They are my cats vet and have been to all my animals for a long time.

My first time going to this vet with my dog titus was today. He's a large and strong dog, he gets anxious around other animals and in new places. I arrived early and they immediately set me up with a room for him so I could isolate him and keep him calm. They provided him with water while we were there without me even asking. Dr. Bunday was extremely polite, thorough, and made the process easier. He and he assistant did a great job drawing blood from his and giving him vaccinations even while he was growling with his muzzle on cause he was scared. I really appreciate everything they did today and will continue to use them as his vet.

Timberlake vet was awesome, everyone was very friendly at the desk. Dr. Bundy and her staff were absolutely ???? fabulous. Everyone took complete time to care for my husky Sheba. (Who is in a lot of pain). I also love that she does the exam right there with you nice and gentle. Instead of taking the dog in the back were you cant see whats going on then the vet talks to you for 2mins like my other place. Sheba is set up for a surgery hopefully she will feel much better. I will be switching all my huskies to Dr. Bundy. Blaze, Snowball &, Wolfie look forward to visiting ????

Timberlake Vet have always gone above and beyond when it comes to the health and care of our fur kids. From check-ups to emergencies they have always been there. Dr Bundy and her staff are very friendly, compassionate, and professional. Hard to find these days.

Stella Rueff’s visit today Stella's appointment was for 10:30 am this morning. I might have made a mistake by putting her on the examination table what made her stress out. You were 49 minutes late walking in the room to see her. That was the problem I believe with her and that muzzle. You seemed to be very irritated with me and Stella. The fact that I no longer have a job is stressful enough. You made me feel ashamed that I only had barely enough for the necessary shots and visit. You really talked down to me when it came to my financial situation. I love Stella with all my heart and would give up my food to make sure she had what she needs. I rescued her about five years ago from a abusive home. She gets scared and that is not anger it is fear that she shows. Maybe you need to reflect back and remember why you chose your career and show more heart to your clients and their family pet. I will be requesting her records as soon as I find a more compassionate Veterinarian. It is hard enough in life and don't need to feel like I felt leaving your practice today. BTW when I picked Stella up after her tooth surgery your assistant that was in the room today testing her blood was the one who told me you used a tube because she had been under so long and needed to release herself. You denied that. Why????? She is not been the same since. I will be filing a report over this incident with the board, Mary Rueff.

Took my sweet cat here for his first ever vet check-up (my first time ever bringing a pet to the vet) and I had the BEST experience. Every person in the building was kind, and Dr. Bundy and the kind vet tech assisting her took great care of my fur-baby and made sure he was healthy and answered all of my questions. I was very anxious about bringing my kitty in for the first time, and Timberlake Vet made me feel as comfortable as can be. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Dr. Bundy and her staff are second to none. They are a very caring group and Dr. Bundy calls you personally to check on your pets progress after treatment. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a veterinarian.

I just dropped of my Molly. She is having surgery today. She is being taken care of by Melissa, Kim,Jane and most of all Tonya. Dr.Bundy has a heart of gold, she loves my Molly. I am GRATEFUL to all of them.

Cannot thank Dr Bundy and her staff enough. They always provide great care to my dog. When he had a UTI, they fit him in last minute without an issue. Recently, he was neutered and his incision came open. I didn’t notice until 10 mins before they were closing. They told me to come in anyway and stayed open over 30 mins later. They took great care of my dog and reassured us that this could happen but everything was okay. They fixed the incision right up and gave us a cone and medicine to help my pup. Honestly cannot thank them enough. We had another vet here but I’m so glad we switched to Timberlake. With the other vet we would have to wait over an hour (up to almost 2) to be seen for a scheduled appointment. This has not happened with Timberlake. They have been wonderful.

The staff is extremely professional, compassionate, and attentive. I trust them implicitly with my fur-baby's health, and I have every confidence that he receives the absolute best care.

I have been going to Timberlake Veterinary since 1994. I have nothing but great things to say about this veterinary practice. Doctor Bundy is very professional, compassionate, and courteous. She is very dedicated to giving your fur baby quality patient care... I highly recommend this practice!

Nicest staff and the docs are wonderful.

We have loved this vet since day one! The vet is very kind and is very patient with our two dogs. Recently one our dogs had an allergy flair up on his skin that was worse than normal. I scheduled an appointment for the earliest time they had available but his condition worsened over the next day. I called and they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute. Even with the pandemic, they were so accommodating and helpful. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this vet and the team!

Dr. Caroline Bundy and her staff are simply the best. They are always quick with a smile and I believe that they genuinely care about our pets. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommend!

Caring compassionate and personable staff and doctor!

We've been bringing our dogs here for 3 years and haven't had any remotely negative experiences. You can tell that the staff really cares for animals and wants to do the best for them and make sure that they get the best care. I'll miss them when we move in November!

Big thank you to the Timberlake Veterinary hospital for doing such a wonderful job taking care of our fur babies and all the while still doing social distancing. You all are awesome.

They are inconsiderate of your precious time, if you're a business running behind at least have the common courtesy to pick up the phone and let folks know, instead of assuming your time isn't as valuable as theirs. I will be looking for somewhere else to take my baby. I really never liked the place anyway it was just close to the house and convenient but not o of our time anymore. I've never been so disappointed. They owe me 45 minutes for allowing me to think our appointment was 4:15.

Very well organized and clean facility. Dr Bundy follows up with her clients, and is very clear in her diagnosis. I am glad we found a good get close to home.

Have been going to Timberlake Vet Hospital for many, many years! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Really miss Dr Linda Hayles tremendously! I was so very sad when she sold the vet hospital and retired. She was an amazing vet and so knowledgeable! She was always wonderful with all my animals! ☹️ Dr Bundy took over the practice and she has been very kind and caring to all of my animals! She is also very sweet! Unfortunately, it has become too expensive for me to go to Timberlake Vet! So now I go to the Norfolk SPCA to have my animals spayed and neutered! They also get their vaccinations there! Prices at the SPCA are extremely reasonable and inexpensive! The only drawback to the SPCA is that they will only do spays/neuters and vaccinations on healthy animals! So if one of my animals gets sick I will definitely go to Timberlake Vet!
