Trinity and her mother stole my dog she paid me 500 to hold my dog until I knew what I wanted for sure for three days max if I didn’t call back and want my dog back she said she would give my dog back and is give her 500 back but she lord and basically robbed a 9 year old it was a life lesson to daughter though and just goes to show that people care about no one but their selfs sure if they had the dog for a couple days and dog happened to be sick or something they would want their money back and I’d be wrong to not try to figure things at not hey they knew they were planning to not return him and perform manager allowed outside business to happen in store and now says it’s not store issue well imma do the report at the store

He originally had a tent like bed for our pup friend. Once he decided he wanted be Houdini we needed a new bed fast! I originally purchased the 36" but it was entirely too big. I was able to return it and get the correct size without any trouble at all. Its a Top Paw Indoor and Outdoor Portable Dog Crate. We're using mainly for indoor. The staff here has been pleasant and helpful ever visit! We never have an issue.

I brought my wife's long haired dachshund To get a bath and haircut. She was in pretty bad shape as she was a rescue from a unhealthy puppy farm environment in which she was keep in a cage until she was rescued. Danielle did a fantastic job on her. She was able to maintain some length to her coat, but was able to remove the matted clumps of hair that was a cause of her being in a cage all the time. I would definitely recommend Pets Smart Grooming Solon as a place to bring your pets to get groomed in a dog friendly atmosphere.

I can always find either new toys and whatnot for my pets, or more to add to my ever growing menagerie!

Had a grooming appointment at 7am and it was confirmed but no one was there when I got there...called the store and just got the regular automated closing message.when I called back at 9am for their regular store hours I was now informed that I would not be seen as it was now 9am. I was then informed about some sidedoor doorbell. If that information was provided at the confirmation time phone call that would be great. Disappointed overall as my say plans are completely upside down now. I would really expect better service judging from these positive reviews left by others.

Jamie is the best...We have a 125ib puppy.. She's always been his groomer since a few months old...

So this isn't a bad store. But I'm giving three stars because for the 9th visit over 6 months they haven't gotten any of the items I'm looking for.

Ill return to see if things change.

Friendly staff however under staffed, they had everything I needed for this visit.

Associate was very helpful recommending a product for cat urine odor in carpet. It worked great!

So they have cats but they don't do cat grooming I think that's rediculous not to mention they don't treat animals there very well at all when they over stay there welcome they toss them at the back of were the garbage is or in there. They also let dead fish like goldfish and others float around and not clean them and also toss fish and badass in the garbage when they don't get adopted. Terrible place I wish human society didn't put kittens or older cats in there not a good place.

I was looking for a couple of Otocinclus fish ???? (related catfish family) and I had called petco, other petsmarts, no luck so I called College Dr. Petsmart....Got Lucky because they only had 2 and that was all I needed for my tank. So thankful!!!!

So their fish had ick and they didn't have anything we needed for our dog, really disappointing. Their website said what we needed they had in stalk at this store location and an associate confirmed they didn't carry what we needed at any point.

Your average pet supply shop. Prices are higher than I'd expect. Lots of choices, pretty good stock.

I buy dog food and critters here. I like turtles. Sometimes there is poop on the floor, but it's cool.

I bought a 50 pound dog food the cashier was so helpful and ask did I need help to put the dog food in my car. Great customer service

Great staff and great selection of everything pet related!

The lack of available staff was horrible. This was senior day and the only available person was check out. She was wonderful but I left N Suffolk to go to the Greebrier store to get what was needed. They had plenty of supply and staff but people skills sucked, not at all like the customer service you get at the Northern Suffolk Store ......

Aquarium was sub par. Would recommend going to an actual aquarium store. Staff in charge of the fish was not very helpful. Poor experience
