Excellent experience. I’ll be back with my pups that’s for sure ! Dr. Thames was very sharp and understood me and my dog . Took time to listen . Thanks for all !

I've been boarding my dog here for the past three years. Though their facilities and work ethic is stellar, with what I can see, I am disappointed that certain things have changed, and not entirely for better. (1) there used to be a rewards program where once you accumulate enough points, you get to use points for several different options. I primarily used it for an extra night of boarding, mostly. This was done away at the end of 2019, with the promise of a better program. COVID happened, and still no rewards. (2) to offset the rewards, certain services were adjusted to be a part of other bigger programs (i.e. daycare added in). Though this may sound like a discount, if it is something you've never utilized, is it truly a discount? Sure, more bang for your buck, but those that take care of the animals, isn't it more work for less pay? I fear that this might cheapen the value of the service and start losing really good and competent assistants and handlers to other businesses. That said, upon writing this, the service is still awesome, but I am not opposed to seeing the potential of other places.

Melissa is extremely unprofessional and rude . Provided no help or assistance became hostile over the phone and said I was requesting for one of the dumbest request . My dog is currently in pain with a swollen ear . She refused to help or transfer me to another rep whom was available . I will not be returning . Completely unprofessional

We have been using Complete Pet Care for our fur babies since we moved here 3½ years ago. They have taken great care of all of our two senior pups needs-including grooming. (Thank you sweet Delilah!) We recently had to let our sweet boy, Wyatt, go on for some much deserved rest--a decision no one ever wants to have to make. All of the staff at Complete made this most dreaded experience as peaceful, and gentle as something like this could ever be. Everyone treated us, and our pup with such incredible kindness, and compassion throughout the whole experience. We were left with a definite sense of peace about our decision. We just can't say enough good about Complete!

I called to inquire about my invoice that I had misplaced. While explaining my concern that I had, after i found it, the tech in which I won't name at this particular time was VERY rude and had a bad attitude while I express my concern. She was talking over me multiple times. And I asked her several times not to do so. She was very snappy and quick to get me off of the phone. I did let her know that from here on I would not like to speak with her dealing with any of my fur babies that I bring there. I usually don't have any problems with the team other than one other time. The matter was addressed by the owner (who is awesome) and haven't had any problems. That's been about 2yrs ago. This really has me thinking about finding a new vet.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even called to check how my cat is doing. My own doctor doesn't do that. That's how you run a business.

Moving from out of state we were worried about finding another vet. They all are so caring, and take time to explain things, heard recommendations about care we never heard from others. Very attentive and show they love what they do. People up front are friendly and very thorough with billing, appointments, and everything in-between.

Their service and attentiveness was excellent. I called at the same day because my my furbaby had an emergency. They didn't hesitate to see him. Their service is amazing and the staff is friendly and loving. Thank you so much for saving my boy.

I take my dog in for her annual visit and full bath. Twenty minutes later the doctor calls me to inform me that my dog stopped breathing during her bath because so many dogs were there. That was puzzling because it is a veterinarian. The doctor recommended that I don’t bring my dog there for her baths anymore. The doctor tells me her exam was fine but when I picked her up she could barely walk. She’s been limping ever since. So I paid $200 for a doctor to tell me not to bring my dog there anymore for a bath but she never said anything about my dogs heart and the bump on her leg.

The staff at complete pet care are negligent at best and possibly abusive. I have left Nandor with them for boarding on 2 occasions for a total of 10 nights, and he has returned home with an injury on BOTH occasions. The first time we went I noticed an injury as soon as we brought him home and immediately contacted the vets office. We were told that this injury was never even noticed while he was there despite the fact that he was supposed to be groomed while there as well. The owner did apologize for his staff's negligence so we decided to give them another chance. We picked him up for the second time yesterday and I was told he had an injury, pictured here on his back upper thigh area, only as they brought him out to me. They told me that it had been looked over by a vet while he was there, but they never called me to tell me about it during his stay. The worst part is I CALLED THEM to EXPLICITLY ASK HOW MY PUPPY WAS DOING 2 DAYS BEFORE PICK UP AND THESE PEOPLE DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE INJURY. THEY LITERALLY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY PET'S HEALTH AND WELLBEING. it is abundantly clear to me that pets are not receiving adequate care and supervision from these people. Please do not trust them with a member of your family unless you are okay with your pet coming home hurt.

My 2 dogs were there for 3 days and one came back saturated in her own urine. Very poor care.

Absolutely amazing experience. You can tell they truly care about your pets and they operate in a very honorable manner. My dog is alive today thanks to them. I could see how close she was to passing and they managed to remove a liver tumor the size of a volleyball from her. Not only that but they did it for a 3rd of the price I was quoted elsewhere. She's alive and well now running and playing as if she was never knocking on death's door. I'm so incredibly grateful I chose to take her here and would recommend them to anybody.

They took my cat in at the last second when my boyfriend and I were traveling and another canceled I wish they fed her more than 2 times a day she lost weight in 5 days but now she's back to fat cat lol ???? also not certain if she was played with or not but to be fair I didn't ask

We are new to the area and our dog got into ticks for the first time. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was super friendly and so gentle with our dog (and with the nervous pet owners). We quickly got an examination and our dog is now ready to brave the area's fleas and ticks.

This office is top notch. Dr. Solomon is great with our dog. She explains things clearly and genuinely cares for her clients. The rest of the staff is great as well. We moved to other side of Raleigh but are more than willing to continue to commute to this location and doctor because we are 100% completely satisfied with them. Would recommend to anyone.

Had not so great news today as we have another mast cell tumor but the staff at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital in Wake Forest were just super. Thank you Leon for checking on us twice in the waiting and letting me know the doctor was a little behind. Thank you to Tralissia for also checking on us. The wait was not long either. We arrived about 3:16 for a 3:30 appointment and were in the exam room by 3:49. Leon was great with Frank in the exam room too. Dr. Thomas was amazing. News was not great but what I expected. Frank has a lot of anxiety at vet offices and she was so gentle and kind to him. You guys rock!

Excellent service and personal care and concern for my cat. Bloodwork and examined before my cat was scheduled to be spayed. All went well. Dr. Thames is a great vet and he and the staff are much appreciated! 5*****

Our dog, Rosalie, loves coming here. The doctors and staff here are amazing at what they do. I’ve never seen a dog so happy to come here for a visit. They’ve always taken such good care of her. If you’re looking for a place to take your furry family member, be it a clinic, day care, or boarding, CPC at Heritage should be at the top of your list.

Just signed up with this vet. So far, curbside is pretty good, but phone manners of some of the staff leaves a little to be desired. Micah was abrupt and impatient when I called to set up an appointment.

I had just recently canceled an appointment at a different animal hospital and was very aggravated and frustrated with them when I happened to GPS the next closest, open place. I was extremely happy with the service and compassion of everyone in this animal hospital today. I'm glad we ended up there and not somewhere else.
