Dr Brazy and the tech are great having an English bulldog Cleo not a easy breed but Dr Brazy has always made sure that I understand what is happening with my girl and I thank you for taking the time for me and Cleo and can’t forget Lucy

Dr. Bracy must be a cat whisperer. I thought for sure my labeled "fractious" anxiety ridden 20lb strong willed cat would have given them a terrible time like he did at the peta snip clinic over a year ago but she didn't make him go on the exam table, did everything from the comfort of the floor & she used cracking the door as a distraction for shots that he barely noticed. I think she is great and his new vet bff

Dr. Bracy really cares! As a physician, I noticed all the little details and extra miles she put into caring for my dogs and I truly appreciated that. She read through all the past medical records and asked clarifying questions about anything she was unsure about in order to know my pets health history to completeness. Not many doctors or vets do that. She really takes the time to provide great care. Treatment for medical problems in dogs are usually very similar to humans and she is spot on and thorough with all of her assessments and plans. Also the nail trimming service is the best I've ever seen!No one has ever been able to clip my dog's black nails so short without hurting him. Front office and staff are stellar and friendly too! I've never had a vet like this and I just had to leave this raving review.

I have been using this Vet for many years and the previous Vet before. Dr Teresa Bracy and her staff are all wonderful, smart and very caring. I highly recommend this all Women staff. Their office is at 6070 Indian River Rd. VA. Bch.

This is a fantastic vet. The office staff is informed and extremely courteous. The Dr. is very helpful in explaining different options to complicated problems. My Golden Retriever has had two tumors removed and is doing well. I appreciate dealing with a local business that not only delivers the best in services, but also cares so much about their clients. I highly recommend this business!

We are not from this area but camp in IR every weekend. My golden retriever Claude needed Vet care & I called for an opinion & appointment.......right from the first phone call I knew we would be in good hands. This clinic is a “sister” clinic to my Vet clinic at home. My Vet spoke very highly of this place should I ever need care for my dog. Mackenzie, Amanda, Lindsey & Teah were great. Dr Heidi was very knowledgeable & took wonderful care of my Claude. Because of Covid I didn’t get to meet her but could tell she has a passion for doing the very best to make my Claude feel better. Thank you Dr Heidi & Team for everything. You are all angels in my eyes.....Claude is my fur child that I love so much.

Dr Bracey took over from a veterinarian that was loved by a lot of people she had big shoes to fill and she's done it very well.

I HAD AN APPT. TODAY (6-30-2020) THAT WAS LONG AWAITED FOR TO HAVE MY KITTENS HIP CHECKED. I WAS INFORMED DAY OF THAT I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THIS APPT. BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE RECORDS FROM ANOTHER VET 48 HRS. PRIOR TO APPT. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I WAS NOT TOLD THIS, IN FACT, I AM THE ONE THAT OFFERED TO BRING RECORDS WITH ME TO HAVE ON FILE. RACHAEL BLUNTLY SAID "I TOLD YOU". IM MOSTLY UPSET THAT KITTEN HAS TO WAIT. JUST DISAPPOINTED AN EXCEPTION COULD NOT BE GIVEN ESPECIALLY IN TIMES WHERE THINGS HAVE BEEN ON A SHUT DOWN. SAD.

I have been going there for over 30 years. The original vet retired several years ago and a new one has taken over. She seems to be knowledgable but has a rather cold manner about her. I have a large pitbull mix dog who is very friendly and gentle. She gives the impression that she is afraid of him. So this is probably a place for somone who has a small dog or a cat.

I love every visit I have! The staff is friendly and personable and I absolutely love how flexible they are with my babies to make sure they are comfortable and feel safe with the care they receive.

Reasonable prices, extra kind staff who are willing to explain the details and they don’t judge. They also are kind and gentle to my pet which means a lot to me as she’s my baby. I always feel safe and comfortable coming to this vet for my and my pets wellbeing

Dr Bracey has cared for both my KCCS for over 8 years. I find her very knowledgable and if she doesn't know the answer she finds it and gets back with you. Her staff is very kind and caring.

Switched from Acredale due to excessive fees and getting just too busy. Very refreshing to come here. Dr Bracy and her staff are simply awesome.

We only see Dr Bracey. She is very compassionate and is always willing to talk about the issue that maybe going on with our pets. I never feel rushed out. Or like I'm only seen as a way for them to make money.

We have used this vet clinic for over 30 years. Dr Bucher retired several years ago and Dr Bracey now runs it. She provides his service fire a reasonable price. She is very good with out dogs. I higly recommend her.
