HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We LOVE zoom room! John and the other trainers helped us train our German Shepherd who is reactive to other dogs. We completed three obedience courses and even got into agility. Their team will help you learn how to best work with your individual dog and train them with positive reinforcement.

Bringing Luna into Zoom Room was one of the best things that I’ve done for her and I so far. They have helped Luna gain so much confidence as well as help her and I work on her reactivity and manners. Emillie has been an amazing trainer and I am so thankful for her and her team being so patient, kind, and understanding of Luna and I!

Zoom Room has been amazing for our Bella! Our first experience was the puppy plus class for basic puppy obedience. The teachers give clear, easy to follow instructions, and when we don’t understand, they are patient and kind while demonstrating. Every time we leave we are inspired believing that our sweet puppy will one day be a polite dog everyone wants to enjoy! We have also put her in the puppy play date class where she gets all her energy out (and then sleeps for hours afterwards!) I love that they have multiple instructors in the room during the play time so that the dogs can have maximum play, but everyone is monitored closely.

Everyone that works here is professional and friendly. They're on top of paperwork and vaccine records so I know my puppy is safe in that regard. It's a great place for my pup to learn and practice in a safe environment and getting to practice with controlled distractions all around. I always feel comfortable asking the trainers for advice and I've gained some great training tips.

What a difference Delilah has made in her few weeks of classes - we have gone for no training for a four month old pup to a gradually better listener and commands that are actually useful! We learn something new every class, while reinforcing the skills she’s working on. Our favorite to see is in the beginning when all the dogs “fall in love” and Delilah copies, “since it’s what everyone is doing…. Guess I will too!” Way to go Zoom Room - we’re completely happy with her classes and can’t wait to learn more!

This is a great, clean, and safe place to bring your dog. My puppy has already shown improvement to her social anxiety after only a few play group meetings.

Attempted to bring my puppy for a training appraisal. When I arrived we found out his vaccinations were not all up to date. The girl at the desk was very helpful and refunded our $25. Unfortunately ‘John’ who appeared to the the person in charge at that time was not so nice. When I asked why this was not made clear when we spent 30mins book the time on Saturday, so I did not waste my time today, told me it was. When suggested it was not he told me “I am very sorry you were not paying enough attention at the time, but it was”. This was not his only rude / condescending remark, it was just the worst. John was not present when we made the booking I was. John did not feel that he was being rude, but he was. This place might be a good place for dogs and owners, but thanks to John, I will never find out, because he made it an awful place in my opinion for customers. Someone needs to provide him with some training!!!

We love taking our dog Bonni to The Zoom Room. All of the staff and trainers are awesome. We feel Bonni is learning so much and we are too!

Excellent place for puppy training. Wonderful and helpful staff. The staff is also very knowledgeable on dog behaviors and assisting with training.

I worried that my 8-month old puppy, Louis, was developing some bad habits. At 7 pounds he'll never be an unmanageable beast but he could still be a nuisance rather than a pet beloved by all (and he is around a LOT of people). While the classes seem focused on the dogs, I suspect I'm the one that's really being trained. Whatever their secret sauce, I've seen a lot of improvement since we started Obedience classes at Zoom Room and I hope to continue on until we can do Agility there. I'd say it is a great value, especially since Louis will be with me for many years to come and it is well worth it to have a peaceful home with an easygoing dog versus life with a furry ball of terror.

Our pup Lincoln has completed 5 classes at Zoom Room, and he has learned so much. The trainers are patient with him, as he is learning to not be reactive and bark when he sees other doggie friends. They give individualized attention to each dog. Also, the facility is very clean. The weekend classes can get pretty full; if you want a smaller sized class, try to schedule on an early weekday. They also have a great retail shop, offering things such as training treats and cute bags to hold them, toys and even a "bakery" section if you want to really spoil your puppy.

The training is excellent. Knowledgeable and professional trainers who know how to train you and your pup to maximum effectiveness.

Very professional. Enrolled my new pup in the puppy preschool program and he has already learned so much. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent spot to train their dog!

We've had a great experience with our Golden Retriever puppy at Zoom Room! We started with puppy preschool and have graduated to puppy training plus. We have learned a lot about how to train him and he also loves the play groups! The trainers are always happy to help with specific questions and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The Zoom Room staff and trainers are the best. We've been taking Molly their since she was 14 weeks old. Really helping us to learn how to teach her (and us) how to harness all that energy in a positive way. Looking forward to agility classes as she continues to learn and grow.

Zoom room has helped me train my puppy, Domino. I started with them from their classes of 2-4 months and then the 4-8 months of classes. They are professional, informative and friendly. My favorite instructor is Emily. She really teaches well and conveys the lesson good. She also pays attention to each puppy attentively and very funny. I recommend signing up for their classes! All of them are nice and the facility is clean. There’s also a lot of parking. 10/10 recommend Zoom room!

Our experience at Zoom Room was great! Our dog Max has anxiety and struggles in new situations. We signed him up for a 4 session private training pack so that he could get familiar in the environment and work on breaking out of his shell. His trainer, Brooklyn, was SO patient and kind. We expressed interest in agility courses and she set up mini agility courses for him for 2 of the sessions and he thrived! It was awesome to see him gain confidence and increase his (and our) skills with training. We plan on continuing with agility courses in the future and I would definitely recommended Zoom Room for dog owners.

My 6 month old lab has learned so much in just 5 classes! The staff has provided amazing instruction and given me great tips on how to work with him at home AND IT SHOWS! I get compliments all the time as I walk him in public. People cannot believe his age when they see his manners. Thank you!

I took my crazy mini-aussiedoodle there. The staff is courteous and friendly, I learned something new each time, and both of us had fun. She came home happy and worn out every time-which made it very worthwhile.

I'd like to thank Trinity and the staff at Zoom Room. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles by everyone there. They made feel at home. And when I had question, they answered it without making me feel like I was bothering them. I recommend Zoom Room Training to everyone.
