cannot be processed. Looks like there is a new management at Dogtopia of North Raleigh with new staff and isn't like old times. I was a loyal customer when I was there and the people were very nice. Looks like that is no longer the case with a corporate and their policies taking over. Update (10/07/2020) : I am taking down a star only because of the confusion with the daycare passes. I usually purchase a 10 day or 20 day pass here and haven't faced any troubles until recently. Each of the staff member mentions a different ' No. of days left on your pass ' to me. I am guessing this is because of all the new folks being hired. I sense a lot of confusion among the new hires. 2019: My Dog Atlas has been going to Dogtopia for the last one year and he absolutely loves it. He is a high energy rescue and Dogtopia makes sure they take care of every dog's needs. They also train them on how to socialize. Atlas has been so much calmer ! He even participated in their Halloween Contest and came second. The people here are lovely and they always greet you with wide smiles. Atlas and I both of love Dogtopia :D

I LOVE the webcams so you can watch your dog play all day.

Everyone is friendly, informative, and professional. Their number one priority is safety for the dogs. My labradoodle pup Huckleberry loves coming here.

I absolutely LOVE the customer service and communication of the staff!! All dogs seem to be treated with the utmost love and care. My Chloe loves it here!

Not only does our Golden Retriever lunge toward the play rooms when we drop him off, but your flexibility with scheduling doggie daycare and boarding have been priceless to our family this summer!

I have been a customer for many years. During Covid the local Franchises were bought by a new owner. In the last two visits, I was overcharged; the first time by $400 and the second time by $47.50. The first took about 5 emails and two calls to get my money returned. It seemed more like incompetence than intentional. I recommend you check you receipts carefully. I will also add that sweet, mature female was bitten on our last visit. They claim these things happen in open day care…but it never happened in my prior 10 years of experience.

We love Miss Angie, the groomer! She is so great with our maltipoo, and his hair cut is wonderful and consistent each time. The front desk at Dogtopia is also great - very quick to respond to questions and helpful with appointment reminders.

They are always friendly and accommodating! Response time is almost immediate and helpful. My dog LOVES going to Dogtopia. As soon as we get near he goes bananas and when we pick him we're guaranteed a very sleepy and happy puppy. :)

I'm almost jealous of the way my dog acts when we drive into the parking lot at Dogtopia. He's so excited - can't wait to go play with his buddies. The staff treats him like one of their family and he gets great exercise.

It was a great experience our first visit and I love having the cameras to view! Our pup still goes and has a blast each time and comes back worn out! The staff is super friendly too!

I think I have been taking my dog to Dogtopia of North Raleigh for two months now. The staff is friendly and I "think" a couple of them know my dog by name. My dog always has a good time. I like they have an outdoor space to let the dogs out for a bit. My dog is always a bit easier to train the following days after leaving my dog there.

Dogtopia is fantastic. Access to all day video of your dog, report cards at the end of the day, they even took a fantastic picture of my dog for me that I still have up on the fridge. These people are great!

Seuss loves daycare, and he is always so happy once he knows that's where we are headed in the car :) He comes home tired, which means that he had a great time! We love that Dogtopia is so flexible with timing, the website/app is very easy to use, the staff is always amazingly friendly, and knew our dog by name so quickly. The prices for daycare, overnight boarding, and spa services are great too! We pretty much love everything about Dogtopia!

My pup loves coming here! They separate by size/temperament and always have someone in the rooms watching (plus you get to watch your dog play on the live feed)!

My dog absolutely loves Dogtopia North Raleigh! The staff is always so friendly and available to answer any and all questions I may have! I love that their webcams actually work and I can always see what my doggy is up to through out the day. Seeing the staff constantly clean the playrooms is reassuring knowing they care about my dog’s health! Great place to bring your doggy to socialize and get all their energy out!

My puppy loved Day Care and will be going back several times a week. We love being able to watch him play on camera. He came home a very tired puppy! Mission accomplished :-)

This location goes above and beyond with fun events for the puppies on a regular basis multiple times a month. I know it must be a challenge to take photos of all the puppies or get their little paw prints for owners to take home with them but we SO appreciate all the extra care taken and diversity for the pups. The staff are also very responsive and diligent in making sure we know how our pup is doing and give us any important updates immediately through text or call. We will continue to bring our puppy here as an adult for sure. He walks in everyday excited to be there and play and interact with the staff as well.

Staff is always accomodating. I can watch my dog play and do his social 'thang' along with all the other pooches.

Angie was extremely helpful to me in educating me on Keeko’s puppy hair. She was also helpful in telling me what I need to do daily to acclimate her for grooming services. I have always been able to rely on Dogtopia for my dogs’ boarding and grooming services. Glad they’re still here to take care of dog #2! Looking forward to enrolling Keeko in daycare.

Great staff and team. My dog came out with his tail wagging, and kept looking back as if to say "let's stay longer!" He'll definitely be a frequent visitor.

I have my Dog groomed here monthly and they always do a fantastic job! Would recommend to anyone looking to get their pet groomed.

My pup, Colt, loves it here, and so do we. The staff has always been so helpful and accommodating, and my pup comes home tired from playing so much all day. We also love the grooming services too. The groomer is amazing and always does a wonderful job on Colt. I highly recommend this place!!
