Excellent experience with Dr. Besermenji, professional, caring & attention to detail. I couldn't have had a better vet to come visit our home and look at pup.

This was the first time that mobile house call Veterinary Services came to my home to treat my two cats and I couldn't have been more pleased. Dr. Dragana was very good with my kitties. She was fast but thorough and efficient and treated my kitties with loving care. She explained things to me and let me know that I could call her at any time if I had any further questions. She put me at ease as soon as she walked in the door. I plan to continue with her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr D is an extremely caring and knowledgeable vet. She is very prompt and responsive and genuinely loves the animals she works with. I’m so happy I found Dr. D to care for my cat.

Dr.D was great with my dog. My last visit to the vet was very stressful for me and my dog. Dr. D can out to our home and there was no stress at all. Dr. D is very good with animals. This was the best veterinarian experience I’ve ever had. She was great with my dog and was quickly able to identify that my dog had inflammation issues in her knee. She explained to me my different options for treatment before we decided that a steroid shot would be best. She was also very patient and answered all of my questions in detail. I highly recommend her.

We are so thankful that Dr. Besermenji makes house calls! We have an older dog who is blind and it is very difficult to take her anywhere. Our other dog is so fearful that we have had to give her trazodone to help her. (She was abused before we adopted her).When my dogs go to the vet all the smells and noises become overwhelming. This was perfect. Dr. Besermenji is a excellent vet who was able to take the stress out of a drs appt. Dr. Besermenji brought everything that was needed for a proper exam. Her ‘bed side manner’ was excellent. My dogs where not afraid/weary of her. A bonus is no worry of exposure to other dogs or extra people during this virus outbreak.

I highly recommend Dr. Dragana and her services. We've used Dr. Dragana on multiple occasions and could not be happier. Having her come to the house makes the visits so much easier on our cat. He does not get freaked out by the car ride, new places, and faces at the vet. She is caring, honest and, thorough. Our cat genuinely likes her even after the exams involved shots, probes, and ear cleaning. Our previous vet always had scheduled recommendations or things to upsell. Your cat should eat this food, these treats, or this based on age, and guess what, I happen to have it right here...It always reminded me of dropping your car off at the shop for an oil change, and there is a laundry list of preventative maintenance items based on mileage but not on need. Dr. Dragana tells you like it is. This is what you need, and this is what you don't have to worry about. You could do this, but I don't think it is necessary. The pricing is more than fair given the quality of care and the convenience. She offers thoughtful suggestions on where to get food or medication. She isn't trying to sell you anything. She is just there to take care of your pet. Again, she comes to YOUR home. How great is that?

Dr. Dragana was wonderful with my cat! She really took her time and made sure to do what was best for him. My cat is very skittish and tends to be very aggressive about being handled by anyone, myself included. She was very understanding and helped me make the best decisions for him so that we could assure his health as a top priority. She’s very gentle and kind and I would highly recommend!

Dr. Dragana Besermenji was soooo patient with our Calico kitty. She was a handful-- very suspicious and fierce when it comes to anyone grabbing her, especially since getting spayed. Dr. Besermenji took the hissing and aggression all in stride, and was able to sedate our cat so that she could remove a very tight, very old flea collar from her neck, which we had not been able to do. She was so knowledgeable, caring and patient and we will definitely be turning to her for all of our pet needs moving forward. Highly recommend!!

We had to have our 15 year old Boston Terrier put down, the mobile vet came to our house and was very professional and friendly. We had a great experience , was much better doing this at home rather than take her to an office and have to wait around. Price was reasonable, highly recommend.

This was our first experience with Dr. Dragana Besermenji. She is wonderful. Our dogs are old and they get so nervous going to the vet plus we never got the same person and didn’t form a connection. Dr. Dragana Besermenji Came in our home where my girls (dogs) felt comfortable. She was thorough, kind, and caring. We love her and highly recommend her services.

First time customer. It was a sat . Wayne took our Charliebean and he really liked the doctor, set up and was a fair price. I take in rescue dogs and my step mom works with 2 rescues we know dogs pretty well and our vets in vance and granville nickel and dime us on stuff we know we don't need. Not to mention one here LOST one of my dogs. That was the end of that. there is one mobile veterinary this way that I dearly love bit sometimes is so booked and doing volunteer services that it's nice to know we will have two docs again.im sharing experience and excitement with step mom and others at this moment

Most of all having a mobile Vet reduces the stress on everyone. My pets love Dr. Dragana and respond well to her. The convenience of having Dr. Dragana come to your home cannot be emphasized enough. Most everything you would need for a home visit is provided if necessary. She is very informative and genuinely wants the best for your loved pets. I love her surefooted, experienced approach while being kind and low key, telling you the whole time, if you want, what she's going to do and why. Since my Vet of 25 years retired just before the drop off at curbside started, which I abhor, I found Dr. Dragana. So pleased. Prices are reasonable, ordering any needed supplies/meds can be done through her online pharmacy at her website and she communicates through email, text and calls. Works for me. Since using natural, less invasive treatments is my first approach when solving pet issues, Dr. Dragana embraces my opinions and lifestyle warmly and offers good advice as well. Very knowledgeable.

When concerns about our 14.5 yr old German Shepherd Dog Dr. Dragana made a house-call on a Sunday evening. She listened to our concerns, examined our dog, and offered a solution that was NOT euthanizing our dog. We appreciate her listening to our perspective and offering us something we haven’t tried to help him live a bit longer. She did a fantastic job. We would use her again for end-of-life services or regular vet services without hesitation. She understands the German Shepherd Breed very well! So glad we called.

I have never used a mobile veterinary service before. I decided I would give it a try. I am so pleased with her passion for animals and her wealth of knowledge. Dr. Dragana was wonderful when she came to our house to put our sweet sick cat to sleep. She was compassionate and calmly explained what she was doing. She was kind to us in our grief and it was quick, relaxed, and painless for our cat. She was so gentle, professional and kind. We have put a lot of cats to sleep in the past 15 years and this is by far the best experience we've had. We will definitely be calling on Dr. Dagana when we need her in the future.
