After 25 years of pet ownership I am so grateful to have found this team. They are thoughtful, organized, professional and reasonably priced. They asked great questions that put me at ease at our first time appointment for our new rescue. I got to opt out of suggestions that didn't fit our needs and opt in for others that did. They also were hands down magical for my puppy pet-icure. He gets screamy and anxious with everyone else and with their gentleness and peanut butter bribes, my puppy was quiet and accommodating. Additionally, when we needed more nail trimming, they recommended the groomer adjacent to them The Ruff House Bayside and they were equally amazing! Very affordable opposed other vets. You check in and wait (either in your car or if you have to run a quick errand) for 2 phone calls. They say allow 45 min to an hour but it could be sooner based on how busy they are. First call is verifying your check in and other info. The second will be telling you to come on in. After that, my service was quick and friendly (puppy package). Pricing is true to what the site says and they will happily explain any additional service and that pricing.

Staff is incredible. My dog is very nervous at the vet, but every single staff member goes out of their way to make him feel comfortable.

The staff is amazing! They were friendly, welcoming, and even asked about how my dog was doing after her last visit. They answered all my questions and made sure I was informed about any issues regarding my pets. Dr. Smith took the time to work with my dog to make her visits less stressful and give her a positive experience at the doctor’s. I am so grateful for everyone there.

They have treated one of our ferrets in the past and they were able to respond to an emergency first thing in the morning when we needed them the most. Excellent experience! Able to schedule a Saturday appt for my sick cat as a new patient. Dr Edwards & the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly addressed my concerns & I'm happy to say the patient made a full recovery!

Star, my 10 year old boxer/mastiff mix, needed seen & I received an appointment the very next morning. The vet actually got down on the floor to complete exam so Star would be comfortable. The staff is always welcoming ways and I know Star is in the best hands. I am grateful for this practice, plus the cost is reasonable.

They took my baby in on an emergency visit and took such good care of him. Everyone was so patient in answering all of our questions. I did appreciate the on paper cost estimates up front. the level of care and attention we recieved really shows, my puppy gets excited when he sees that we pulled up to the vet. They said I could call and check on him through the day when he was hospitalized which helped me a lot.

They are outstanding Veterinary everyone was very nice office clean our pet was loved and we was told everything to do and care for are pet and all about the medication they gave us. I will tell anyone to go there price's are good.

This was my first time seeing them and I was very impressed. Chance needed to be seen immediately as he was shaking his head non stop . His vet was booked up for 2 weeks . I am so very grateful Pet Care would see him the same day . He had an ear infection and we are currently in the process of treating it. It means a lot be been able to have him seen so quickly. This Vet practice allows you to enter with your furbaby as long as you wear a mask . To me this is important so I can give the Dr the exact details of what is currently wrong . The Dr was so nice , informative and caring , as was all of the staff. Thank you !!

I am absolutely in awe of this place! I recently adopted a senior cat who has a breathing issue, hyperthyroidism, and is deaf, and this vet has gone above and beyond to make sure she is healthy and getting everything she needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a pet, you won’t regret it!

I was able to get my puppy in the same week, which was not possible any where else. Your staff has an obvious love for animals and is very kind and informative. Artemis eagerly awaits the peanut butter treats, and your distraction methods help keep her calm. Thank you!

My husband and I brought our pup Rufus to them in early October for routine bloodwork due to increased thirst and to discuss arthritis management options. It took multiple calls for days after the bloodwork was supposed to come back to even get any sort of answers. We were finally told by a tech that his kidney function was on the high end of normal and that gabapentin would be prescribed for the arthritis. It took a full month to get the bloodwork copy and real answers to the questionable areas on it. We started him on the meds and he went downhill very quickly. They gave him 600 mg a day, which I now know is WAY too much! Not even 6 weeks later, we said goodbye to our best friend. They were happy to take our $$ and run tests but never give any answers- then over prescribed him meds.

I know for a fact my bun is happier here. My bunny would come home stressed from our old vet, he would hide and it would take him about a day to recover after dropping him off. I thought this was completely normal. However, since we switched vets, my bun has experienced 0 post vet stress, and actually happily eats hay on the car rides home. This is a change. Very happy. They tell you to be here 10 mins early, then call you in to get checked 10 mins after you arrive. Then you are waiting 10-15 mins for a doctor to see you... while they are not busy... No emergencies, just a very calm friday, and ive been waiting for 35 mins now, and counting... *update* I was there from 615-705 (apt time was 625 but they said arrive 10 mins earlier). I heard them counting their registers and someone was leaving. I opened the door and asked was I forgotten and where is the doctor. The girl with the red hair seemed like ahe had an attitude the way she spoke, as if i was wrong for inquiring the reason I was waiting for so long and even after closing. She then told me the doctor was in an emergency and would he a few more mins. I then proceeded to exclaim that i could just reschedule, but before i could fully get my words put she started speaking over me telling me how emergency situations take precedence over general matters. I had to speak louder and say "I would like to just reschedule". So whoever the short, red head girl was with tattoos on her arms had awful customer service and was rude. Because if the doctor was in an emergency the professional thing to do would be to inform the last client/patient that she will be a while and give me the option to either continue to wait or to reachedule. I shouldnt have to inquire myseld after waiting 30 mins after my appt time as to why its taking so long.

I have three ferrets, two who are both bandit patterned. The vets, vet techs, and reception take great care to ensure they know who is who. They are always kind when working with my pets and listen to how to make the experience easier on everyone to get through the exams and vaccines. I love this office and staff!

My new shelter kitten has had a whole host of health issues, but this clinic has helped her through it all and she's finally healthy and acting like a kitten again! Every single staff member and doctor I've spoken to has ranged from at least politely professional to extremely friendly. They've also helped me when I needed to find lower cost alternatives, and even waived the exam fee on their own when a scheduling error made me wait half an hour. I hadn't been upset about the mistake, but it was very kind of them to do nonetheless.

I generally liked this place but like most vets offices its about money. Contacted them about a possible group visit fee for my rats since 65 bucks a pop is a bit steep when you have 8 with a respritory infection. If they all have the same symptoms not sure why you would need to see all 8 individually. Either way. Ive spent hundreds with them before and they could not work with me in this case.

I am absolutely in love with this place. The staff is sweet and really show that they care about our pets. To be honest, this review is more for Dr. Piper. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and explains everything very well. I had to let my Chameleon go and I was emotional about it naturally, and he literally became my rock in that moment. I also feel he is more thorough in his physical exam with the animal compared to some vets I have had in the past because he was able to point things out that other vets missed. I have 2 little dogs who are under his care, and they both suffer from seizures, and he has just been great with them. Every time I make an appt, I make sure to ask for Dr. Piper. :) Thank you for everything you do!

I got my rabbit neutered here and he made a quick recovery! I took him in again because he wasn't eating. They were fully booked but they took him in anyway A few hours after receiving care from the vets he began eating again! The vets here seem very knowledgeable about rabbits. They are nice too!
