Hope Springs Veterinary at Sajo Farm Virginia Beach, North Carolina

I've been going here for over 7 years and it's gotten so bad with waiting to see a vet. I have to go to an animal hospital for simple visits! Wait time for simple vet tech visits are over an hour! They overbook and shouldn't take on any new clients at this point. Why doesn't long standing clients get any priority? They need more Vets! Not answering phones at their Diamond Springs location and they are open today! Frustrated!

My 6 year old kitty hates going outside her home, so was happy to get her in and out quickly for her yearly exam and shots. Kudos to Dr. Ladell!!

I dropped my dog off for surgery this morning and it was a relaxing atmosphere. Tiffany was very cordial and explained the procedure to me which gave me insight on what to expect during and after my dogs surgery. Thank you, Tiffany & Staff!

My pup was having anxiety issues and the staff was very friendly as well as professional when it came to addressing my concerns. It was a pleasant visit with a good outcome and I can’t really ask for more. Absolutely recommend.

Overall this was an easy visit to the vet, our dog has some ear problems and the staff there was attentive to her needs as well as my concerns and questions. Our other dog has trust issues with strangers, but the vet tech and vet both were great with him and he relaxed relatively fast and was able to go without any issues.

Everyone here is super friendly and we never had a problem with the staff but they overbook appointments and it’s gotten so bad, the past two times we left before our dog could even be seen. We’ve waited over an hour the past two times when our dog just needed one simple shot. I think it’s gotten worse with the new construction and unfortunately we had to switch vets. I completely understand when some appointments take longer than others but with no updates on time, this is just unacceptable. Hopefully they do something about it soon, as we did like the staff.

My dog Livie was recommended to have a $4,000 surgery from our previous vet for her cruciate ligament. I sought out an orthopedic veterinarian and found Dr. Dailey at Hope Springs to get a second opinion. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a definitive answer of what was wrong with my girl! I cant express how much this means to me, I am so thankful! Thank you Dr. Dailey!

They are the best, I came from Banfield, it was a night and day experience. Hope Springs treated my boy really well. They listened to what I had to say and we came up with a plan to help my pup out the best way possible. They are super proactive and affordable.

We took our new puppy here for his first pet visit and were so happy with the experience! Everyone that worked with him so was sweet and professional and really seemed to care about our puppy! It was affordable and extremely pleasant and we will definitely be sticking with them. Would definitely recommend!

Intentionally not treating my dogs ear aggressive enough just so they can milk me for money. All the while my poor dog has got worst. To think we had our cat scheduled at this trash facility. Easy to pay for that new building when ur scamming your clients. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Great service. They were able to get me in the next day as a new patient when my own vet wouldn’t see my dog for at least a week for an acute problem. Dr. Huffman worked with us to come up with a treatment plan that worked with some limiting circumstances we threw at her. Beautiful new facility as well. We will be transferring our dog’s regular care here going forward.

I really love this place. My dog was a show dog and I only get her the best. My wife used Hope Springs with her dog and loved them so we use them for our Polar. Some places freak out when a Bull Terrier walks in but not these guys. Everyone has to say hi to her and she loves it. I hate that we are going back home and have to find a new vet. I even though about bringing her back up but that wouldn't work if anything happens back home. If you want someone that really cares about your pet, you will find it here.

My Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, his name is LeStat ...15 plus years old...I know his time is soon to pass for him...I want to truly thank all employees at this facility...I was given the diagnosis of what's going on and what to expect..

I had some bumps that came up over night. They itched and i scratched them so they bled. My mama made an appt and my daddy took me in to see Dr. Hoffman. Usually I'm super scared because of my bad experience and have to take my meds before i come but it went really well in there. Dr. Hoffman called and said the bumps on my chest are benign tumors. Histocytoma. I'm happy about that. I'm a boxer so I get lots of bumps. Thank you Hope Springs Vets and especially Dr. Hoffman for making me feel better. Leisel Loo
