We go here for the P.A.W.S clinic which is amazing!!! Each time we have came we grab treats and toys after shots. The pricing is great and the staff is always kind!

fast and polite n dog friendly...

I am a regular & I went into the store due to an advertised special of Stella & Chewy freeze dried dog food. I was not greeted when I entered the store with two employees at the front of the store & no other customers. I attempted to purchase 3 bags of Stella & Chewy & when I questioned the price I was told the buy 2 get 1 free was only on specific items. All I saw was sale tickets on every shelf & thought it applied to every bag. This girl could not have been any more rude if she tried. She is always rude & never wants to help the customers ever. The last time I was in there I asked how long the sale was in & she told me she had no idea & was not willing to find out. Poorly managed business. Never any management & the staff could care less if you come in or not. Young punks running another business into the ground. Time to stop shopping here and go to Chewey & told my sister. Just go online to Chewey & order they have everything. Nice employee suggestion for us to shop somewhere else.

Great products, prices, and service. We have 6 furkids in our little animal sanctuary for senior Furkids so the weekly coupons help out a lot...thank you. The staff is also awesome and personable.

First time in the store and I was impressed.

I was here for the P.A.W.S. clinic. I've been coming here since Layla was born. They take great care of her. The staff of the clinic is great as well as the PSP staff. It's always an adventure when we visit, Layla is always making a new friend.

GREAT place and staff! I live in Norfolk near the base and drive to this location to take my puppy for veterinarian and grooming

Affordable pet supplies and care for my little not so little fur baby. Bring your dog and they will give him/her a free treat.

Excellent curbside! It was fast and easy. Found everything I needed for my dogs.

Pretty good selection and reasonably priced items.

Just avoid it on the weekends. On Saturdays it is near impossible to get into the store just to get dog food. There are aggressive breeds that are allowed to lunge at your dog and the staff there give less than one damn about it. You’re better off going down the road a little ways to Care-a-lot because the store is mapped out better, the staff are courteous and it’s not a damn zoo every weekend.

This store allows their employees to discriminate against other employees. When brought to ownership attention they fail to return phone calls, so that the situation can be rectified. So the impression I'm getting is that ownership condones this type of behavior and is completely okay with it.

Very accommodating on a return/exchange. All happy and will be back.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff high is always willing to help you. It’s like a breath of fresh air to go into a place like this. So much selection, reasonable prices and great member discounts. ????

The live food for lizards that they have isn’t that great, but the employee with the shaved sides and colorful top ponytail was so nice and helpful. She really made my day. The other employee that was there was helpful too but I kinda forgot what he looked like.

I have been using this specific Pet Supplies Plus for close to 11 years now. They are friendly, always have what were looking for and the prices are comparable to the bigger stores. They work with local businesses and even provide some coupons you can find. No reason to go anywhere else...

The store has what you need, grooming staff is great, and the vet staff just as good! I bring my dog and cat here for everything!
