Came in with an Aussie Mix to get a nice short hair cut cause she was shedding super bad and was quite "Wolfish" in her fur. Disappointed to say the least, $40 dollars for what looks like "Just a trim" and still badly shedding.

They always do a great job in such a short time. They call when your pet is ready. I love that my baby doesnt have to stay five hours after her groom.

Faith, the owner and her staff are truly amazing at what they do. We have been going to Paws & Purrs for over 10 years now and have never had a single complaint. They are kind professionals with fantastic customer service!

They gave out fleas for $60.00 My dog was serviced for the first time, came in WITHOUT fleas but came back out WITH fleas + bonus of uneven hair cut. My spouse got our dog in, but when I got our dog out I was amazed how filthy that place was! They could surely use a broom and dust pan to pick up assorted dog hairs on their floors. Never will come to this facility again.

My rottweiler sage goes there quite often and I love his results...the staff is great everyone is so friendly. Sage seems to like it as well he is always happy and eager to go in back with them...lol

I took my Pekingese/Yorkie here and he looked absolutely horrible the last time I picked him up. He looked like a rat and had red cuts and scrapes on him from the clippers. I have photos but it won’t allow me to add them.

They go above and beyond! There are 2 groomers I have had that actually suggest certain diet supplements for healthier coat in my pups...love them

Awesome, I love this place!

My dog went there for a bath. He came out looking great. Smelled much better and had a cute bandana. Got his nails clipped and his ears cleaned. Reasonable price. The staff was very kind.

These folks always take great care of my dog. She’s skittish and has separation anxiety. Because of their great job, now the don’t even have to muzzle her. I recommend them to everyone. They have limited hours, but they always take good care of me and my pooch!

Ever since my dog was traumatized from a Petsmart grooming experience I've taken him here and no where else. They are the best

Venessa is absolutely the best dog groomer ever. Make sure and ask for her. I always pay the little extra for a straight thru and my dog is ready in a couple hours at the most, it is well worth it. I like that you can see the dogs at this place and that there aren't tons of cages with dogs stacked in them like some places. They also don't seem to over book.

My dog has been going here for haircuts/baths etc...since a puppy. She's now 7 yrs old. Staff do a wonderful job each time. Everyone there is very friendly and Angel loves going there. She comes home smelling so good, clean, hair cut, nails cut & dolled up w/ a girly bandana. They also don't take forever. Will never go anywhere else! You must try this place.

This place really disappointed me. My maltese's hair was pretty long, so I asked the groomer to cut it quite a bit shorter. I showed and explained to her how much I wanted off and asked that she cut her tail hair pretty short as well. When I got my dog back, the groomer had only given her a little trim and didn't cut her tail hair at all. I feel like I really wasn't listened to and that I wasted my money (which I really can't afford to do) because I'm just going to have to get her groomed again much sooner than I wanted. I definitely won't be returning and would not recommend this place.

We have taken both German Shepard's and now our small Havanese to Paws & Purrs. They have always given us exceptional customer service. They worked with us when our Havanese was so small and would "scream" when he got only a puppy clip to now he is able to get his real first hair cut. Hands down Faith and her team are tremendous. We highly recommend this establishment.

I love this small cozy place with amazing customer service. These guys really know how to make you feel welcomed. They even do house calls. Best grooming shop around.

I love each and every groomer here. Their expertise and knowledge of the different breeds is superb. I have always enjoyed bringing both of my furry kids in to get hair cuts and baths roughly every two months. The employees are helpful, and give you the best suggestions on how they will groom your dog (or cat). The prices are unbeatable. Once my dogs are groomed and bathed they look and smell like two small white puffy clouds, angelic! IF you bring your pet you will undoubtedly receive the best customer service and satisfaction with this grooming facility. Hands down one of the best groomers in the area.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. My only complaints were that I was not called immediately when my dog was done being groomed, (I finally called them after nearly four hours!) and that I stood at the window for several minutes and was completely ignored while the groomers worked and talked. They were working, but they could have paused their conversation to ask me what I was there for. Finally, I was miffed by the fact that they strongly suggested tipping. There was a printed sign asking for tips, and when I was given my bill, a little star had been hand-drawn next to the place for a tip. I did leave a tip, but I found that very distasteful.
