I wish I could give 1000 stars! Thank you so much, Steve, for offering this service for pets. It has been so tough these past few days, but I am so grateful that I will have my sweet chinchilla, Binx, home with me forever.

Mr. Steve Weaver handled all of the details for the cremation of my dog, and I was overwhelmed with how well that went. Pickup at the Vet was prompt, and the process ended with a very nice cover, wooden urn, name plate and condolences for my pet. Thank you Steve, and Carolina Pet Cremation. Very well done! 12/27/2021.

We had to put our dog down on Friday, November 12. The vet office used this location for my dog's remains. She was returned in a timely manner and the urn and paw print is just beautiful. I'm glad my vet uses this facility. I knew the end was soon for my dog and I was considering this place to handle her remains. Very pleased!

After an unexpected death to my sweet baby boy Ronnie, we decided to get him cremated, we called and Steve said we could bring him in that day and we got him back two days later. I expected just the wooden box and the clay print. But it was so much more, he put a small golden plate with his name, put the box in a beautiful sack and small card. It truly brought me to tears. Thank you so much Steve, I am forever grateful.

This place was very respectful from beginning talking with Steve (even when he was on his way out of town) until the day I spoke with him to pick up my dogs ashes. The staff at the hospital was great also, they treated my dog with the utmost care when taking her out of the car in the box to when I picked her ashes up, they never carried her like she was just a dead object... That is very much appreciated. Also her ashes were wrapped very nicely.

Thank you so much Steve for helping us with cremating our best boy. You made the process so simple for me during this hard time and we were able to bring him home on the same day. I can't imagine an easier process. You are truly a wonderful person, and I will continue to support your company when our other pets cross over, and will provide positive referrals. Thank you!

Thank you, Steve. Thank you for your kindness, sympathy, and personal response to my calls. After 18 years together, PeekaBoo Kitty, my once in a lifetime companion, passed peacefully in my arms. I am grateful to you and the staff at Care First Veterinary Services in Raleigh for gracefully receiving her and returning her remains during COVID restrictions. Thank you for the lovely, personalized note. I will miss my girl forever, but I am very appreciative of the beautiful, caring memorial you provided .

I can't say enough good things about Steve and the experience. He was kind, attentive, and presented our puppy back to us beautifully. In a traumatic experience of loss, he was a mensch, and I appreciate him being there for us in this time.

I called this morning after finding out my guinea pig had passed away in the middle of the night. Steve said we could come down and get her cremated. We got there and he was very kind. It only took us about 2 hours to get her ashes back. It was an amazing experience (yet also heartbreaking) and Steve was very kind through all of it. Her little box is amazing and I thank him for the foot prints as well.

Excellent service. We arrived on a rainy evening to drop our pet off and he was there ready to help. When we got our pet back it was all with respect and care. Everything was nicely package. Greatly satisfied by how we were treated and how our pet was treated.

I had to put my bunny to sleep at AEH and she was sent here to be cremated. I got her back in 48 hours in a beautiful wooden urn with carved flowers on the front. The urn came in a lovely velvet bag. Her paw print was perfectly pressed and the attention to detail was apparent. I was worried about her remains but they included paperwork showing she was taken care of from the hospital through the cremation process. I'm so grateful to have such wonderful care in this really hard time and getting her back home so quickly was a grateful surprise.

Steve was very kind and accommodating. The best prices in the area. The price of cremation included an urn with a personalized engraved nameplate, a certificate, a clay paw print, and a velvet bag.

I just wanted to say that these people were wonder to my service animal and best friend. He was treated with kindness and respect. And they came to my home to get him and brang him back home to me. As I am handicapped this was a wonderful thing for them to have done. Thanks so much for your care.

You will simply not find a better person to take care of you and your loved ones. As it is never an enjoyable experience to have to part with a pet, Mr. Weaver makes the entire process easy and as a painless as possible. His love for all animals and empathy for us humans is truly exemplified in all he does for his clients and his community. Sadly, we recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Reilly and he was the second in our family to be taken care of by Mr. Weaver. I have had experience with other services in the state of NC and none come close to what he provides. Thanks for being you Mr. Weaver!!

My husband and I lost our beautiful 19 year old lovebird, Peachy. My husband texted Steve and he responded to us quickly. We dropped her off within an hour of her passing. The very next day, she was home again with us in a beautiful urn with a nameplate. We received a plaster mold of her little footprint that really touched my heart. The process was easy and quick. It was what we needed during this difficult time. Thank you so much, Steve.

My husband and I made arrangements with Carolina Pet Cremations to handle the cremation of our beloved English Setter on Dec. 5, 2020. Steve met us at 7:30pm on a Saturday night receive our "Cromwell" and he showed great respect, gentleness and understanding throughout that encounter. Steve met us again on Sunday afternoon around 3pm to deliver Cromwell's ashes. He even visited with our other two dogs. His service to us was impeccable and exceeded our expectations.

Losing my cat Zeus a few days ago has been extremely hard on me and my family. Steve was so incredibly helpful and kind. After leaving Zeus with Steve, we called later and asked if we could have the daisies we picked cremated with him, and Steve took care of it, which meant a lot. When we picked up his ashes today, I was honestly anticipating just a plain wooden box. But no. We were brought a velvet bag embroidered with “Until we meet again on the rainbow bridge.” Inside was his paw print pressed in clay, an envelope with “in loving memory of Zeus” printed on it, and in the envelope was a sympathy card, a certificate of cremation, and tips on how to grieve. And best of all, his box of ashes was beautiful. On the top were flowers hand carved in the wood, and his name was engraved in a plaque on the front. It made me feel like they took good care of him and understood how much he meant to us. It wasn’t just great service—they helped bring me some closure. Every little detail was so considerate and well thought out. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

After reading all these reviews, I must be the only one who didn’t get compassion. I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry”. The owner is unprofessional, even through SMS. I guess the owner didn’t feel like dealing with a dead cat on a Sunday. Also, the date on my standard wooden urn has the date 10/5, but my pet died on 10/6. Not sure why everyone is so thrilled with this place, but I won’t be using this business anymore in the future.

My cat Tiger passed 11/3/20. I’m young so I never thought about what I would need to do if one of my cats passed away. I was already devastated. I googled and read reviews and crossed my fingers to not have to experience this process as stress as this week began. I messaged Steve he responded back with no hesitation. We made plans, I asked questions he’s was caring, informative on time. Tiger was ready 11/5/20 but I picked him up today 11/6/20. Steve was wonderful through the whole process.I would recommend Steve to all in need of his services.

Thet went above and beyond our expectations! We dropped off our fur baby kemo just hours after he passed on a Saturday afternoon. The man waited for an hour for us to get there. Monday afternoon he was ready to be picked up. Were were expecting a bag of ashes in a cardboard box and what we received truly touched our heart. A beautiful hand carved wood box with a brass engraved name plate with the ashes in it. We also received a impression of his little paw print and some clippings of hair. We also received a death certificate and card like you would get at a funeral. We were so touched by the quality service and care we received. They truly went above and beyond and gave us something to remember our baby forever. RIP Kemo❤

Steve did an amazing job with my baby little man. He’s very nice. Little man cane home to us in a nice wooden urn with a name plate and he also made a mold of his paw print and it all came in a nice bag. It was so special. We just cried and cried when we got little man back because we knew he was taken care of and was finally at peace. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby.

A week ago, we called the after-hours number for Carolina Pet Cremation at 3:30 AM after the passing of our dog. A few short minutes later, Steve called us back and arranged to meet with us at 5:30 AM. In one of the most challenging times in our lives, Steve provided comfort and compassion and was able to return our remains to us later in the day. I am so grateful for the professionalism and kindness that Steve showed us, and the urn and documents that we received could not have been more perfect. Know that your pet and your family will be honored and cared for with Steve and Carolina Pet Cremation's services.
