We love Audrey's! We have always had wonderful are taken of our Nellie and love being able to see her on the video cam while she's there. The groomer always makes our Nellie fresh, clean and beautiful when we pick her up. We highly recommend Audrey's! ????❤

This review is for the grooming service. 10/10 recommend. We got lucky with a last minute appointment before Christmas. She was only there for two hours. I’m used to her being gone for long periods with other groomers and that’s ruff for the both of us. Her nails actually seemed like they shaved em down. Other places they don’t seem to make a dent. Very happy with what I got for the price.

Attendant was very rude when delivering to this worker. We tried to go above and beyond to ensure the safety of her delivery, and in return were scolded and given a bad review. No customer service here!

Thank you to the staff of Audrey's Barkyard! My sweetness has never been boarded, does not like other dogs or humans, won't eat without me and can be very demanding when left alone barking loudly his frustrations. I believe the staff attempted to assist my dog and I appreciate their efforts but no one was able to get my dog to eat, drink or eliminate. My fault. Next boarding experience, I will want a walk through, schedule of events and feeding alternatives before leaving my "fur baby". I do recommend Audrey's Backyard overall because I felt the love of dogs in their humans.

I can't say enough good things about Trainer Charlie B.! I have seen such amazing progress with my rescued American Foxhound, Toby. Before leash training with Charlie, Toby had no leash manners and was nervous around other dogs at the park. After 5 sessions, he is now more comfortable in public and has almost no reaction to dogs, squirrels and other wildlife. After a few initial training sessions in home, we had a few sessions at the park to test what we had learned and smooth out a few edges. Charlie was incredibly patient and catered his training method and our meeting place to fit our needs. He definitely goes the extra mile!!

Charles Baio is the best dog trainer. He worked with my 2 year old golden doodle who was not well mannered & love to jump on people & give them kisses. She also pulled on her leash. After several weeks, Pearl can now behave around company & she is now able to go to an outside restaurant and lay quietly by my chair... Thank you , Charlie!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Been to the pet resorts with my puppy and can say the staff really cares about Bowie and they are friendly. They are booked for daycare, but they offered to work with me. Would recommend to take your pet here!

Just finished a training program with Charlie, the new trainer at Audrey's. My dog Kodak is aggressive and possessive, even to my boyfriend who lives with us. Kodak also has terrible walking issues, from pulling, to going crazy at other dogs and even cars. We had 5 1-on-1 sessions with Charlie, and he is so much more manageable! Charlie taught us how to properly use a prong collar, and the ecollar, which kodak responded to so well that we primarily just need vocal corrections to get him to listen. He's very knowledgeable about the using different basic training tools, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the dogs.

Audrey's Barkyard does an amazing job with our German Shepherd. Staff is always very nice and helpful. We board our GS when we go out of town and usually pay for the bath along with extra outdoor play. She loves it there and is nice and worn out when we pick her up... and she smells good. :) Great business! Definitely check them out for your pup(s).

I took our Goldendoodle puppy for his first big groom and was very pleased with the results! This was our first visit to Audrey’s Barkyard, and I was unsure what to expect, but I think they did a great job! The groomer asked exactly what I wanted as far as the cut and she completely delivered! We’ll be back for sure!

I've been taking my rescue lab/hound mix to Audrey's for about two months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care the staff provides my pup with. My dog was very skeptical of strangers at first and also unsure of being with so many dogs at once; however, after a few visits and patience exhibited by the staff, he now enjoys his visits and is a more socialized dog than when I rescued him! The fact that Audrey's staff stays with the dog groups to ensure they are playing "nicely" is what convinced me to daycare with Audrey's. For my dog, this was the best way to get him more socialized and comfortable with strangers and other dogs. Audrey's staff demonstrates genuine care of my furbaby; I see this in action when I drop him off, pick him up, and when I occasionally watch what's going on via the customer webcam--another big selling point for me.

Wow! I cannot say enough about the outstanding facility and staff at Audrey's! They are the most professional and animal-friendly people I have ever met. You cannot go wrong if you have them take care of your dog or cat! Thank you Audrey's!

Not happy. Picked up my dog after boarding, she smelled terrible of urine. Her chest was half dry and half wet if urine. I boarded 2 dogs that they decided to seperate and not communicate to me. I was charged and then promised a refund, which I haven't gotten and a call from the owner which I haven't gotten

The staff are friendly and interactive. The facility is clean and well equipped. We like the live camera feed for doggy daycare and boarding. They offer a large variety of affordable services and discounts for packages. Our pug puppy Annabelle always seems to be comfortable going here.

We boarded our two cats for a move and they were super accommodating. They really value doing what’s right for the animal and I really appreciate that! We will be using them again, if we ever need to board our cats again!

Heard about this place from our neighbors, so we thought we'd give it a shot. The staff was really friendly from the check in to the end of the day. I know he had a blast as he was worn out when he got home, we looked in on him several times throughout the day via computer and he was running and playing with other dogs his size.. he's a happy dog and we will be scheduling many more visits !!

Awesome staff and facility!! My fur babies had a great time. Would love to give more than 5 stars, as everything went great !! Love the cams in the different areas so I can always look in and see how happy the staff and animals interact. Love the dedicated play time as well !! Would highly recommend!!

1. Your staff did not go inside to gather information. They went inside to get their credit card machine. 2. Your staff simply handed the dog to my wife and I went to put him in the car and discovered blood all over me. Not one mentioned he was injured. Never mind you could see.right through his cheek. This wasn't just some nip, this was a forceful altercation. I understand things do happen but this was unacceptable. 3. You state below you saw ranger had a wonderful day via your cameras. That's funny because they are never on for your clients to watch them play this would be three times in a row now. Always says cameras are off today. 4. Your staff was completely oblivious to this, how could that be? Nonsense 5. This was not about money as I could care less about the fee for the day. I could probably go on but there is no need as he will never be coming back to your establishment again. HORRIBLEE!!!!!! If I could give you negative stars I would cause you don't even deserve one. I am blown away! Dropped our baby off for only a couple hours. Picked him up with no word from staff, bleeding with a puncture wound to his face, and they were just like oh well. Absolute disgrace that the staff offered in no way to comp the day and just went on their way. Our puppy is the most gentle guy, never barks, doesn't bite, only to be mistreated at this HELL hole. Beware if you consider dropping your pet off. Our lil friend will never go back. NEVER!

After reading the reviews about Audrey’s Barkyard and their website that claims their greatest priority is the pets welfare we decided to board our dog with Audrey’s for 2 weeks. When we picked him up, we noticed that his Jowls were bright red, irritated and swollen. As concerned pet owners, we took him to the vet first thing the next morning. At that time, the vet determined that he had contracted Lip fold Phyoderma from the kennel and needed several medications. After this determination, I called and left a message to speak with the owner and got a call back from a representative from Audrey’s. The representative said that she hoped that we didn’t have to take him to the vet. She said she asked around about what could be wrong with my dog and said it could be something minor. I told her that of course I took him to the vet. His mouth was bright red, irritated and swollen. I told her that he had Lip fold Phyoderma. I also asked how this could have gone unnoticed. He was there for 2 weeks and not 1 member of the staff noticed anything wrong. She said it was hard to tell he was sick because the dogs are playing. This is not acceptable - when your job is to care for the dogs. How is it that when he was in his kennel no one noticed then either that something was wrong. What is more concerning is that we don’t even know how long he was suffering. Today I had to return back to the vet. Our dog had greenish-yellow mucus coming out of his nose which started shortly after the 1st vet appointment. The vet explained that he has a bacteria infection caused either from another dog or from something at the kennel. (Note-my dog was healthy prior to boarding. He was taken to the vet prior to get the immunizations required to being boarded at Audrey’s) This experience has been awful. I am very upset at the lack of attention to care and no communication. I do not recommend this facility for boarding.
