Always a great time when visiting, the staff is always busy so you have to wait a bit. However this is made up by the fact that when they are helping you out their attention is completely on you.

Amazing staff with little wait times and Veterinarians that are straight the point and take care of your pet’s needs. Best choice I’ve made for my dogs was to bring them here.

My husband and I just got our first pet (A kitten) from a rescue and wanted to find a vet near our house to check on her, make sure she was doing fine .. etc. The staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They shared advice, asked questions about our kitten’s past. They are just so nice, friendly, professional and really made us feel like our kitten was in good hands…. and she was. It also looks clean which made me feel comfortable as well. I am so happy we have such a nice vet located down the street from us. Photos after the vet, our kitten felt just fine even after getting her ears cleaned haha. Highly recommend!!

Going to the vet is a chore for me. My dog absolutely hates the vet and has major anxiety. I called this morning to confirm my appointment and the receptionist tells me that they have no record of me making an appointment but they can fit me in at 3pm. No problem, it worked out. I get there and I am checked in and we see the vet around 3:20pm. A vet tech takes us back and has no record of why we are having the appointment so I have to explain everything going on with my dog again. The vet is very friendly and knowledgable but I had to keep reminding him of things that I wanted checked or why I was there. As I was on my way home, I realized that they did not provide the main service that I wanted done so I had to haul my dog back to the vet office again. They did not charge me for it and tried to make everything right. The women at the front desk were very apologetic and kind but I am not sure I will be back. This was an extremely dysfunctional appointment and disorganized.

Yesterday was my first visit with my dog and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. My dog is anxious and not well socialized (always a work in progress), so vet trips are extra stressful for him, but everyone in the office was very understanding and welcoming and tried to make it more of an experience where he felt safe. They follow up with their patients and genuinely cared. I’m very impressed with this Veterinary Hospital and am glad they could get me an appointment so soon.

Love the place, not pushy like others vet place, staff was super friendly form assistant to vet himself. We ll recommend it to all my pet lovers friends

Got an appt quickly, they were very professional, and Dr. Baker was AWESOME!

I have been to several clinics in the area and have never found one with such caring doctors and staff. Dr Baker has been taking care of my little guys for the past ten years and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

7 plus year client. Have had very poor service the last 2 visits. Both appointments were canceled for emergencies...when my geriatric dog had a mild stroke I called and asked to bring him in for an emergency. I was told we can't see him for 2 weeks and togo to an er. But today I sat out side for 40 minutes to only call and have my appointment rescheduled for a further date for emergencies..very sad that I had to call for updates on appointment. Non the less I have decided to go elsewhere due to inconsistent service, always late, never a routine visit, 30 minute visit is always 1hour plus. Plan accordingly!

The Doctors here, take great pride with people's pets. They have took care of my Daisy May. This is the place to go for vaccinations, check-ups, surgeries, and many more services this place provides.

We LOVE VB Vet Hospital and Dr. Morris. We bring our dogs Bailey and Brady there. They are Very efficient, loving and truly care. Cost is very affordable. Since we found Dr. Morris, we will not go anywhere else!!!! All of the doctors are great, and entire staff. Highly recommend VB Vet Hospital, your fur baby will get the best care!

VBVH was recommended to me by my mom after it was recommended to her by her mom. Since I don't have a daughter to recommend it to, I thought I'd turn to Google! This vet office has taken great care of my pup, Leo, and we've seen all three doctors. Everyone that works at VBVH has been friendly, professional, and kind. We've gotten great service and they've answered hundreds of questions I've had about being an overly anxious pup mom. I also appreciate that they always check up on my pet after vaccinations and exams. Can't recommend them enough!

I just had my first visit with them today. My oldest dog had been having some chronic issues. They were so attentive and helpful, everyone was in such a good mood and just so sweet. The vet spent about 20-30 minutes with me in the exam room talking about options, and evaluating her entire medical history as well as the problem I brought her in for. Everyone from front desk staff to vet techs to the vet himself were truly just wonderful, helpful people. They were so sweet to my dog and could see how nervous she was, and kept trying to calm her down and make her comfortable. They got me in quickly, especially for a new patient. Scheduling and forms were simple, and so was check in when I arrived. It was really affordable, and the vet seemed cautious to do testing that wasn’t immediately necessary which I thought was very nice. Overall very affordable and just a nice experience.

Excellent veterinary care, my dog had a tumor weighing 1lb 4oz. And they debulked it. My dog is doing fine & very happy. So am I.

Dr. Baker is outstanding. Staff included. I can be long winded and paranoid about my animals, and I’ve never felt rushed when talking to him. He’s extremely personable, patient, and more importantly - technical. The #1 thing I want when seeing a specialist is to feel like you’re with someone who’s skilled and experienced. “They’re so nice to my pets!” is not all I want to walk away with. He’s very definitive, and comforting. Before you go reading other reviews where people complain about appointments and/or scheduling - WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN THE LAST YEAR?! All vets are on Covid terms. All vets are backed up more than usual, in all ways. All vets are curbside with their phones ringing off the hook. In fact - some vets don’t even talk to you face to face. In my experiences - Dr. Baker walks car to car after his exams, and basically has a session with you as close to being in the office as possible. I’ve never left a Google review in my life, so please, take this one seriously. Many thanks to Dr. Baker and his teams.

Brought my dog for an initial visit in June and had a good experience. I was impressed with the detailed record of the visit that was emailed to me later that day. Today’s experience was less positive. I had to call four times in order to get through to someone who could schedule an appointment for a non-emergency visit. We have to wait ten days to see the doctor. Perhaps this is routine customer service in Virginia Beach. My previous vet’s office (in NJ) always packed up the phone and had appointments available within 48 hours or less.

Dr.Morris is an absolutely amazing vet whose helped us more times than I can count. The staff there is amazing, the truly care about helping and taking care of animals.

We had the absolute BEST experience taking our 2 guinea pigs (sisters, "Oreo" & "Caramel") to Virginia Beach Veterinarian!! Love how caring and attentive they were to our "babies". And we we're really happily surprised about the final costs for the care they got. There we're no added "service fees" like a few other places that take care of "exotic" pets. Bottom line, we will definitely be going to VBVet from now on for our babies needs. ????????
