I had a great visit with my cat Rocky. The vet and her tech were terrific and managed to trim his nails without using any sedation (he’s not fond of that) and since he’s getting older sedation is something I’m happy to avoid for him. I very much appreciated their efforts on his behalf.

Dr Vaillant has been a lifesaver.. literally.. for my fur babies. She was able to provide exceptional care for my 2 dogs until passed away last year, but gave them several extra quality years of life that they would not have had if they had not been under her care. I will always be grateful for that extra time I had with Tucker and Maddie thanks to Dr Vaillant.

Friendly and quick service from your vehicle. Quality veterinary care from the entire staff for your 4 legged family members. Thorough explanations and health plans without unneeded services. Absolutely worth it.

I had to rush my dog in because I thought he was choking on a bone and they were the kindest people ever. They responded in less than 30 seconds to my rushing im the door and yelling that he was choking. They were super fast and gentle. The staff there was amazing, kind, supportive, and helpful. I went here because it was closer than my original vet (bay beach vet) but im never going there again, this place is a million times better. My baby is safe in my arms again!

A week after I got Koda he had tapeworms (he was 8 weeks old) I had horrible luck trying to find a vet to take him in and now I know why!! It was because he was meant to find the BEST vet ever which is here! Not only is the staff super friendly and responsive they aren’t trying to drain your wallet but rather figure out what’s really going in with your fur baby. All my past experiences with previous vets have been horrible, super expensive, and no diagnosis. Not here, here they are willing to work with you and find what’s wrong with your fur babies with reasonable prices. I’m so happy Koda has been well taken care of here since he was just a baby. 5 stars all around (:

Frankie and I LOVE the staff at Hope Springs Vet at Pembroke. You will see him barking with excitement and practically jumping out of the car to go see all of his friends at the vet. They are so responsive, professional and personal and truly love Frankie, which is all you can hope for in a vet. I am forever thankful for this amazing Vet. If you’re a Bulldog Mom or Dad and are looking for a vet, that truly knows and loves the breed, then this is your place! We are so thankful for all y’all do!! - Heidi, Keith & Frankie ????

Terrible experience so far. I switched our dogs over to them about three weeks ago. 6 days ago on Wednesday, I called to get a prescription refill. On Friday I called back because I hadn’t heard anything and was told they hadn’t received the vet records from my old veterinarian. (No communication about this by the way). By this time, my old vet’s office was closed so I called them on Monday and was told they’ve already sent everything over but would do it again. So I called Hope Springs to verify and was told they received all the docs and they would text me later when the prescription was ready. No call on Monday so I called Tuesday and was told the prescription would be ready and they would text me when it was. No text. So I just called and they changed their office hours from closing at midnight to closing at 8pm. At this point, one of my dogs has been out of pills for his heart disease for two days - tomorrow will make 3. They haven’t communicated anything with me at all - I’ve had to initiate all communication. If you love your dogs, I’d highly suggest you take them anywhere else.

Took our dog there for the first time. We had to social distance due to Covid-19 restrictions so I couldn't go in. The staff cam out to get her and returned her to me. The staff was very attentive and called me in my car to get information and again before treatment. They answered all my questions and gave me full information on my dog. We will definitely use them in the future.

I have to agree with Phil. We have 2 pets and waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Our appointment date comes, I drop the dogs off, this their first visit. We don't get to meet the vet. When our pets exams were done 6 was handed a $422 and $379 bill for services rendered. I have never been to a vet that didn't verify charges with the client first. Then the poor receptionist had to tell me the had no bordetella shots to give our pets. Mind you, bordetella shot were the main reason we made an appointment. I was not really very happy. I was told I could come back when they go some more in stock. I was not having any of this nonsense. I asked that they call another location to see if they had any in stock. Yes, I could drive to their Chesapeake location and I would only have to pay a tech fee. Well since I already had an appointment, you want me to pay again because you were out of stock of something. Not fair. So eventually I was able to get any additional fees included in my original bill. Speaking about my bill and 1st visit. They never told me the weight of either of my pets. I had to call myself to ask. I never received a summary of either of the dogs visits until I asked for those either. Certainly not services worthy of $600 plus dollars.

Dr. Dailey, and staff, are the absolute best. No wait time or lengthy appointment. Dr. Dailey called me twice to review the surgical plan for my dog. Can't wait for their new facility to open, which is so close by. Shouldn't be long!

Been a customer for YEARS with NINE animals. My oldest dog had an emergency (she was literally dying) and called in a panic and they told me they were too busy to see her. Callous, uncaring staff!! Do NOT use!
